There is a consensus among the Muslim Ummah on the fact of abrogation. Only a few people denied this fact. Everyone has agreed on the occurrence of abrogation in the Holy Qur’an; however, scholars and researchers have been differing in its nature. Qur'anic exegetical literature has great importance among Islamic scholars. While interpreting the Holy Qur'an, various commentators have discussed the abrogation in detail. The commentators of Urdu Qur'anic exegetical literature also seem to be in favour of abrogation in the Holy Qur'an. In these commentaries, not only the verses related to abrogation have been described, but in some commentaries, the causes and circumstances of revelation have been described in such detail that after reading these commentaries, there remains no need to search for related books. \u0000Sir Syed Ahmad Khan and Ghulam Ahmad Pervez are among the commentators who have worked hard to harmonize the commentary with Western thought. As a result of this struggle, they denied the abrogation in the holy Quran. \u0000Most of the commentators of the subcontinent agree that the Qur'anic Verses may have been abrogated. However, they split into two groups. Some have expanded the concept of abrogation, while others have accepted the abrogation of only a few verses of the Holy Qur'an. There was a need to highlight and compare the views of both classes. Most of his work was on Hadith, but his work on the Qur'anic Verses those apparently hard to comprehend in \"Mashiklat al-Qur'an\", is considered his main work on the Qur'an.\u0000In his commentary on the primary sources of Hadiths, he unveiled various points and ideas on Qur’anic sciences. He took up the issues while explaining the Hadiths related to exegeses, the I’jaz al-Qur’an, Abrogation (Naskh) in the Qur’an, Qur’anic Oaths and their understanding, and the meanings of the Seven Letter (Sab’ah ahruf). \u0000His other work on this subject lies in his book “Katam al-Nabiyyin”, in which his exegeses on a verse about the finality of the Prophet (PBUH) covers ninety-six (96) pages. His views in his book \"Aqeedah al-Islam fi Hayat Isa (A.H.)\" about the life of Jesus (A.H.) and Yajuj Majuj are also related to Quranic sciences and a piece of strong evidence of his interaction with a profound understanding of the Quranic Studies. In his biography, a model has been set for all human beings so that people of every age and time may find the solution to all their problems in the light of the practices of the Prophet PBUH. That is why Allah, the Exalted, announced the life of His Messenger PBUH as a perfect example (اسوہ حسنہ). And in his blessed life, there are best principles for training children that can be adapted to create a better generation. The generation today's society needs. The scarcity of time is one of many changes that have taken place in human society in recent times, due to which parents are also suffering from significant shortcomings in the training of their children. However, children are a blessing which is the support of parents in later life and good children are a source of comfort for parents as well. But in the current age of mechanization, where neurosis, psychosis, and other social ills are on the rise, cultural invasion and lack of training are also spreading in our new generation. Therefore, there is a need to improve one's future by adopting the shining principles of Seerah. The article is based on an analytical research methodology. With the passage of time developments and different circumstances occurred in the methodology and way of writing on the Seerah as well. Various insightful works to feature the various aspects of the Prophet's (PBUH) life have shown up in the past numerous decades. The reason for composing such sort of works is, principally, to show the significance of the Prophet's life for all occasions, and in conditions. Modern Seerah texts are profoundly impacted by the impressive historical currents that have formed the post-colonial Muslim world. In the 19th century, the Islamic world confronted the Western understanding of science, as it steadily began to go affected by the last option in economic, political, and military perspectives. The examinations done in this period were currently done even with the contributions of the Western perspective. Even though there were a few works, assuming scant managed without concerning the Western techniques for research, some others were composed as criticism of the orientalist studies, and some were delivered affected by the orientalist thoughts. However, in the contemporary era, there have arisen some recent fads in the composing trends of the Seerah. Among the blessings that Allah Almighty has bestowed is that He has allowed us to do many things that were forbidden according to the previously revealed law. “Allah intends for you ease and He does not want to make things difficult for you.” (Al-Baqarāh: 2/185). Seafood is any form of sea life regarded as food by humans. Seafood prominently includes fish and other sea creatures like shellfish, prawns, crabs, eel, shrimps, oysters, octopuses, snails, frogs, crocodiles, snakes etc. As observed during the last few years, the demand for seafood has become manifold. The trends for seafood are widely in fashion as eating habits, generally around the world, and especially in Asia. The basic objective of this article examines the views of contemporary scholars of modern jurisprudential institutions and various Iftaa councils, keeping in view the above-mentioned research. Questionnaires were written by the researcher to different madaris which included 17 questions. Various topics related to the condition and sanctity of marine animals, their regular use of food, medicine and trade were discussed. In this perspective, it is stated that there are many deviated exegeses for permissible and forbidden seafood in all schools of thought. Both countries have a tribal background in which they have no mindset about women's rights in society. There is a competition between both governments to impose limitations on their female population. Iran claims surprising political change in during the contemporary period. Among these changes has been notable alternation in women’s role in society and status. There is a social and political gap between women and men; between the westernized educationist class and the popular class as well as between democratic and local activists. On the other hand, the Saudi monarchy has started its top-down reforms. Women are granted permission to drive and perform in concerts and run their own businesses. As well as Saudi women can join the military. Therefore, both countries are still ignoring women's rights compared to other nations. The study examines the uncovered heterogeneity of the two states. The paper additionally gives short learning on current conditions influencing women in both states. The study also comparatively analyzes the condition of women's rights and political rights in Iran and Saudi Arabia. It also traces women's struggle to seek rights, particularly political rights through the theory of gender equality.
