According to a study of the research of organizational learning, which is organisational culture, leadership, and empowerment. A proposed conceptual model has three constructs in addition to organisational learning outcomes and organisational performance. Four hypotheses proposing relationship between the three variables were look at in order to constructs in the research model. A survey of the directors and managers of credit cooperatives is the research method used to obtain primary data. a survey intended to gauge their perceptions of organisational learning practises, organisational antecedents, and organisational learning outcomes. Upon completion of the questionnaires, researcher plan to disseminate the questionnaire online to more than 500 board members and managers of credit cooperatives in Malaysia after it has undergone pretesting. Researcher anticipate receiving 250 complete surveys back with a response rate of 50%. To develop concise, validity, and reliability to measure organisational learning and its variables, namely organisational culture, leadership, and empowerment, as well as organisational learning performance, data were analysed using the statistical package software (SPSS) version 22.0. This paper aims to examine on such programme or plan in Malaysia, carried out by Agensi Kaunseling dan Pengurusan Kredit (AKPK), an agency offering aid and guidance for individuals experiencing issues with their finances. It also seeks to discuss DMP and Financial or Credit Counselling equivalents in Thailand and Indonesia. The data are collected from secondary sources, derived from reports, research papers and articles from journals and reviews from social science journals. The findings of this study show that the components of DMP consist of one to one financial counselling, financial education, financial literacy and financial management. DMP is recognised as a voluntary debt repayment plan being alternative to bankruptcy. While DMP is vital in household financial management, credit counselling is also becoming more popular as concerns for major credit card challenges gradually grow. It is uncovered that education which includes life skills in financial management is essential for the present volatile economy. Although the advantages of critical questioning to develop students' critical thinking abilities have been widely recognized, teachers' poor questioning abilities become the main area of concern among educators. This paper aims to highlight this issue by exploring the use of Socratic Questioning Technique (SQT) in enhancing in-service teachers’ critical questioning skills when writing reflections. An Action Research Design was adopted using multiple methods such as interview, document analysis and reflections. 13 in-service ESL teachers who enrolled in a one-semester Master of Education course with a focus on English Language Teaching participated in this study. This action research involved three phases which are: problem identification, intervention and evaluation. Two moments of intervention were conducted using Gibbs’ Reflective Model and Socratic Critical Questioning techniques. The data were analyzed thematically. The findings revealed that SQT managed to enhance their critical questioning technique as they started asking variety of questions such as clarification, evidence, reasoning and implication questions during the intervention. The interview also showed that they learned to be more critical, they knew how to ask critical questions and they also became more confident in giving feedback to others. In other words, SQT trained these teachers about dialogic skills which are pertinent for fostering the capacity for critical thought.
