Penukal Kab. Pali. The research was carried out at the integrated Kec. Penukal Early Childhood Health Center with the address of PU Village, Babat Dusun II Village, Penukal District, Penukal District, Abab Lematang Ilir. The research was carried out from February to April 2023. Data and information were collected by researchers while in the field by obtaining direct surveys. The documentation from primary and secondary sources and used to fulfill research requirements regarding the benefits and objectives of the research. This study is quantitative descriptive research. For this study, ex post facto design was applied. At SMA N 1 Cempaka, SMA N 2 Semendawai West, and SMA N 1 Semendawai West, this research was carried out. The 96 participants from 3 different schools made up the sample. In this study, several data testing methods were employed, including normality tests, multicollinearity tests, heteroscedasticity tests, linearity tests, autocorrelation tests, correlation studies of the r-product moment, simple regression analyses, and double regression analyses. The type of research used in this study is a type of experimental research with a quasi-experimental design. This research is experimental research and the research design used is a Quasi-Experimental Design, namely the Group Pretest Posttest Design. The sample used in this study were players aged 13-15 years, Persegrata Palembang football school (SSB) students in 2023, totaling 10 players. The sampling technique in this study used a systematic sampling technique and an ordinal pair system. This research as a whole used test, measurement, and documentation methods. The results of the study showed differences between the group of students who used the barrier hop training model and those who used the jump-to-box training model for their shooting abilities. This means that the training model has a significant role in shooting ability. The validity of the data was carried out with the persistence of observers and the triangulation method. To learn shooting techniques in basketball games at school requires the right learning model because shooting basketball exercises using the drill method in learning is boring for students. The purpose of this study was to determine the application of TGFU (Teaching Game for Understanding) learning in basketball shooting learning. The method used in this research is literature review. Here, we will describe the relation to the application of TGFU learning to shooting material in basketball games. Game variations are a form of various kinds of basketball learning that is fun in various forms of games. The learning process does not all go well, one of the problems that occur during the learning process is either caused by inappropriate learning methods or approaches. The purpose of this study was to determine students' perceptions of game variations on basketball learning outcomes. The population in this study was grade VII students of State Junior High School 1 Lubuklinggau with a sample of 38 students used. Data collection in this study used questionnaires shared through Google forms. Based on the results of the analysis data, it is said that students' perceptions of game variations get a good response, students are happier and more motivated to follow learning if given many game variations. With the perception of (1) Student Interest obtained a score of 81.05% with a very good category, (2) Student Sincerity in basketball learning obtained a score of 83.82% with a very good category, (3) Student needs developed a variety of basketball learning obtained a score of 95.25% with a very good category. The research involved designing and implementing various learning activities on the Discord server, including video tutorials on athletic techniques, live streaming of expert demonstrations, interactive quizzes, and discussion forums for student collaboration and feedback. The server also served as a platform for teachers to provide timely guidance and personalized support to students. Data collection involved pre- and post-intervention assessments, as well as surveys and interviews to gather student feedback on their experiences with the Discord server. The results indicated a positive impact of the blended learning model on student engagement, motivation, and performance in the 100-meter athletic run. Students appreciated the flexibility and interactive nature of the online platform, which allowed them to review instructional videos at their own pace and seek clarifications from both peers and teachers. This research contributes to the growing body of literature on the effective integration of digital technologies in physical education, specifically in the context of 100-meter athletic run training.
