Introducing a suggestive dynamic data replication algorithm
A replication method or replication type is a way of describing the actual replication process. It is the process of copying data modifications and maintaining schema objects in multiple databases that makes up a distributed database system. Therefore, for meeting those requirements in this project a replication algorithm has been designed and performed. This paper presents in detail an efficient and provably correct algorithm for database replication. This dynamic algorithm builds a generic replication engine which runs inside the database and can be seamlessly integrated with all kind of databases. A detailed simulation study shows that our algorithms can greatly improve the system performance compared to the systems without replication or systems with simple replication strategies such as full replication.
