{"title":"La responsabilidad social corporativa (RSC) como activo facilitador de la innovación jurídica","authors":"María Pilar Dopazo Fraguío","doi":"10.24310/rejie.2016.v0i13.7682","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.24310/rejie.2016.v0i13.7682","url":null,"abstract":"El presente texto ofrece una reflexión sobre el valor actual de la Responsabilidad Social Corporativa (RSC) o Empresarial (RSE), como disciplina de carácter transversal y digna de estudio en el marco de las Ciencias sociales y jurídicas. El tratamiento de esta materia conlleva varios enfoques (económico, social y medioambiental), por lo que abarca distintas áreas del conocimiento. Si bien, hay que significar que desde una (su) perspectiva jurídica, la RSC ha adquirido una mayor relevancia como presupuesto cualitativo necesario para las entidades empresariales o societarias; y, en especial, con el objetivo de acreditar que disponen de un buen modelo de gobierno corporativo. Lo mencionado, queda hoy patente con motivo de las últimas reformas normativas practicadas en nuestro Ordenamiento jurídico. En este sentido, cabe apreciar como muy positiva la progresiva integración de este valor en el ámbito del Derecho Empresarial y/o del Derecho de Sociedades, en aras de propiciar el paradigma del buen gobierno, ligado a la transparencia y al emprendimiento responsable. Tax system is complex and changing, and its logic is based on previously acquired knowledge and skills. The paper focuses in the subject in the general grade, aimed for providing students with general skills.Analyzes the options. Working more in depth on the “general part”, whose rules regulate the system underpinning questions, or on the “special part”, that focuses specific taxes. That project has to be orientated to the acquisition of general and specific competences. En ejecución de este proyecto se puso en funcionamiento, con una periodicidad continuada, la Revista electrónica de la red de profesores para la elaboración de materiales didácticos para la enseñanza del Derecho a través del cine como medio de difusión de los materiales didácticos elaborados por la propia red. Este proyecto de innovación educativa culmina con la publicación en soporte papel de la colección de materiales didácticos de derecho y cine: El Derecho Administrativo en el cine, materiales didácticos para un sistema ECTS, Ed. Servicio de Publicaciones de la Universidad de La Coruña, 2011.En este contexto, cuando asumimos la docencia de la asignatura Fundamentos de Derecho Público del Grado en Criminología en el curso académico 2013/2014 comprobamos que su programación docente incidía en muchas de las cuestiones que se recogían en el material didáctico de la película “Celda 211”, elaborada por la profesora LÓPEZ GARCÍA, M., de la Universidad de Málaga y con la que hemos compartido la docencia de la citada asignatura. Así pues, seleccionamos dicha película y sobre ella hemos volcado todas las actividades prácticas de la asignatura. {"title":"Industrial Doctorates, apprenticeships for research, on the job training. The Italian case in the international and comparative context","authors":"M. This is done through an examination of industrial PhDs and apprenticeships for research purposes, which also takes account of the complex relations between businesses, tertiary education, and the labour market. To this end, the paper discusses the relationship between universities and employers, which is usually investigated through a perspective that only considers PhDs’ employability. Although a long-established research strand at both national and supranational level, the author tries to move away from this approach, questioning the effects that these new arrangements might have on productivity and the employers’ innovation capability in Italy. Cooperative research, and industrial and professional doctorates have been extensively covered in international literature. On the contrary, little interest has been shown towards industrial PhDs in Italy, even following the enforcement of Art. 11, par. 2 of Ministerial Decree No. 45 of 8 February 2013. A year since the Decree’s entry into force has elapsed, yet uncertainty still lingers over how to implement these innovative doctoral programmes. Consequently, this analysis sets out to be a first attempt at analyzing industrial PhDs, drawing on a comparison with those countries where they have been in place for a long time. The paper identifies a number of obstacles which act as stumbling blocks to the implementation of on-the -job training in higher education: the absence of placement services in the planning of training schemes and little commitment on the part of industrial relations actors.
