The eye is constantly important in our daily lives; without eyes, the world would be dark and doing daily tasks would be extremely difficult. In the sense that without sight, it would be extremely difficult for anyone to perform any task. The loss of vision/sight in the human eyes can be caused by a variety of factors. As a result, blindness in the human eyes must be prevented, as the most valuable human organ is solely responsible for vision. Different forms of diseases that occur in the eyes as a result of numerous circumstances are one of the causes of blindness and visual loss in the eyes. One such sickness is one that develops as a result of Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) is being offered as a way to diagnose glaucoma using fundus pictures of the eyes. In the proposed algorithm we use, k-means algorithm for segmentation, GLCM for feature extraction and classify using Multi-SVM (Support Vector Machine) as first hybrid algorithm & we use Otsu thresholding method for segmenting then, HOG (FE) feature extraction techniques is used & classification based on Knn algorithm as second hybrid algorithm & implement the same for creating an android mobile application.","PeriodicalId":186283,"journal":{"name":"2021 IEEE International Conference on Mobile Networks and Wireless Communications (ICMNWC)","volume":"51 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-12-03","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"122461422","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Therefore, there is a need for a method that can recognize sign languages so that a successful communication is established. This paper proposes a method that classifies South-Indian Sign Language and translates it in real-time to Kannada language. The first few samples for the dataset were obtained from the official ISL website while the rest of the samples were manually recorded. Optical flow method is employed to extract the motion features in a video and the resulting frames are used as input to the proposed Inflated-3D model which recognizes the sign language. Stratified k-fold cross- validation is used to improve the performance. The predicted sign in text form is then translated to Kannada language through the use of GoogleTrans API and further synthesized into a speech segment using the GTTS open-source library. In addition, a comparative study of the proposed methodology with other techniques that have been proposed to recognize sign languages through video streams has been presented. The proposed method resulted in an average accuracy of 0.8709.","PeriodicalId":186283,"journal":{"name":"2021 IEEE International Conference on Mobile Networks and Wireless Communications (ICMNWC)","volume":"333 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-12-03","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"115846524","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Energy management is critical since it can extend the life of an electric vehicle's components. Energy management can help an electric car function better in a variety of ways. Electric vehicles, often known as battery electric vehicles, run entirely or partially on electricity. The analysis is the most effective method for extracting useful information from a set of data. As a result, it may be valuable in the design of an electric vehicle's control system. This article compares some statistical data to the vehicle's features and attempts to develop relevant outputs in this regard. It calculates electric vehicle data using relevant mechanical and electrical characteristics, resulting in the required outcomes. We can deduce from this study which motor type is best suited for electric vehicles.","PeriodicalId":186283,"journal":{"name":"2021 IEEE International Conference on Mobile Networks and Wireless Communications (ICMNWC)","volume":"13 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-12-03","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"114337308","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Adders are building block in digital circuit that performs addition of two numbers. In VLSI design, a parallel- prefix adder is a kind of adder that performs efficient addition by using the prefix operation. In this Research, a 32 bit Ladner-Fischer parallel prefix adder, a category of a parallel prefix adder that executes addition operations in parallel. Nevertheless, through the use of a black cell, the performance of the Ladner Fischer adder took a large amount of space. As a result, the gray cell has been used instead of the black cell, resulting in the Ladner-Fischer Adder Efficiency. Earlier Ripple carry adder waited for previous bit for every bit addition which was overcome by Ladner Fischer adder. The proposed system introduced D register stage which increases the performance with reduce in delay to 7.165ns and LUT count is 82.","PeriodicalId":186283,"journal":{"name":"2021 IEEE International Conference on Mobile Networks and Wireless Communications (ICMNWC)","volume":"48 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-12-03","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"126163812","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This study proposes a Smart Movable Road Divider for reducing traffic congestion in urban areas and providing a clear way for ambulances. This study focuses on lowering traffic latency and providing a clear path for ambulances. The existing Road Dividers have the same number of lanes as the existing Road Dividers. The opposing area of the divider that is usually under utilised during morning and evening rush hours. To address this, a Smart Divider is used, with the moving divider dependent on traffic density utilising IR sensors. When traffic congestion on one side is high, the divider is relocated to the opposite side. When traffic congestion on one side is high, the divider is relocated to the opposite side. The traffic density is then saved in the cloud, which is made feasible by IOT. By managing the traffic signal, the RF Module creates a clear road for ambulances. A prototype for congestion control has been built and tested, for safety measures by informing vehicles of the Divider's movement.","PeriodicalId":186283,"journal":{"name":"2021 IEEE International Conference on Mobile Networks and Wireless Communications (ICMNWC)","volume":"117 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-12-03","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"126006378","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The system possesses a single-stage topology thus, reduces size, loss and cost of the converter. This kind of topology avoids unnecessary double power conversion stages to reduce power losses and improves the harmonic profile by isolating DC type of loads to DC side and the AC type of loads to AC side. The analysis is done based on PI (Proportional-Integral) controller on wind side and Electric Spring controller on solar side to control grid voltages for compensating reactive power. The hybrid system enhances the system efficiency and has greater energy balance in the supply. Initially, simulation is done for single-stage solar converter named as Reconfigurable Solar Converter (RSC) with PQ control technique for various loads. Furthermore, this model is integrated with wind power system making it a hybrid model. Then, three-phase Induction Motor is connected to the local grid as a non-linear load. The results are achieved using MATLAB/Simulink software for a grid-connected hybrid power system with non-linear load.","PeriodicalId":186283,"journal":{"name":"2021 IEEE International Conference on Mobile Networks and Wireless Communications (ICMNWC)","volume":"2013 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-12-03","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"127344991","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The cloud service security proves to be fragile by the brute force efforts of hackers. To revamp the durability of authentication process, integrating the security factors has been exhorted. One such factor is the secure key extracted from the authenticated user’s voiceprint. This paper proposes a model for enhancing the signal to noise ratio of the MFCC algorithm to extract the secure key from the user voiceprint. The proposed method is highly rigid against the voice duplication attacks preventing unauthorized user to access by duplicating the authorized user’s voice print.","PeriodicalId":186283,"journal":{"name":"2021 IEEE International Conference on Mobile Networks and Wireless Communications (ICMNWC)","volume":"138 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-12-03","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"124328496","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The proposed work investigated three techniques to achieve high gain. The antenna gain is increased by a perfect electric conductor (PEC) sheet, high dielectric superstrate, and metasurface superstrate. The size of the PEC sheet is kept large to reflect the radiation but it increases the size of the antenna whereas a high dielectric superstrate is not easily available and makes the cost high. The presented work chooses a metasurface superstrate which not only increases the gain, it widens the bandwidth also. Ansys HFSS software is used to simulate the proposed antenna's performance.","PeriodicalId":186283,"journal":{"name":"2021 IEEE International Conference on Mobile Networks and Wireless Communications (ICMNWC)","volume":"336 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-12-03","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"122748060","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

To combat the problem of information overload on the internet, they seek to improve customer-company interactions and provide customers with individualized online product or service recommendations. There are several types of recommender systems, and two of the most common are– Content based & Collaborative filtering-based recommender systems and they are examined in this paper. With the rapid rise in processing efficiency and as the capacity to process deeper neural networks became increasingly feasible, the application of deep learning to recommender systems was inevitable. In this study, we hope to guide the reader through the implementation of Neural networks (a fast deep learning algorithm) to create highly reliable recommender systems using the two aforementioned methodologies. The importance of a \"Hybridized\" system of recommendation is also illustrated.
