The influence of the relaxation time of magnetic moments of the ferrite domains and the load resistance on the after-pulse oscillations of the signals received by the antenna has been studied. It is shown that the use of ferrite with an increased relaxation time of magnetic moments of domains as well as reducing the load resistance can prevent after-pulse oscillations in the received signal. The method of finite differences in the time domain was used. The dispersion properties of ferrite are described by the Debye condition of the 1st order.","PeriodicalId":178034,"journal":{"name":"2022 IEEE 41st International Conference on Electronics and Nanotechnology (ELNANO)","volume":"64 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-10-10","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"127555236","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

It is shown that ceramics has a well-developed structure of pores with trimodal pore size distribution, grain boundaries and grains. It is determined that absorbed water in studied ceramics result in more intensive trapping of positrons near grain boundaries with extended defects. The presence of water in the inner structure of ceramics leads to specific fragmentation of free volume in the nanopores and ortho-positronium decaying in water.","PeriodicalId":178034,"journal":{"name":"2022 IEEE 41st International Conference on Electronics and Nanotechnology (ELNANO)","volume":"35 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-10-10","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"126525272","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Excessive variation of measured navigation parameters performance such as accuracy, availability, integrity, and continuity, reduces a level of aviation safety for all airspace users. This condition may lead to different hazardous scenarios in air transportation. The majority of navigation systems, used today in civil aviation, uses wireless communication line between different components of the system during navigation parameter measuring cycle. Navigation data transmitted by wireless communication is sensitive to influence of interference, unintentional jamming, or spoofing. In the paper we provide cybersecurity analysis of on-board radio-navigation equipment protection from outside influence via wireless communication channel. An analysis is performed by three main cybersecurity categories: strong, middle, and low which are based on assessment of potential impact into system integrity. Cybersecurity of global navigation satellite system, navigational aids, instrument landing system, and automatic dependent surveillance-broadcast are considered in more details. Actions to protect navigation equipment of airplane and ground facility from false data are proposed.","PeriodicalId":178034,"journal":{"name":"2022 IEEE 41st International Conference on Electronics and Nanotechnology (ELNANO)","volume":"49 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-10-10","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"125451980","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The annihilation spectra obtained by decomposition into four components were analyzed. The third and fourth components reflect the ortho-positronium decay in nanopores. It is shown that at lower sintering temperature ceramics contain more nanopores. The processes of “Pick-off” annihilation of ortho-positronium in MgAl2O4 ceramics were simulated and the sizes of nanopores in different approximations were defined. The sizes of nanopores (radius in spherical approximations) were obtained within Tao-Eldrup model using lifetimes of ortho-positronium decay. It is established that used model can be adequate applied to describing “pick-off” annihilation processes in nanopores of ceramic materials for humidity sensors.","PeriodicalId":178034,"journal":{"name":"2022 IEEE 41st International Conference on Electronics and Nanotechnology (ELNANO)","volume":"10 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-10-10","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"127919570","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The presented expressions make it possible to determine static and dynamic losses in the power switches of semiconductor converters with the help of computer simulation in Matlab. Approximate mathematical dependences accurately describe the diagrams of power losses of IGBT. The advantage of such a resonator is the high steep slope of the frequency response and the presence of two zeros near the resonant frequency. A noticeable selectivity deterioration in the stop bands when detuning from the resonant frequency of a resonator limits its use. Solutions on the basis of transmission line sections, allowing to improve the suppression in the stop-bands and increase the quality factor of such resonator, are proposed and analyzed.","PeriodicalId":178034,"journal":{"name":"2022 IEEE 41st International Conference on Electronics and Nanotechnology (ELNANO)","volume":"7 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-10-10","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"132267146","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In polar crystals, the transfer of thermal energy is significantly hindered, since the acoustic phonons, responsible for thermal energy transfer, interact with the optical phonons. As a rule, such an interaction retards heat transfer due to additional contribution to phonon scattering process, which is revealed by the deep minimum of diffusivity. However, it was found that the optical-acoustic interaction can increase thermal diffusion, which is expressed as a large and sharp maximum diffusivity in the antiferroelectrics, in which the soft phonon mode disappears in the middle of the Brillouin zone, since their phase transition occurs with a multiplication of lattice unit cell. In this case, therefore, the optical phonons are actively mixed with acoustic ones, participating in heat transfer.","PeriodicalId":178034,"journal":{"name":"2022 IEEE 41st International Conference on Electronics and Nanotechnology (ELNANO)","volume":"18 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-10-10","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"131683346","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Depending on the treatment time, 0.11, 0.21, or 0.58 mmol of bromine per gram of PAN CFs can be added. Brominated PAN CFs were imagined with scanning electron microscopy and analyzed with chemical analysis. Their thermal behavior was studied by thermogravimetry and thermoprogrammed desorption mass-spectra. Added bromine desorbs in a wide temperature range of 155–750 °C with maxima at 350±20 °C and 540±20 °C. As compared with the PAN CFs, analysis of the microwave properties of the brominated PAN CFs with 0.11 and 0.21 mmol of bromine per gram of PAN CFs showed that the electromagnetic losses for them increased from 3 to 6 times. But, we registered the opposite effect for the brominated PAN CFs with 0.58 mmol bromine per gram of the PAN CFs. The highest bromine content in the brominated PAN CFs can be a reason for the best masking properties when the respective sample was deposited on a metal surface. This effect can be seen in a wide frequency range of electromagnetic radiation, as confirmed by the value of VSWR of about 4.","PeriodicalId":178034,"journal":{"name":"2022 IEEE 41st International Conference on Electronics and Nanotechnology (ELNANO)","volume":"9 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-10-10","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"115843254","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
