In conducting an improvement plan, an analysis of potential risk events and risk agents are required. In addition, the improvement plan must also be oriented towards performance indicators. This article discusses business process planning at HEIs and prioritizing improvement plans. The House of Quality (HoQ) is used to calculate the relation value between business processes and key performance indicators of HEI. while the modified House of Risk (HoR) is used in prioritizing improvement plan alternative. Aggregate Risk Potential (ARP) score is a parameter to prioritize improvement. The result show that ARP score are range from 180 – 13,824. In this case, most of the risk agent improvement priorities are related to research activities: lack of research ability, lack number of research and community services proposals, research group does not establish or inactive, and low research culture.","PeriodicalId":178760,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 2022 International Conference on Engineering and Information Technology for Sustainable Industry","volume":"30 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-09-21","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"125960840","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Different tools are used in the procedure to find and measure wind speed at different locations starting from already available wind speed data at the Global Wind Atlas, then verified with a handheld anemometer and with a weather station. Wind data collections using handheld anemometer and weather station were done at 2-meter elevation and compared with the lowest elevation data available in the Global Wind Atlas at 10-meter height. This procedure is applied in West Cakung Office area which is in an industrial complex in East of Jakarta. This project can contribute to other companies in the industrial complex to develop wind energy projects. We found that the wind speed average from the Global Wind Atlas at 10-meter elevation, 1.43 m/s, higher than any measurements done at 2-meter elevation in several spots using handheld anemometer and weather station, 0.5 - 1.4 m/s. The measurement results using handheld anemometer is consistent with using weather station. The highest wind speed at 2-meter elevation occurs at a site located between two large buildings which create tunneling effect and amplify the wind speed. This site has higher wind speed even compared to the site 2-meter on the roof of buildings due to obstacles from walls and other structures on the roof. Wind speed measurements using weather station was also done at higher elevation with the support of air balloon. The height of the air balloon is around 10 – 15 meter above the ground. We found that the wind speed average at this level is 1.6 m/s, which is slightly higher than the data from the Global Wind Atlas due to slightly higher elevation and maybe due to air acceleration around the balloon which has 1.5-meter diameter. Although the wind speed average is consistent for all three sources: Global Wind Atlas, handheld anemometer, weather station, but the daily wind speed hourly index is not consistent. Wind speed data from the Global Wind Atlas shows that the peak of wind speed occurs in the morning time, while the data from handheld anemometer and weather station shows that the peak of wind speed occurs in the afternoon time. More investigations will be done to explain this inconsistency in the future work.","PeriodicalId":178760,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 2022 International Conference on Engineering and Information Technology for Sustainable Industry","volume":"11 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-09-21","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"126668478","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

However, in 2020, the world was being hit by a sudden disruption in the form of the pandemic disease which greatly affects all aspects of social life. One of the effects of this pandemic is a large-scale social restriction, which is the limitation of a large group of people in one activity. This limitation will lead to the working from home system implementation for some companies. The implementation of this new working system will lead to the project performance and quality as well. The use of project management software can maintain or even increase the performance of the project. The objective of the thesis work is to be able to determine the criteria needed in a project management software and decide the suitable one in a logistics department. The analytical hierarchy process method was used in this research. Based on interviews and literature reviews, the criteria used are project schedule, collaboration, and task / Kanban. Microsoft Project is being on the first rank rather than other software that has a weight value on project schedule, collaboration, and task / Kanban criteria are 0.6887, 0.5870, and 0.4502.","PeriodicalId":178760,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 2022 International Conference on Engineering and Information Technology for Sustainable Industry","volume":"11 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-09-21","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"125234555","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

There are 894 election officers’ death due to overworking load and it cost the nation 25 trillion Rupiah or about 1.8 billion USD, involved 16 parties, 192.2 million voters, 7.6 million officers, and 810,329 polling stations spreading in 83,405 villages throughout Indonesia. The election was held simultaneously for selecting legislative members and the president, utilized five ballots, and was held one day, including for polling, and counting, making the 2019 elections the most complicated in the world. The time for processing five ballots for voting took about 5-7 minutes on average and another five minutes for counting. Moreover, the ballot tabulation process from polling stations to the national level was manual and took 36 calendar days, adding complexity to the post-election process. This work aims to propose an approach to improve the efficiency and accountability of the voting and tabulation process. Propose to use a single ballot like a computer answer sheet, marked with a regular marker, optical scanned, and finally processed by Digital Mark Reader (DMR) software. The proposal can save 280.7 million square meters of paper use nationally, shorten 80% of voting time to no more than one minute, increase pooling station capacity by 930%, and 8 working hours for officers in. And in the Kapuk-Jakarta Administration Area alone, it can save a budget of Rp 3.4 billion and 38,556 working hours.","PeriodicalId":178760,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 2022 International Conference on Engineering and Information Technology for Sustainable Industry","volume":"93 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-09-21","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"124668013","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Thus, this paper showed adaptation in designing a proper work space for UAV operators to ensure the effectiveness of its aerial mission. A Medium Altitude Long Endurance (MALE) is a class of UAV that often characterized to have a long period of operation time. Preliminary assessment on the ground crews of the UAV found that they are exposed to a critical workload (i.e., push and pull of a heavy tool). To further analyze this problem, a prediction was carried out by creating Digital Human Modeling (DHM) of 5, 82, and 95 percentiles of sample population, and these DHM then analyzed using Rapid Entire Body Assessment (REBA). Six participants were measured to represent anthropometry data based on Standing and Reaching posture. The analysis is referring to several activities, for instance Task-1: lifting gas cans; Task-2:pouring the gas to the generator ; Task-3: swinging the hatch. Total REBA scores for Task-1 at ranging percentiles showed 11 to 12. Task-2 highlights at 5%ile the REBA scored up to 13, and the rest about 11. Task-3 describes the REBA score around 11 at all ranging of percentiles.","PeriodicalId":178760,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 2022 International Conference on Engineering and Information Technology for Sustainable Industry","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-09-21","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"129309674","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Usually, manual staining produces an image with a more vigorous color intensity than virtual staining. This study aims to obtain an overview of the color palette (310 colors) after processing with the default threshold method in ImageJ v1.53s or FIJI (ImageJ2) version 2.3.0/1.53q with several variations of the color threshold and color space, which helps determine algorithms in image processing. The variants of the color threshold were (red, white(W), black(B), and B+W). The color space variants were hue-saturation-brightness (HSB), red-green-blue (RGB), Lab, and YUV. The background variant used in the image processing in this study is dark. Later, after the image is binarized, the object in the image to be analyzed is colored black. The separation results of 16 descriptions of threshold color and color space variants showed that the combination with HSB color space is the most sensitive to color differences, reducing red color the most. In contrast, the RGB color space is the least susceptible to color differences. Lab and YUV color spaces have almost the same segmentation effect. The results of this study not only can be applied in analyzing all types of manual or digital images in all branches of science and art.","PeriodicalId":178760,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 2022 International Conference on Engineering and Information Technology for Sustainable Industry","volume":"31 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-09-21","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"114532385","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The use of machine learning systems as marketing tools to help solve the problems in house price prediction is an important topic in the real estate industry. The design of machine learning will use CRISP-DM as a framework and to analyze using linear regression and random forest as the best possible accuracy. Besides that, to find a potential market, we will use K-Means as a clustering method. The modeling and experiments to design a machine learning engine that can predict a range of selling prices using linear regression can give maximum accuracy and analyze the target market.
