This study constructs the map of knowledge points in the curriculum in advance. When the learners request to learn new knowledge points, the DINA cognitive model is used to analyze the test results, and the blind area knowledge points are obtained and the map of blind area knowledge points is constructed. Then, RankNet algorithm based on neural network is used to realize the first sorting of knowledge points in blind area, and then the personalized characteristics of learners are introduced into transformer algorithm to reorder. Finally, the recommender sequence is combined with the map of knowledge points in the blind area, and the recommended sequence is generated by topological sorting method. In this study, knowledge model and transformer algorithm are used to make up for the deficiency of Curriculum Resource Recommendation problem in previous studies. Taking high school chemistry knowledge points recommendation as an example, the experimental results show that the satisfaction of this method reaches 82%. Vertigo interrogation texts of the four typical vertigo diseases are used to make classification under the different text representation. Results show that the classification effect of proposed stacking model fusion with proposed text representation combinations is superior to that of the gradient boosting decision tree, support vector machine, and naïve Bayes with the simple text representation. Results also show that the proposed text representation combination of word2vec, GloVe and one-hot is the best overall classification effect among other text representation combinations based on our proposed stacking model fusion. In this paper, a new auxiliary noise power adjustment method is proposed to control the auxiliary noise power. Large auxiliary noise power makes SPM filter converge quickly in the initial stage of ANC system. The auxiliary noise power decays rapidly with the convergence of ANC system for improving the steady-state performance of ANC system. The auxiliary noise gain is adjusted according to the ratio of reference signal power and error microphone signal power. First, this paper uses the Bi-directionallong-short term memory network to capture the characteristics of potential long-distance dependencies and obtain context hiding features; then, we design an information selection mechanism to obtain context-critical semantic features by calculating the semantic distribution weight of words in the text; and finally, through the multi-head attention mechanism the key information of the local context and the global semantic information will be captured to fill the missing parts one by one, thereby improving the logic of the semantics and making the generated text more coherent. It adopts a closed-loop interlocking control method. Its signals are cross-transmitted and the conversion nodes are complicated. In addition, the equipment is often in a field condition with turbulent transportation and the working environment is harsh, which causes a great loss of equipment and greatly affects the quality of teaching and training. In order to effectively solve this problem, this article develops an operation and maintenance training simulator for an electrical control system, using a combination of software and hardware, using industrial personal computer as a platform, using computer technology, automatic testing technology, microelectronics technology, and bus technology, Multimedia technology, computer software development technology, etc., to achieve simulation training for the electrical control system of a certain type of equipment. The operation training part of the system is designed according to the actual operation interface, and the equipment action process and results are demonstrated through the computer monitor (or projector) in the form of animation or equipment demonstration video. The hardware circuit part of the system mainly provides the actual working environment for the tested equipment, applies various excitation signals to the tested equipment, collects its response signals to judge its performance, and provides corresponding results according to the operation process. The system software mainly realizes the operation program control, animation demonstration and data saving functions of the simulated trainer. We combined the deep reinforcement learning method based on the value function, gave the method of feature extraction, and conducted experiments on the scheme under regular and occasional passenger flow. The mathematical concepts of time series and topological data analysis are seldomly used in conjunction. The goal of this paper is to introduce readers to the combination of time series forecasting with topological data analysis as a technique to solve real world problems. The COVID-19 pandemic is a relevant topic that is known worldwide and will be the test subject used in this experiment. A time series forecast was produced to determine future trends of Coronavirus cases in the top 10 most affected countries. This forecast can inform health officials and improve regulations for the future in an effort to circumvent the effects of COVID-19. Performing topological data analysis on this forecast generated the unique topological structure of the time series dataset. This paper concluded that a majority of the screened countries will continue to see a rise in deaths for the next 6 months. Additionally, the topological structure derived from the forecast model consisted of a loop and immeasurable points. However, the paper prescription is not easy to store and its confidentiality is low, if it is lost, it will cause unnecessary trouble to the patient. Therefore, the use of digital prescriptions has been considered for future electronic medical record reform. The challenges of digital prescriptions are also upfront, for instance, it contains a large amount of patient's medical record information and private information, how to effectively maintain the level of security while the premise of privacy has caused a series of hot issues, which become a major concerns of people who promote the use of digital prescriptions. In recent years, blockchain has been widely regarded as a promising online business data and transaction security technology. Due to its decentralization, security and credibility, collective maintenance, and non-tampering, it is widely used in data storage and sharing. This paper proposes a blockchain-based medical prescription system. Manual essay scoring is a complex job, which limits the development of large-scale online education. In tradition, essays are all scored by human because computer program cannot understand what text means. Recent advance of natural language processing technology in artificial intelligence provides a way to score essays automatically. In our study, we create an automatic essay scoring (AES) system by using Long-Short Term Memory (LSTM) network and word embedding. We show an automated system that can rate essays in electronic text. We combine manually crafted features and Word2Vec embedding in training the model, which makes it more interpretable. We carefully tune the hyperparameter to improve the precision of our model. The LSTM network reaches a quadratic weighted Kappa score (QWK) of 0.95 ± 0.01, which outperforms many other rating systems.
