Salah satu bentuk teknologi informasi digital yang popular saat ini adalah website e-commerce . Website e-commerce sangat efektif untuk mendukung pengelolaan informasi dan pemasaran produk tanpa terbatas jarak dan waktu. Di dalam e-commerce terdapat sistem pembayaran elektronik yang dikenal dengan sebutan e-payment . E-payment hadir menjadi solusi untuk menggantikan alat transaksi pembayaran cara lama. Dengan e-payment kemungkinan terjadinya tindakan penipuan pada saat melakukan transaksi di e-commerce dapat diminimalisir. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui (1) pengaruh kualitas website dan penggunaan e-payment terhadap kunjungan konsumen (2) pengaruh kualitas website dan penggunaan e-payment terhadap nilai bisnis. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 393 pelanggan e-commerce di Indonesia. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner online dan dianalisis dengan Structural Equation Model (SEM). Hasilnya menunjukkan kualitas website meliputi; kualitas kegunaan, kualitas informasi, dan kualitas interaksi secara langsung berpengaruh terhadap kunjungan konsumen namun tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai bisnis. Tetapi secara tidak langsung kualitas kegunaan, kualitas informasi, dan kualitas interaksi berpengaruh terhadap nilai bisnis. Untuk penggunaan e-payment meliputi; budaya, persepsi keamanan, ekspektasi usaha, dan pengaruh sosial secara langsung mempengaruhi kunjungan konsumen, sedangkan ekpektasi kinerja dan kondisi yang mendukung tidak berpengaruh. Lalu persepsi keamanan dan ekspektasi usaha secara langsung mempengaruhi nilai bisnis, sedangkan budaya, ekspektasi kinerja, pengaruh sosial dan kondisi yang mendukung tidak berpengaruh. Kemudian secara tidak langsung budaya, persepsi keamanan, ekspektasi usaha dan pengaruh sosial berpengaruh terhadap nilai bisnis. Sedangkan ekspektasi kinerja dan kondisi yang mendukung tidak berpengaruh. This study uses a sample method saturated with a sample of 98 customers with the type of research used is quantitative with a descriptive approach. While the data collection method uses the Questionnaire (Questionnaire) method for De'Cost restaurant customers in Giant Pamulang Square. The method used to test and analyze data is the validity test, reliability test, correlation coefficient, coefficient of determination, simple linear regression and significance test (t test). Store atmosphere at De'Cost restaurant in Giant Pamulang Square is good, it can be seen from the average score of store atmosphere, which is 4.14, which is shown by an interesting store atmosphere. The purchasing decision at the De'Cost restaurant in Giant Pamulang Square has been very good. This can be seen from the average score of the purchase decision variable, which is 4.23 shown by customers who recommend to others, customers feel very comfortable and attractive that they feel they can found at the De'Cost restaurant in Giant Pamulang Square and customers feel comfortable. Store atmosphere is proven to have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions at De'Cost restaurant in Giant Pamulang Square. This is indicated by a 0.50 regression with a regression equation Y = 11.94 + 0.50X. The contribution of store atmosphere influence on purchasing decisions is 23.7% while the remaining 76.3% is influenced by several other factors and the results of the t-test, namely t-count is greater than t-table (6.25> 1.985). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui store atmosphere, untuk mengetahui keputusan pembelian pada restorean De'Cost di Giant Pamulang Square,Jakarta dan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh store atmosphere terhadap keputusan pembelian pada Restoran De'Cost di Giant Pamulang Square,. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode sampling yaitu dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 98 orang pelanggan dengan jenis penelitian yang digunakan yaitu kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Sedangkan metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode Kuesioner (Angket) kepada pelanggan restoran De'Cost di Giant Pamulang Square. Metode yang digunakan untuk menguji dan menganalisis data adalah uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, koefisien korelasi, koefisien determinasi, regresi linier sederhana dan uji signifikasi (uji t). Store Atmosphere pada restoran De'Cost di Giant Pamulang Square sudah baik hal ini terlihat dari hasil rata-rata skor variabel store atmosphere yaitu  4,14 yang ditunjukan oleh store atmosphere yang menarik. Telkomsel Grapari Medan. Penelitian dilakukan berdasarkan ketidakpuasan karyawan terhadap manajemen PT. Telkomsel tentang tunjangan yang belum dibayar, hal ini menghasilkan demonstrasi besar-besaran. Kuisioner digunakan dalam penelitian ini untuk mendapatkan data dilapangan. Kemudian teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi berganda. Analisis ini digunakan untuk mengukur pengaruh variabel independen terhadap variabel dependen. Analisis dilakukan dengan menggunakan software SPSS 20.0 for windows. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel motivasi dan pengembangan karier secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Telkomsel Grapari Pemuda Surabaya. Kasus ini didasarkan pada F-hitung sebesar 18.533 dengan tingkat signifikan sebesar 0.000. Demikian juga secara parsial, variabel motivasi dan pengembangan karir berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap kinerja karyawan. Hal ini didasarkan pada variabel motivasi yang memiliki T-hitung sebesar 4,539 dan variabel pengembangan karir yang memiliki t-hitung sebesar 2,891, artinya lebih besar dari t-tabel 1,996. The research sample was obtained using the Quantitative method. The research data were collected by questionnaire distribution method, sampling using saturated sample techniques of 55 respondents, using data analysis including: Validity Test, Reliability Test, Normality Test, Multicollinearity Test, Heteroscedasticity Test, Multiple Linear Regression Tests, Multiple Correlation Tests, Coefficient of Determination, Hypothesis Test, Partial T Test, Simultaneous Test F. The results of the study show that the Regression Test Y = -3.272P + 0.500x1 + 0.593x2 + e and the results of data processing shows that the value of determination Discipline has a positive and significant effect on performance with the degree of relationship amounted to 0.929 where discipline (x1) and training (x2) have a very strong relationship or influence on performance (x1) with an influence contribution of 92.9%. This system will be applied in the process of recording accounting using a client server base. Meanwhile, the development of this information system is done by using the RD method. In this software, data on sales, purchases, cash receipts, cash disbursements, and inventories will be processed and will provide information on the benefits of SMEs. With outputs in the form of financial reports such as warehouse stock reports, purchase reports, sales reports, cash disbursement reports, and cash income reports, SMEs do not need to manually record all their monthly sales records. And finally, this information system can be useful and applied in other SMEs.Rancangan pengembangan sistem informasi yang efisien dan efektif pada aktivitas penjualan UKM Partner Cloth bertujuan untuk menggantikan pencatatan yang masih manual. Sistem ini akan diaplikasikan dalam proses pencatatan akuntansi dengan menggunakan basis client server. Sedangkan, pengembangan sistem informasi ini dilakukan dengan menggunkan metode RD. Dalam perangkat lunak ini, data-data penjualan, pembelian, penerimaan kas, pengeluaran kas, dan persediaan akan diolah dan akan memberikan informasi keuntungan UKM. Dengan hasil output berupa laporan keuangan seperti laporan stok gudang, laporan pembelian, laporan penjualan, laporan pengeluaran kas, dan laporan pemasukan kas, maka UKM tidak perlu melakukan pencatatan secara manual untuk mengetahui semua record penjualan perbulanannya.
