Some Properties of Optically Excited Semiconductors under the Surface Wave of mm-Wave Band Acting

Abstract

The positive and negative signal polarities existence are observed and discussed for the different semiconductor samples. The samples are optically excited semiconductors that are under the surface wave of the millimeter-wave band. Preliminary conclusions are offered for the presented experimental results.
