The problem experienced is that the production department cannot maintain its production achievements due to waste in the production process activities. Waste causes the production process to be inefficient as well as an increase in waste garbage. The purpose of this research is to analyze the results of mapping lean sustainable manufacturing and provide a proposed strategy to improve the performance of sustainable manufacturing in the company. The initial stage of the study was carried out by making sustainability value stream mapping (SVSM). The results of the analysis show that there is inappropriate processing, waiting, defect and transportation waste. Next is the calculation of the Sustainability Index (SI) and obtained a value of 144.3% which indicates the need for improvement to become a sustainable company.
