The research was conducted at Islamic Universities with the reasons for the need for observation and knowledge as a reference to Islamic Ideology and the Role of Islamic Universities in Fostering Pluralism in Society. This research method also combines with qualitative research to see the Islamic perspective in the influence of these three variables. Quantitatively, the findings reveal that Islamic ideology and Islamic universities have a positive and significant impact on pluralism in Indonesian society. It can be described that the higher the understanding of Islamic ideology and the role of Islamic universities, the higher the level of pluralism in society in Indonesia. Qualitatively, it was found that, based on the results of observations and interviews with respondents, there is an opinion that the importance of Islamic ideology and the role of Islamic religious universities in influencing the socio-religious life in the community around universities, is real, because the context of Tri Dharma in higher education is a must to be applied in the community and all society members. The role of universities is very important considering the confusion of public understanding related to pluralism. Through education, research and community service, people will be more enlightened about the importance of maintaining tolerance, be it religion, nation and state as a whole.","PeriodicalId":183155,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of Innovative Research in Multidisciplinary Education","volume":"6 19","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-03-15","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"140241195","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The purpose of this study is to determine the level of proficiency of students in using the Filipino language in academic communication, particularly among Senior High School students at UM Digos College. This study is a quantitative, non-experimental descriptive research design involving n=300 Senior High School students as respondents. Stratified Random sampling and statistical tools such as Frequency, Mean, Post hoc test, and Analysis of Variance (ANOVA) were utilized. Based on the findings, the proficiency of students in using the Filipino language in academic communication is high, indicating frequent recognition. Therefore, the researchers suggest conducting similar studies focused on performance-based assessments to better identify the proficiency of students in using the Filipino language which may yield new results.","PeriodicalId":183155,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of Innovative Research in Multidisciplinary Education","volume":"118 8","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-03-15","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"140237869","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

They are University for Development Studies (UDS) and Presbyterian University College, Ghana (PUCG), now known as Presbyterian University, Ghana (PUG). The main objective of the study was to investigate the perceived inequalities in the allocation of resources among the various campuses of the two Universities. The qualitative method, comparative case study approach and in-depth interview techniques were used to conduct the research. In all, eight senior management members (Pro Vice-Chancellors; Registrars; and Campus Heads) of the two Universities were purposively selected and interviewed. The findings revealed that these Universities do not have an established formula for the allocation of infrastructural and human resources for their respective campuses. It was also found that they use some percentages/ratios-based formula for the allocation of funds to the campuses. The paper recommends that physical infrastructure and human resources should be allocated based on deficits identified thorough need assessments. Secondly, to ensure a fair allocation of funds to the various campuses of the two universities, the deployment of a standardised mathematical formula is recommended.","PeriodicalId":183155,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of Innovative Research in Multidisciplinary Education","volume":"4 12","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-03-15","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"140241234","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

As a producer of 59% of global palm oil, Indonesia faces green protectionism in the EU market. It is used for environmental protection, anti-deforestation, and global warming control. Therefore, this study analyzes Indonesia's response to EU market protectionism. The study uses the perspective of protectionism and the dynamics of state adjustment behavior in conflicts of national interest. The country's adjustment strategy theory is complemented by the behavioral choice strategy theory in facing international sanctions. The authors use qualitative methods, with literature study, observation, and supplemented interviews. In dealing with palm oil trade barriers, Indonesia initially utilized the domestic offensive strategy to deal with the restrictions, changing domestic palm oil management policies, including forest moratorium, terminating palm oil permits, adopting the ISPO certification system, and downstream the domestic palm oil industry. However, it was ineffective, and various restrictions became more vigorous, so Indonesia implemented an international offensive strategy, encouraging changes in international regulations and eliminating protectionism against palm oil. Nevertheless, the resistance has yet to be very successful. Therefore, Indonesia must perform proactive conformance to find new markets for Indonesian palm oil.","PeriodicalId":183155,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of Innovative Research in Multidisciplinary Education","volume":"86 7","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-01-19","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"139612795","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
