This paper presents a new analysis by inspecting studies from the past three years on different aspects that support network requirements and applications in the underwater environment. This work was motivated by the requirement for pliable solutions that would satisfy the fast development of the Underwater Sensor Node (UWSN). This paper identified the requirements and applications of low power underwater devices. Abstract

The underwater wireless sensor network is blooming research in the field of wireless communication.
