The simulation was carried out on the basis of a relaxation equations system for three valleys of semiconductor energy bands. The momentum relaxation times for various scattering mechanisms are obtained by averaging the electron scattering rate over the distribution function. The simulation results were functionally more than satisfactorily agreed with the experiment. Modeling by the method of relaxation equations made it possible to reveal a specific feature of the studied dependence $mu(x)$ in the form of a significant decrease in mobility (“dip”) in the range of values $0.44 < x < 0.48$. A set of initial simulation parameters has been defined, which makes it possible to obtain good agreement with the experimental results. The method is suitable for other ternary semiconductor compounds.","PeriodicalId":178034,"journal":{"name":"2022 IEEE 41st International Conference on Electronics and Nanotechnology (ELNANO)","volume":"4 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-10-10","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"125734079","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Information from them is combined only when constructing trajectories, when marks from air objects have already been received and is used mainly to identify air objects. At the same time, in some areas a much higher multiplicity of overlap of detection zones is created due to the compaction of radar placement in special cases. Therefore, it is proposed to combine individual radars with high mobility into a system, and the processing of radar information will be carried out at a central point, which can be combined with one of the positions or located separately. At this point, it is advisable to carry out joint processing of radar information, the effectiveness of which will depend on the degree of coherence provided in the system. The development of information technology and the use of special high-speed processors in signal processing and large data streams, as well as a new element base expands the functionality of multi-radar systems and allows you to optionally allow existing radars to work as needed economy mode.","PeriodicalId":178034,"journal":{"name":"2022 IEEE 41st International Conference on Electronics and Nanotechnology (ELNANO)","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-10-10","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"128401089","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The main element of the circuit is the E-tee waveguide. The analysis of losses introduced by individual elements of the circuit has been carried out. The first higher axially asymmetric mode of oscillation TEM10q is excited in the resonator with the help of two slot coupling elements. Experimental research was carried out in the short-wavelength part of the millimeter range. It was found that the powers summation coefficient of the two sources in an open resonator using slot coupling elements did not exceed 72% over the entire tuning range of the resonator.","PeriodicalId":178034,"journal":{"name":"2022 IEEE 41st International Conference on Electronics and Nanotechnology (ELNANO)","volume":"28 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-10-10","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"134081334","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Various laws of time distribution for performing elementary actions are investigated to select an adequate one in modeling the activities of automated control system operators. To estimate the average execution time of several elementary actions, the sum of the values of each elementary operation was used. Hypotheses about the laws of distribution of time for solving problems by the operator are put forward and tested: truncated normal distribution, gamma distribution, beta distribution, logarithmically normal distribution. The agreement of the empirical and theoretical distributions is checked, histograms and distribution densities of the decision time by the operator are shown. The empirical distributions are in good agreement with the theoretical ones, and the estimate of the probability of their coincidence with the empirical ones is approximately the same. The proposed empirical approach to modeling the operator's activity retains a sufficient level of detailing of certain aspects of his activity while maintaining a holistic picture.","PeriodicalId":178034,"journal":{"name":"2022 IEEE 41st International Conference on Electronics and Nanotechnology (ELNANO)","volume":"67 2 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-10-10","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"131031047","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Software tools for implementing this approach are proposed. A variant of grouping training samples is considered, which is based on dividing the samples into clusters of similar instances. A supposed possible increase in the validity of the algorithm solutions here is associated with a more detailed consideration of the dislocations of the accumulation of signals in feature spaces. The proposed system for forming a system of isolines and shape characteristics can be used in algorithms for recognizing pathological patterns in the ECG signal shape. This approach also implements the principle of data dimensionality reduction about the characteristics of the waveform, which can be used in deep learning systems. The introduction reveals the general formulation and relevance of the proposed research. Section 1 discusses general issues of problem formulation: specific types of recognized signals, features for their description, the recognition algorithm chosen for research, the procedure for assessing the validity of its solutions and assessing the initial validity of solutions for the original algorithm before grouping training samples. In Section 2, we study the grouping of training samples of the algorithm by their separate clustering according to the types of recognized signals. An assessment of its effectiveness is given. The results of the work are briefly disclosed in the general conclusions.","PeriodicalId":178034,"journal":{"name":"2022 IEEE 41st International Conference on Electronics and Nanotechnology (ELNANO)","volume":"10 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-10-10","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"124155045","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
