Performance analysis including determination of the average length of busy period is entirely based on the busy period distribution of the queueing model. In the queueing literature, it has been observed that most of the previous researchers [2,5,7,8 & 9] have presumed that the parameters of arrival and service rates in the system are independent to each other. However, it is not so in general because we find many queueing situations in our real life where the arrival and service rates are correlated with an elevated extent. A large number of previous noteworthy researchers [2,5,7,8& 9] and references therein confined their study to analyze a variety of queueing models taking into account that the arrival and service processes are independent. A very few number of worth mentioning researchers [11 & 13] of the current decade are found in the literature of queueing theory who have contributed their devotion to analyze an M/M/1 queueing model with consideration of interdependent arrival and service rates. In this context, Srinivasa Rao et al [13] have focused their attention to investigate the average system size and average waiting time of an M/M/1/∞ interdependent queueing model using controllable arrival rates under steady state conditions. Recently, Pal [11] considered the same queueing model with a version of its limited waiting space and he succeeded to investigate the cost per unit time of a served customer in the system. In our current study, we consider the same queueing model already analyzed by Srinivasa Rao et al [13] with a version that the arrival and service processes follow a bivariate Poisson distribution and our keen interest is to investigate the average length of busy periods in two different cases of slower and faster arrival rates. Genetic algorithms are amongst the techniques which provide successful result for the grammar induction. This paper presents a stochastic Mutation Operator based on an Adapted Genetic Algorithm which works with random mask, with uniform distribution of bits over the chromosome length. The model has been implemented, and the results obtained for the set of four context free languages are presented. The paper also compares the suggested operator with other three mutation operator. Information communication technology (ICT) revolutionizes businesses around the world. In this paper e-commerce practices in Malaysia has been analyzed by its strength, weaknesses, opportunities and threats. This paper provides a general review of challenges and opportunities for e commerce practices in Malaysia. And to understand the in-depth of e-commerce practices and to investigates more solutions for the research problems. Analysis shows that E-Commerce in Malaysia is moving towards uptrend direction. But still there are some challenges which are influencing on E-Commerce. The challenges such as economic condition of the country, low wages of labors, low internet access, lack of awareness of online purchasing, e-readiness, high cost and legacy of fast internet. Findings show that there are sweet opportunities which can boost up E-Commerce in Malaysia. It is the process of copying data modifications and maintaining schema objects in multiple databases that makes up a distributed database system. Therefore, for meeting those requirements in this project a replication algorithm has been designed and performed. This paper presents in detail an efficient and provably correct algorithm for database replication. This dynamic algorithm builds a generic replication engine which runs inside the database and can be seamlessly integrated with all kind of databases. It also studies the effect of using skin region segmentation for face detection. Range of 1σ from the skin color mean in CbCr channel is used to segment the skin region, instead of using Mahalanobis distance. Ranges more than 1σ should be avoided, as they will give precision and recall worse than that of 1σ. Using skin color region to segment the face candidate does not necessarily reduce the detection time, and it is not always true that the detection rate of the detector will be improved. In most of the tests, the precision does not fall much when we increase the range. Against this background we applied intelligent data mining methods for analyzing medical repositories. This paper thus assess the role of the data mining techniques namely Fuzzy Logic rule based classifier in the diagnosis of severity of appendicitis in patients presenting with right iliac fossa (RIF) pain. It is based on the statistics already collected about the presence of appendicitis from patients data set of around 2230 data sets collected from BHEL Hospital, Tiruchirappalli. The design of this new way approached is implemented using Cadence OrCAD Capture CIS 15.7 software and hardware construction and troubleshooting. From the previous research, it has been found that for a sensor input range of 1.1 to 1.3 kilo ohms, an output range of −100 to +100 millivolts is obtained. The design for filtering stage used the first order passive low pass filter to accommodate the stress signal frequency for 0.4Hz. Besides the design also focus to boost up the low voltage input of 108.6mV–(−100mV) to 0V–5V output voltage. Its involved low pass filter, voltage follower and linearization stages. The result indicates discrepancy within 4.5% and 3.7% were found between the simulation and experimental results for voltage follower after filtering and linearization circuit respectively, on the average.
