Pentingnya mengkaji intensi berwirausaha diperguruan tinggi karena mahasiswa S1 ketika lulus tuntutannya menjadi alumni bisa menciptakan lapangan kerja. Terutama di lingkungan Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia, alumni yang dari kependidikan yang ingin menjadi guru harus melanjutkan ke PPG, bagi yang tidak melanjutkan salah satu pillihannya adalah berwirausaha. Oleh karena itu perlu dikaji aspek-aspek kegiatan yang dilakukan perguruan tinggi serta lingkungan keluarga dalam meningkatkan intensi berwirausaha mahasiswa. Oleh karena itu tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui bagaimanakah kelayakan yang dirasakan dan Keinginan yang Dirasakan Terhadap Intensi Berwirausaha. Sehingga akan diperoleh faktor-faktor apa yang dominan dari berbagai aspek tersebut dalam meningkatkan intensi berwirausaha. Grand theory penelitian ini adalah teori Entrepreneurial Event Model dari Shapero dan Sokol. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Explanatory Survey Method. Sampel penelitian yang diambil dari populasi mahasiswa UPI dari 13 bagian, fakultas dan kampus daerah. Populasi penelitian sebanyak 19.919 mahasiswa dengan ukuran sampel menggunakan formula Isaac Michael diperoleh ukuran sebanyak 366 responden. Pengumpulan data menggunakan angket berskala Liker dan Numerik. Seluruh angket dilakukan pengujian validitas dan reliabilitas. This symptom of the low quality of production is thought to arise in the form of consumer dissatisfaction with production or internal quality standards have not been met.Considering the importance of the above problems, between the maintenance of employees with the quality of production results have a strong connection, without the existence of good maintenance will not encourage employees to spend all their abilities for the organization in this case is in producing a good quality product. And vice versa if maintenance can run well will have an impact on improving the quality of production results.The research method used in this study is the survey method. Data atau Objek Penelitian: Penelitian awal merupakan penelitian kuantitatif berupa pengambilan waktu lama pelayanan yang dijalani 362 pasien rawat jalan bukan peserta asuransi pemerintah yang datang ke rumah sakit. Peneltian dilajutkan studi kualitatif berupa Focus Group Discussion (FGD) yang diikuti kepala beserta 1 orang staf dari instalasi pendaftaran, rawat jalan dan farmasi Metode: Analisa Value Added Activity (VA) dan Non-Value Added Activity (NVA) dengan menggunakan Visual Stream Mapping. Hasil yang didapatkan ditindaklanjuti dengan Focus Group Discussion dengan mencari akar masalah menggunakan metode 5 Why, Fish-bone Analisys untuk pemetaan masalah, diakhiri dengan tahapan Analisa spaghetti diagram untuk analisa redesain Hasil: Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perbandingan VA dengan NVA tiap unit yaitu di pendaftaran VA (57,63%)>NVA (42,37%), RJ VA (35,97%)<NVA (64,03%), Farmasi VA (9,92%)<NVA (90,08%), Kassa VA (27,57%)<NVA (72,43%). Komponen utama penyebab lama waktu tunggu pelayanan rawat jalan di rumah sakit tersebut adalah lingkungan, tenaga kerja dan sistem. The process in risk management based on ISO 31000 consists of establishing the context, risk identification, risk assessment and risk management phases. To find out the level of risk can be done in the risk assessment phase. The object of this research is CV Garuda Jaya Garment located in Sidoarjo Regency. In the Garuda Jaya Garment CV, it is necessary to do risk management because it still uses the Make to Order system and does not have a support system yet so that there is a possibility of risks such as delays in the delivery of raw materials so that the processing process is not on schedule. The purpose of this study is to determine the level of risk from low, medium and high levels and provide recommendations for control of each risk. From the results of risk identification obtained 27 risk lists. Based on the results of an interview with the owner of CV Garuda Jaya Garment, the elimination was carried out on 8 risks because it was not in accordance with the current conditions. So from 27 risks remaining 19 risks will be measured. The results of the risk assessment obtained 4 risks with a high level, 8 risks with a moderate level, and 7 risks with a low level. In this study, treatment was carried out at all levels of risk. Kejadiankejadian tersebut bisa bersumber dari luar (eksternal) maupun dari dalam (internal) perusahaan. Hal inilah yang menimbulkan adanya ketidakpastian pada proses pencapaian tujuan perusahaan. Wideman mengatakan bahwa, ketidakpastian yang terjadi bisa bersifat negatif maupun positif. Ketidakpastian negatif adalah hal yang dapat menimbulkan risiko (risk), sedangkan ketidakpastian positif adalah peluang (opportunity) [1]. Meng Naga Sakti Batam. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner yang didistribusikan dan diimplementasikan dan pada 56 karyawan PT Batam. Meng Naga Sakti. Analisis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan SPSS versi 23.00. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah metode angket dan teknik pengujian reliabilitas data dengan Alpha Cronbach. Uji asumsi klasik dan analisis regresi linier berganda, untuk menguji dan membuktikan hipotesis penelitian. Hasil analisis didapatkan bahwa motivasi memiliki determinasi signifikan terhadap kinerja, komunikasi memiliki determinasi kinerja signifikan, sedangkan kompensasi memiliki determinasi tetapi tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan uji t menunjukkan bahwa variabel motivasi dan komunikasi terbukti secara akurat berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel dependen kinerja. Kemudian melalui uji F dapat diketahui bahwa variabel motivasi, komunikasi dan kompensasi berpengaruh signifikan secara simultan dalam kinerja. Angka R square 0,627 menunjukkan bahwa 62,7 persen variasi kinerja dapat dijelaskan oleh satu variabel independen yang digunakan dalam persamaan regresi. Sedangkan sisanya sebesar 0,373 atau 37,3 persen dijelaskan oleh variabel lain di luar variabel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini.
