This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. The research subjects consisted of chairperson, assistant chairperson, quality assurance agency, head of the research institute, head of the study program, and lecturers at the STKIP BBG Banda Aceh. Qualitative research data analysis techniques in data collection using data analysis techniques, descriptive-inductive and reflective models specifically used in this study. The results of this study are the management of lecturer resource development at STKIP BBG Banda Aceh, starting from the beginning of the recruitment and selection process. In this process STKIP BBG Banda Aceh conducted an internship for lecturers to be placed in every part of the campus, hoping to explore the potential of the lecturer. Abstract

本研究的目的是找出班达亚齐STKIP Bina Bangsa Getsempena (STKIP BBG)讲师招聘部门讲师资源开发的管理。本研究采用个案研究的定性研究方法。研究对象包括主席、副主席、质量保证机构、研究所所长、研究项目负责人以及班达亚齐STKIP BBG的讲师。定性研究数据分析技术在数据收集中使用数据分析技术,描述-归纳和反射模型在本研究中专门使用。本研究的结果是STKIP BBG班达亚齐讲师资源开发的管理,从招聘和选拔过程开始。在这个过程中,STKIP BBG Banda Aceh对讲师进行了实习,将讲师安置在校园的各个地方,希望发掘讲师的潜力。招聘取决于讲师的需求,在每个学习项目中,这是为了满足讲师和学生的比例需求。
