Determination of priority stockpile locations in air import activities has a role in efforts to improve the quality of facilities to minimize the cost, distance, and time of company activities. This research is expected to help provide information about the right location to be chosen by the company by considering factors and criteria that affect the company's shipping activities, the criteria used are Time, Quality, Location, Service. The method used is the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method using a quantitative approach with data collection techniques based on observations, interviews, and questionnaires. The results of the study based on the level of importance of the most dominant criteria in determining the location of priority stockpiling is the Time criterion, and then the second priority is service, then in the third priority is quality, finally in the fourth priority there is Location. From these results show that the Time criterion is very dominant in determining the location of priority stockpiling.","PeriodicalId":183155,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of Innovative Research in Multidisciplinary Education","volume":" 69","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-05-14","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"141128464","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

As the COVID 19 pandemic is still raging in many countries and is expected to last for a long period, the long term cognitive sequelae may bec ome a major publi c health issue long after the pandemic has ended. Longitudinal studies to follow up patients who have recovered from COVID 19 are necessary for better understanding the long term cognitive consequences of COVID 19, particularly among those who have recovered from severe disease. But these are not the unique problems of the so called NEUROCOVID. Neuromuscular manifestations of new coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID‐19) infection are frequent, and include dizziness, headache, myopathy, severe (also axonal) Gui llain Barrè Syndrome and olfactory and gustatory disturbances. Contrary to the assertion that transformational leaders might resist distributed leadership, the synthesis of empirical studies and theoretical frameworks reveals a nuanced dynamic. Transformational leaders, characterized by visionary thinking and inspiration, are inclined towards supporting distributed leadership practices by empowering staff, delegating authority, and fostering collaborative decision-making. The literature underscores the importance of contextual factors, such as organizational culture and leaders' willingness to relinquish control, in shaping the effectiveness of distributed leadership. Considering the practical implications, an integrated strategy that acknowledges the benefits of transformative and distributed leadership is paramount. Instructors are encouraged to develop dynamic, adaptable leadership cultures specific to their learning environments' requirements. Further empirical research is necessary to deepen the understanding of the interplay between these leadership styles, especially in diverse educational settings.","PeriodicalId":183155,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of Innovative Research in Multidisciplinary Education","volume":"9 10","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-05-14","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"140982024","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Vocabulary learning through mobile phone allows learners to have spaced repetition on vocabulary items. Whereas the penetration of WhatsApp Application in Indonesia keeps climbing, little research has explored the application of WhatsApp in vocabulary learning. The purposes of the study were (a) to examine whether WhatsApp collaborative vocabulary learning is more effective than the non-collaborative one (b) to investigate the advantages and disadvantages of vocabulary learning via WhatsApp based on the collaborative and non-collaborative learning methods and to examine which one is more effective. There were 50 students from two classes of English from Universitas Krisnadwipayana in Indonesia that were assigned to two groups: The collaborative learning group (the experimental group) and the non-collaborative learning group (the control group). They had to learn 75 words during 25 days of treatment. After the treatment, both group had to take a post-test. As a final step, both groups had to write a written reflection on the advantages and disadvantages of learning vocabulary through the WhatsApp based on the learning method that they used. As a result, from two-tailed independent samples T test, it was found that the experimental group outperformed the control group. Then, from the written reflection, it was indicated that the experimental group showed more positive attitudes toward the collaborative vocabulary learning via WhatsApp Messenger while those in the control group showed more neutral attitudes toward the non-collaborative learning. Based on those facts, it could be concluded that the collaborative vocabulary learning via WhatsApp Messenger was more effective than the non-collaborative one.","PeriodicalId":183155,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of Innovative Research in Multidisciplinary Education","volume":"31 2","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-05-14","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"140980447","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

More than half of State Islamic Universities have Public Service Agency status. They focus on teaching, research, and community service as their primary business and must manage assets professionally and with economic value as potential income. This study seeks to uncover and assess asset management and management transformation of UINs with BLU status. This study uses a qualitative research paradigm with a multi-site approach. This research used in-depth interviews conducted naturally with key informants at three state Islamic universities in Indonesia that have had BLU status for more than ten years. These three universities are considered to have experience in managing assets and carrying out transformation. Data analysis approaches are Domain and Content Analysis. The research data is presented in four domains: cash management, tangible asset management, intangible asset management, and endowment fund management. Research data found that UINs with BLU status still manage assets in a normative and conservative manner. This finding is because UIN, which has BLU status, has yet to transform its university management fully. This study shows that there are demands for UIN with BLU status to transform from a government institution into an \"agencification\" and semi-autonomous system in line with the delegation of management of state assets from the central government.","PeriodicalId":183155,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of Innovative Research in Multidisciplinary Education","volume":"28 7","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-05-14","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"140980308","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The COVID-19 pandemic has further accelerated the shift towards online businesses, prompting the emergence of different online store formats. In light of these changes, a study was conducted to investigate the impact of price and shopping motives on consumer preferences for online store formats versus physical stores. The research methodology involved distributing surveys directly to gather opinions from respondents in Surabaya, with a focus on millennial consumers. From 144 samples of this study, price and shopping motives did not significantly influence millennial consumers' preference for store formats. However, the results of the research indicate a clear preference for online shopping over physical stores among millennial consumers. This study sheds light on consumer preferences in the current market and emphasizes the growing influence of online businesses.","PeriodicalId":183155,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of Innovative Research in Multidisciplinary Education","volume":"23 22","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-03-15","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"140240519","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
