Photovoltaic solar panels integrated with wind turbines used to exchange fuel energy in order to reduce carbon emissions pollution. Safety has also become the most important for the Power System. Successful False Data Injection Attack (FDIA) involves an attacker compromising power system measurement such that undetected mistakes are included in state variable calculation. FDIAs may significantly harm security by skipping detection via widely used residue-based bad data identification techniques. Study on FDIA-based cyber-attacks has indeed been widespread since the first FDIA research was published in 2009[8].CPS (Cyber Power System) is a very new form of designed system imported into a dynamic environment into computing and physical processes. CPS is helpful in technological fields like cybernetics, mechatronics, design, and built-in systems, the Internet of Things (IOT), big data, artificial intelligence (AI) and much more False Data Injection Attack (FDIA) this is termed as Fake Data Injection Attack when compromised measures create events that do not exist. How can these False Data Injection Attacks be identified It indicates that we observe whether request is coming from real users or from fraudulent users will verify if they match in our central database it will allow that request if does not match it will block that request. The Novelty of the project is that even if the image is blurred, our system can deblur the given image and apply it to the Machine Learning models further. In the proposed work, You Only Look Once [YOLO] V3 model for Region of Interest [ROI]; Convolution Neural Network [CNN] for optical character recognition was implemented. After the ROI is detected, it will be enhanced with pre-processing steps before it is fed to CNN model. Dataset of different Indian Number Plates’ Font was created, consisting of 6439 images of different alpha- numerical characters. Accuracy of 91.5 percent is obtained. The design is sleek and miniaturized making it viable to use even in the smallest of the spaces. Optimization is performed using various gain enhancement techniques like superstrate. A popular mechanism of data aggregation which has been used in reducing data redundancy has always been compressive sensing. Hence, this research uses the development and design of an ICCM (Integrated CS Clustering) mechanism, which is used in the incorporation of clusters and mechanism of compressive sensing for a design and an efficient WSN architecture. In ICCM, the heads of the clusters use an optimized CS mechanism in the transmission of data to the base station. Further, an approach of optimized clustering has been used for efficient clustering. A stand-alone logical link has been designed for the transmission of data. The ICCM is then evaluated, considering various parameters are considered such as consumption of energy, Communication overhead, and route length. In this paper, the entire reenactment has finished by COMSOL software by (FEM). The rectangular center based sensor is working for observing the gases with a high affectability differentiation to strong and circular center PCF sensors. Distinctive mathematical boundaries of this plan, for example, air opening, center material, cladding material and Perfectly Matched Layer (PML) have been dramatically investigated to make the plan more compelling. This plan furnishes the overall sensitivity of 99.53% with a confinement loss of 0.002 dB/m at λ= 1.8 μm intuition of CS2. The lower compelling region based rectangular gas sensor can keep a lot of light in the center and results the best presentation.
