摘要

本文对脉宽脉频调制的DC-DC变换器的能量特性进行了研究。在Matlab软件环境下建立了带脉宽和脉频转换器的DC-DC变换器模型。对IGBT的主要能量特性进行了多项式近似。所提出的表达式使得利用Matlab进行计算机仿真,确定半导体变换器电源开关的静态和动态损耗成为可能。近似的数学依赖关系准确地描述了IGBT的功率损耗图。确定了采用脉冲频率调制电路与脉宽调制电路相比的优点。
