Thus, this study looked into the variables that encourage automated parcel lockers use among Malaysian consumers. In this study, an additional variable, resistance to change was added to the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT). This study is based on quantitative study and applied non-probability sampling technique which is voluntary technique. Data were collected through an online survey (n=423), and analysed using structured equation modeling. The finding found that three factors: performance expectancy, effort expectancy and innovativeness could affect behavioural intention. These findings provide new and additional knowledge about this innovative last-mile delivery intention, and the contributions to the theory and society. This study has explored the applicability of the UTAUT theory to study last-mile delivery in Malaysia, highlighting it theoretical ramifications. Education is one of the disciplines that has been impacted by this revolution. IR 4.0 has influenced the production of Education 4.0 which involves the creation of new innovative opportunities by combining human and technological potential. A country's performance in addressing IR 4.0 is determined by the quality of educators. Having competence as well as the ability to adapt to new technology and global concerns is essential for educators. Based on that, new educational knowledge and literacy should be instilled in every educational institution. This study attempts to investigate the influence of gender on academic perception of Education 4.0. The quantitative approach by means of questionnaires is used to gauge the academics’ perceptions about Education 4.0. The questionnaires, which are in Google Forms, were distributed to 352 academicians using WhatsApp and Telegram at a selected Comprehensive University (CU). A total of 127 people took part in the survey. According to the data, the majority of respondents have a positive attitude toward Education 4.0. Education 4.0 appears to be important to CU students; increased university costs; changes in the classroom learning environment; larger societal benefits; efficiency of the teaching and learning process; and, finally, its evolution process in developing wiser and better educators and students. The project undertakes a multiple case study of several higher learning institutions. Mainly, the project centres around operationalising on the leadership practices in educational institutions in Malaysia. This research project aims to establish the practices of the leaders in the management process and to add to empirical understanding of the way leadership practices affect followership. A better understanding of this phenomena serves valuable insight, which evaluates both the process and the outcome of the leadership practices on followers’ commitment. During the research, it was discovered that qualitative methodology does present quite a few challenges generally in regards to collecting data and analysing data concurrently. This is especially true during ethical considerations and prevention of biasness throughout the research progress in general. The article presents valuable insights on underlying fundamental issues on qualitative research. Clearly, firms from Muslim and non-Muslim backgrounds have united and developed a plan to participate in the halal supply chain paradigm. This favourable circumstance has increased demand for halal certification. With the halal certification, Japanese companies would be able to gain access to the Islamic market and demonstrate the company’s high transparency and safety standards. However, unlike in Muslim-dominant countries such as Malaysia and Indonesia, there is no such governmental body and no approval system in Japan that makes the certification process, which can be complicated and costly. There are more than 30 halal certification bodies (HCBs) in Japan. The standards of Halal certification will vary depending on the certification body that grants the certification. While there are vast opportunities to explore, there are also numerous challenges faced by the halal players in Japan. This drives this paper's investigation of the halal industry's growth and the difficulties in running a halal supply chain. Based on in-depth interviews with a number of HCBs in Tokyo and Osaka, this study offered insightful information about the state of the halal supply chain in Japan at the time.
