The fuqahā differed regarding the legal status of samsarah. The majority of fuqahā believe that the law of samsarah is permissible, while others believe that it is haram and makruh. The reason for granting permission was the opinion of the Fuqaha, based on the Qur'an, Sunnah, and Ijma, that there are elements of kindness and mutual cooperation in samsarah. In terms of characteristics, a samsarah contract is the same as an agent in the modern sense, so that the area of study in fiqh is included in the wakalah chapter. The fuqahā agree that the wakalah contract is permissible with certain conditions. This paper aims to examine how samsarah law is seen from the perspective of Islamic law, whether it is permissible or not, especially concerning buying and selling. The objective of this study is to investigate the level of awareness, perceived threat, and cybersecurity tools used by Reserve Officer Training Units (ROTUs) at public universities in Malaysia. A total of 2261 respondents, consisting of ROTU cadets participated through a Google Form Link. The study employed a quantitative method to conduct this population study. The primary objectives of this study were to assess the awareness level of cybersecurity among ROTU cadet respondents and to explore their perceptions regarding cybersecurity as a potential threat to the country. The findings of the study indicate that a significant majority of ROTU cadet respondents demonstrated a satisfactory level of awareness concerning cybersecurity. The results revealed that the majority of ROTU cadets associated cybersecurity predominantly with information technology. Additionally, they showed awareness of cybersecurity concepts such as hacking, protecting networks, safeguarding digital systems, and the role of cybersecurity in fostering innovation within the main database. Furthermore, the study found that a substantial majority of ROTU cadet respondents strongly agreed with the notion that cybersecurity represents a novel threat to the country. This indicates that these respondents perceive cybersecurity as a critical concern with the potential to pose significant risks to the nation's security and stability. This study analyzes some strategies for halal tourism development in West Sumatra using the Analytic Network Process (ANP) approach and focuses on the aspects of Halal Tourism Infrastructure, Hospitality and Services, Human Resources, MSME Center for Halal Tourism, Sharia Tourism Curriculum and Halal Certification. The results show that halal tourism has not grown significantly and has not yet become a strong tandem for Islamic economics and finance in West Sumatra. This shows that the main problem that has become an obstacle to halal tourism development in West Sumatra is firstly the low Halal Tourism Literacy index which is indicated by a lack of quality of Halal Tourism Curriculum and Majors. The second problem is the absence of an incubation center for halal tourism development such as the Islamic Tourism Center.
