And what is the role of the school administration on the implementation of CPD for teachers? The review indicates that teachers’ professional growth has to be developed if they are ones to lead to school change and innovation in terms of improvement. Researchers in their investigation should not only focus on teachers learning process in schools and left behind the impact of it to the students learning as measurable variable in terms of performance rather they should conduct formative intervention studies that can be assessed empirically and provoke a desirable transformation and includes stakeholders, school leaders and teachers in the whole school as learning environment. Findings from this review suggest that more researches on impact of CPD are needed to deep dig its impact on students learning through teachers’ collaboration, teacher-student collaboration and teacher-school leader collaboration as a smart solution to overcome the challenges that hinder CPD effectiveness.","PeriodicalId":183155,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of Innovative Research in Multidisciplinary Education","volume":"5 3","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-06-15","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"141336900","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The finances generated by the sale of crops contribute to improving the living and working conditions of producers. This reality is seen in the communal area of Kouto, a northern locality in Côte d’Ivoire. This study analyzes the socio-economic benefits of the marketing of producers' food products in the commune of Kouto. The methodology adopted for this work is based on literature review, observation and field survey. Primary data collection tools such as the questionnaire and the interview guide served as a road map to navigate the field of in-vestigation. The results reveal that 94.12% of producers are male, 80.39% are adults, 82.35% are unschooled and 5.88% of the workforce is foreign. Furthermore, this study showed that 54.58% of production is self-consumed compared to 45.42% which is marketed. Also, the marketing of food products is profitable for 14.81% of producers to send their children to school, 11.45% for the purchase and modernization of buildings, 17.51% for the maintenance of village pumps and mutual aid, 15.82% for the ac-quisition of manufactured goods, 8.42% for the wedding celebration, 14.48% for generation celebrations through the sacred wood, 6.73% for cyclical savings commonly called “tontines” and 10.77% for the organization of funerals in Senoufo country. Finally, the benefits of the commercialization of food production are a factor in the empowerment of producers' wives and the financing of future plots of the producers themselves in the commune of Kouto.","PeriodicalId":183155,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of Innovative Research in Multidisciplinary Education","volume":"9 4","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-06-15","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"141335908","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

To do this, two econometric tools were applied. The first method presents panel cointegration techniques and Granger causality tests to verify the existence of a long-term relationship and examine the direction of causality between the different variables chosen. The FMOLS and DOLS panel techniques were used to estimate the long-term parameters. Thus, we show that the long-term impact of public debt on economic growth is both positive and significant. The second method describes the link using a linear growth model and another dynamic model. The latter two were estimated using the generalized moments method with dynamic panel data. The results show a close relationship between the exogenous variable debt and endogenous variable economic growth, and that debt positively affects growth up to a certain threshold. Beyond this threshold, the effect becomes negative and significant. Nevertheless, we have concluded that from a certain threshold, debt can exceed the repayment capacities and, therefore, disadvantage growth, which will in turn discourage domestic investments and savings.","PeriodicalId":183155,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of Innovative Research in Multidisciplinary Education","volume":"20 2","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-06-15","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"141336238","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Corn and sweet potato buchi-based food were produced from white corn, sweet potato, and glutinous rice. An increase in nutritive content like thiamin and vitamin C in the product is obtained from corn and sweet potatoes. Every 150 grams of cooked white corn provides 0.33 mg, or 33%, of thiamine, and every 185 grams (1 cup) of purple sweet potato, boiled, provides 53.77 mg, or 72%, of vitamin-C. The developed food product was evaluated by the respondents to determine the level of acceptability in terms of appearance, taste, and texture, which garnered an overall descriptive rating of highly acceptable. An equal amount of white corn powder, sweet potato, glutinous rice, and other essential ingredients will produce excellent buchi dough. The study shows that the developed buchi product has more essential nutrients derived from corn and sweet potatoes as its main ingredients. Fruit fillings like mango, jackfruit, and other fruit jams are recommended for corn and sweet potato buchi. Being cheap in production cost, ease of preparation, abundance, and availability of ingredients, it is recommended that the developed food product be introduced and advertised in the City of Ilagan, the Corn Capital of the Philippines, and the Province of Isabela as a whole.","PeriodicalId":183155,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of Innovative Research in Multidisciplinary Education","volume":"90 14","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-06-15","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"141337769","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This allows both forms to tell stories, evoke emotions, and inspire audiences. A songwriter's biographical background, much like an author's, enhances the appreciation of their work. Using Formalistic Criticism, this research analyzes Taylor Swift's \"Love Story.\" Results reveal literary devices like flashback, anaphora, metaphor, foreshadowing, allusion, colloquialism, situational irony, and the use of visual, auditory, and tactile imagery. Ultimately, this research uncovers Swift's artistry and personal evolution, showcasing the song's powerful imagery, literary devices, and narrative structure.","PeriodicalId":183155,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of Innovative Research in Multidisciplinary Education","volume":"22 2","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-05-14","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"140979321","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This relationship can be based on happiness and harmony. But in reality, wives in their position face a lot of domestic (economic) neglect and violence from their husbands, both sexual, psychological and physical violence. A number of women's considerations in handling domestic violence issues in their families make some victims hesitate to immediately report to law enforcement officials and take legal action to find a solution). Based on the facts that occur, most women and children are often victims of domestic violence. The number in Indonesia is very high, around 24 million cases or 11.4% have experienced acts of violence. The dominant violence experienced by Indonesian women is domestic violence or domestic violence, such as maltreatment, rape, harassment or infidelity committed by the husband. The problem in this paper is whether women as victims of physical violence have obtained legal protection? Based on the results of the research, it is found that women as victims of physical violence have not fully obtained optimal legal protection because when the victim finishes making a report the Police investigator at the Polres/Polresta level, especially at the Women and Children Protection Unit (UPPA) must take her to a safe house but this has not been done. Then when the victim finishes making a police report and returns home, the Police investigator/investigator at the Polres/Polresta level, especially at the Women and Children Protection Unit must collaborate with other family members and neighbouring parties to provide protection to the victim in the form of supervision but this has not been done. So it is suggested that the Indonesian National Police at the Polres/Polresta level, especially the Women and Child Protection Unit can work together with community leaders and religious leaders as well as the government at the sub-district level to actively conduct socialisation about legal protection against women of physical violence in the household so that women as victims no longer feel afraid or pressured to report the acts of violence they experience.","PeriodicalId":183155,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of Innovative Research in Multidisciplinary Education","volume":"34 30","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-05-14","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"140979919","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
