The most common CVD manifestation is atrial fibrillation. The CVD prevalence in rural areas of Indonesia is 1.3% and only one-third of CVD patients received preventive treatment. The low number of patients receiving preventive treatment is due to a shortage of active cardiologists and an unoptimized health care facility integration system in Indonesia. Therefore, a virtual access system equipped with a computer-aided diagnosis that connects a public health center in a rural area with cardiologists in a district hospital for better health care service performance. In this research, the virtual access system was developed by using Amazon Web Services along with ESP32 and micro-SD for simulating the ECG data transmission. The developed system can be accessed publicly and able to do cloud computation to detect atrial fibrillation. Furthermore, the developed system data transmission with the buffer method showed a result of 0% data loss in 1 minute, 5 minutes, 60 hours; and 0.0014% of extra data for 24 hours of transmission. Using a complete motorbike model, computer simulation is used to analyze ABS performance. ABS is currently an integral feature of the automotive system that provides added safety. To address the issue of severe nonlinearity in ABS design, controllers such as PID and bang-bang controllers are trying to regulate the longitudinal slip of the wheels during braking are required. It also employs diverse road conditions and vehicle circumstances/configurations in this article. The company's quality standard with defects per unit (DPU) per shift is 1%. Based on data from June-August 2021, the average DPU of this product is 3.69% and a DPMO value of 3,952, so this research is necessary to reduce the number of defects. The six-sigma method is applied to improve quality. The highest defects occurred in the sealing process with four types of defects, they are seal join, seal damage, seal crooked, and perforation. Based on the analysis, the most dominant defects are seal joins and seal damage. The problem is the lack of operator skill to set up the machine, the lack of operators on the production floor, and the operator's lack of understanding of the SOP. The best improvement to be proposed to the company is making a work assessment form and a checklist of work instructions for operators. The problem experienced is that the production department cannot maintain its production achievements due to waste in the production process activities. Waste causes the production process to be inefficient as well as an increase in waste garbage. The purpose of this research is to analyze the results of mapping lean sustainable manufacturing and provide a proposed strategy to improve the performance of sustainable manufacturing in the company. The initial stage of the study was carried out by making sustainability value stream mapping (SVSM). The results of the analysis show that there is inappropriate processing, waiting, defect and transportation waste. Next is the calculation of the Sustainability Index (SI) and obtained a value of 144.3% which indicates the need for improvement to become a sustainable company. These activities are mainly implemented manually which bring high posture risk for the operators. This research is aimed to analyze ergonomic risk in painting industry by utilizing Ergo-FMEA (Failure Mode and Effect Analysis) methodology. Research stage is commenced by starting with job analysis, identification, ergonomic risk valuation and analysis, and improvement design to minimize risk. Risks are identified based on six risk categories namely horizontal distance, vertical distance, position, movement, environment, and performance. Identification results revealed 14 risks of work posture faced by operators. Activities that produce the highest risk are manual product moving and manual product lifting. These risks often lead to muscle pain, twisted joints, and back injury. The proposed improvements to minimize these risks are wire cart work facility design, workplace layout process costing improvement, and SOP of safe manual product lifting. At the processing stage. minerals are processed to produce products with higher mineral concentrations. This process has by-products called tailings. The Indonesian mining industry as one of the world's nickel producers cannot be separated from this issue. The large nickel production also has an impact on the large tailings production. These tailings are generally just stockpiled without further use. This study aims to provide an understanding of the strength of the material resulting from the addition of tailings to the concrete mixture. Five variations of the material were made by mixing tailings with ratios of 0%, 20%, 40%, 50%, and 60% in the concrete mix. Physical and mechanical properties testing was carried out to obtain the rock strength value from the concrete sample. During this research, the parameters of UCS, Young's Modulus, and Poisson's Ratio were used as indicators of rock strength. Based on the tests that have been carried out, the addition of tailings to the concrete mix generally weakens the strength of the concrete. However, there is a trend of increasing rock strength at a mixture ratio of 60% where the UCS value is 1.324 MPa and Young's modulus is 0.584. Furthermore, porosity and degree of saturation are considered to have a role in these rock strength parameters. This is indicated by the degree of saturation of the 60% ratio, which is 18.8 with an increase in Young's Modulus and UCS. Based on these results, it can be concluded that tailings can be further utilized in concrete mixtures so that their availability in the field can be converted and reduced. While OT is related to operational in shop floor production, IT has become a backbone in corporate management strategic decision making. Both technology are dependent to reliable data, comprehensive analysis from it, and utmost distribution network to related parties. In Industrial Revolution journey, Programmable Logic Controller invention has been part of important part of OT and trigger to the Third Industrial Revolution. The elaboration in Computer Integrated Manufacturing concept has been strengthened by technology providers to deliver reliable solution in manufacturing process. However, these data remain to reside in isolated environment of Industrial Control System. While focusing in process operational automation system, integrated information management become issue in this case study. Manual log sheet in Margarine and Shortening production of Palm Oil Refinery is backbone for process parameter visibility and downside in issues to reliability, distribution, and further analysis. By optimizing available technology in the Fourth Industrial Revolution, this vertical integration from shop floor production to corporate management could be delivered with IIoT-based Information Systems. Methodology from Industrial Internet Consortium (IIC) publication in Industrial Internet Reference Architecture (IIRA) which connected to existing automation system is providing real-time data with historical trending. The velocity and volume of these data has shaped Big Data and presented Management Information System in IT network. In predicting the level of waste volume, the DKI Jakarta Provincial Environment Agency must make decisions, so it is necessary to carry out a prediction stage regarding the increase in waste in the future. For this reason, this research performs a prediction stage by utilizing two machine learning algorithms: Linear Regression and Random Forest Regression. The experiment used historical data on waste volume transportation from January to June 2021. The experimental results showed that the Random Forest Regression had the lowest error values of 0.82 and 0.81, with a training and testing data ratio of 80%:20%. On the other hand, Linear Regression has an error value of 0.83 and 0.82 at a ratio of 80%:20%. During the Covid-19 pandemic, TB cases in Indonesia also increased. TB and Covid-19 had the similar symptoms such as cough, fever, and breathing difficulty, so that TB sufferers must be given serious treatment to avoid Covid-19. In predicting a disease, it is important for health workers to make decisions, thus it is necessary to do an early diagnosis in order to reduce the transmission of TB in the community. There are many algorithm methods used in conducting data analysis, for this study the authors use K-Nearest Neighbor (K-NN) algorithm and Logistic Regression as comparison. Experimental results using available dataset collected from health centers in Muara Enim District of South Sumatra Province show that the K-NN algorithm provides the best accuracy of 89% on dataset with training to testing data ratio of 80%:20%, while the Logistic Regression provides the best accuracy of 96% on 70%:30% ratio. In order to understand the current state of research on dissertation productivity, this study organizes 21 papers on dissertation productivity published between 1986 to 2021 and compiles tables to understand research on dissertation productivity and discuss related items. The results obtained from the summary table show that case studies of papers tend to focus on one-unit influencing factors, and the analytical perspective is not comprehensive. Many papers make database decisions based on the authoritative nature of the database. It becomes clear that the method of analyzing productivity in the papers is overwhelmingly a statistical mathematical analysis. When a government or organization wants to evaluate scientific productivity, it should not focus on efficiency, but should choose the appropriate scientific productivity evaluation indicators according to the needs.
