The war was caused by the resistance of a Javanese nobleman named Prince Diponegoro, this war was called the Diponegoro War or known as the Java War. Because of the unprecedented amount of popular resistance, the losses suffered by both the colonizers and the Javanese people were very large, both human and material casualties, this was closely related to economic conditions during the war and after the end of the war. This paper aims to analyze and describe the consequences of the war that occurred at that time on the Dutch colonial as well as on the Javanese people themselves, from an economic aspect. Research through a qualitative approach with a descriptive method, namely literature study and usually historical research using heuristic methods. The results of the study stated that the consequences of the Java War were very significant in affecting the lives of Javanese people and the Dutch colonial after the war.","PeriodicalId":178983,"journal":{"name":"Journal of Social Work and Science Education","volume":"37 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-07-11","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"139360276","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

It has also been warned by the world’s economists of the coming storm of global recession. This is evidenced by the slowdown in global economic growth, namely the United States, China and the European Union. This threat is a non-military threat, so it is necessary to determine a strategy to deal with it so that the Indonesian economy can survive. This paper aims to examine the Indonesian government’s strategy in anticipating the economic impact of Covid-19 through fiscal and monetary policies. This research uses literature study with a descriptive approach. The conclusion that can be drawn is that the government needs to continue to evaluate and adjust policies according to developing conditions.","PeriodicalId":178983,"journal":{"name":"Journal of Social Work and Science Education","volume":"48 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-07-11","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"139360596","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The purpose of this study is to provide an overview of the effect of improving teacher performance through the academic supervision of the school principal, teacher professionalism and the work environment. This research uses quantitative methods. The data collected in this study were obtained through observation, interviews, questionnaires and documentation. The analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that the influence of the principal’s academic supervision, teacher professionalism, and the work environment jointly affect teacher performance. If academic supervision activities are carried out effectively and continuously, then the teacher’s ability to carry out learning is carried out in a professional manner and the work environment, in addition to meeting standards, also provides positive benefits for teachers, the teacher’s performance will increase.","PeriodicalId":178983,"journal":{"name":"Journal of Social Work and Science Education","volume":"152 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-07-11","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"139360305","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

However, the language is still not well documented. Some literature available on the linguistic analysis of Tagabawa is scarce and outdated. There are grammatical descriptions written on Bagobo-Tagabawa; but an updated description is offered by this study as a welcome development to continuous discoveries in the language. Although there is the latest available work on Tagabawa, the Tagabawa-English Dictionary by DuBois in 2016 under the Summer Institute of Linguistics, we believe new literature such as grammatical note would be a great addition to it. To provide further pertinent information in keeping Tagabawa as institutional and well-documented language, this paper documents its variety in Malapangi, Marilog by describing and accounting for its basic linguistic features of Tagabawa language. Furthermore, it provides notes on the salient features of Tagabawa verbs, mainly on its voice, aspects, modes, and transitivity.","PeriodicalId":178983,"journal":{"name":"Journal of Social Work and Science Education","volume":"22 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-07-11","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"139360564","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Its influence is increasingly felt in the behavior and social life of the local community. The Dayak community has experienced a change in their “world view” of the forest. Those who have been friendly with nature since ancient times and uphold traditional principles, now in their lives, on the one hand, are leaving their ancestral traditions and following the trend of oil palm plantations, but on the other hand, their lives are increasingly cornered by the existence of oil palm plantations. The permissive attitude and pragmatism of those in power have resulted in a change in the “world view” of the local community. They no longer respect nature or forests as “sacred lands”. Society is also increasingly pragmatic, hedonic and consumptive. Local customs and wisdom in the form of family values, mutual cooperation, loyalty to the community, humility, sincerity, respect for nature and each other are increasingly fading. The jungle forest and “tembawang forest” as customary rights have mostly been just stories.","PeriodicalId":178983,"journal":{"name":"Journal of Social Work and Science Education","volume":"26 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-07-10","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"139360801","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
