{"title":"Infeksi Soil Transmited Helminths Dan Kekurangan Gizi Anak Usia Sekolah Dasar","authors":"Salbiah","doi":"10.36911/pannmed.v18i1.1570","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.36911/pannmed.v18i1.1570","url":null,"abstract":"Abstract \u0000The prevalence of helminthic infections caused by Soil Transmitted Helminths (STH) in children is still quite high, especially in endemic areas. The presence of worms in the human body contributes greatly to the incidence of diseases such as malnutrition. One of the nutritional status can be assessed by measuring the Body Mass Index (BMI). This study aims to determine whether there is a relationship between worm infection and BMI in elementary school-age children. This research is an analytical study with a cross-sectional design which was carried out in Cikareo Village, Tangerang district. The research was conduted from from March to October 2021. The research population was all elementary school-age children (6-12 years) and the research sample was 50 people. Research data were obtained by measuring atropometry to assess BMI and stool examination to determine the presence of worm infection. Anthropometric measurements were carried out using a Gea brand scale and stool sample examination was carried out at the Parasitology Laboratory, TLM Department, Poltekkes Kemenkes Jakarta III. Data analysis used the chi-square test at a significance level of 0.05%. The results showed that the prevalence of worm infection was 24% with the discovery of 2 (two) species, that is Ascaris lumbricoides and Trichuris trichiura. Nutritional status with severe underweight category of 4%, mild wasting 68% and normal 25%. \u0000ABSTRAK \u0000  \u0000Prevalensi infeksi kecacingan yang diakibatkan oleh Soil Transmited Helminths (STH) pada anak-anak masih cukup tinggi terutama di daerah yang tergolong endemis. Keberadaan cacing dalam tubuh manusia memerikan kontribusi yang sangat besar terhadap kejadian penyakit seperti kurang gizi. Satus gizi salah satunya  dapat dinilai melalui pengukuran Indeks Massa Tubuh (IMT). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah ada hubungan infeksi kecacingan dengan IMT pada anak usia sekolah dasar. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian analitik dengan desain cross sectional yang dilakukan di Desa Cikareo kabupaten Tangerang pada bulan Maret sampai dengan Oktober 2021. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh anak usia sekolah dasar (6 – 12 tahun) dan sampel penelitian sebanyak 50 orang. Data penelitian diperoleh dengan mengukur atropometri untuk menilai IMT dan pemeriksaan feses untuk menentukan adanya infeksi kecacingan. Pengukuran antropometri dilakukan menggunakan alat timbangan merk Gea dan pemeriksaan sampel feses dilakukan di laboratorium Parasitologi Jurusan TLM Poltekkes Kemenkes Jakarta III. Analisa data menggunakan uji chi-square pada tingkat kemaknaan 0,05%. Hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa prevalensi infeksi kecacingan sebesar 24% dengan ditemukannya 2 (dua) jenis spesies yaitu Ascaris lumbricoides dan Trichuris trichiura. Status gizi dengan kategori kurus berat sebesar 4%, kurus ringan 68% dan normal 25%. Profil lipid darah yang tidak normal berkaitan erat dengan kejadian penyakit kardiovaskular. Pangan fermentasi merupakan salah satu jenis pangan yang diketahui mengandung zat gizi yang dapat membantu memperbaiki kadar profil lipid darah. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh konsumsi pangan fermentasi terhadap profil lipid darah berdasarkan studi literatur. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian studi literatur. Pencarian literatur dilakukan menggunakan empat database, yaitu Google scholar, Portal GARUDA, DOAJ, dan PubMed menggunakan kata kunci dan boolean operator : 'pangan fermentasi' AND 'profil lipid darah'. Artikel yang ditemukan sebanyak 1.278 artikel yang dipublikasi dari tahun 2016-2021. Artikel diseleksi berdasarkan judul, abstrak, full text, bahasa, serta PICOS yang akhirnya diperoleh 10 artikel yang layak untuk dikaji. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dari 10 artikel, terdapat 6 jenis pangan fermentasi. Delapan dari sepuluh artikel menunjukkan bahwa konsumsi pangan fermentasi memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap perbaikan profil lipid darah. Konsumsi pangan fermentasi memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan pada perbaikan profil lipid darah. Pangan fermentasi yang menunjukkan hasil signifikan pada perbaikan profil lipid darah adalah tempe, yogurt sinbiotik pisang batu, kefir, keju feta dan tape ketan hitam. The largest content of cinnamon bark is essential oil which contains the main compounds cinnamaldehyde (60.72%), eugenol (17.62%) and coumarin (13.39%). The content has potential as an antibacterial. Cinnamon bark extract affects the growth of Streptococcus mutans which is the main bacterium that causes dental caries (Puspita et al., 2013). This research was continued to the toothpaste formulation stage where people can use this plant as an anti-plaque comfortably. The development of extracts into paste preparations requires safety or toxicity data within a certain period of time. This study uses an experimental design. The test rats were divided into 4 groups consisting of the normal group (CMC Na 0.5%), the EEKM group at doses of 300 mg/kg BW, 2000 mg/kg BW and 5000 mg/kg BW. Toxic symptoms observed included behavioral changes such as tremors, slow walking, urination, defecation, motor ability tests such as stage tests, catalepsy, hanging and death. Changes in toxic symptoms were observed intensively every 30 minutes in the first 2 hours after administration of the test preparation and followed up to 14 days after administration. Based on the results of the study showed that EEKM at doses of 300 mg/kg BW, 2000 mg/kg BW and 5000 mg/kg BW did not show a toxic effect on the physical behavior of the test animals. In this research design, the research subjects were divided into three groups based on age or Iength of use of toothbrushes with a sampIe of 80. Based on the resuIts of the study, there was a significant reIationship between the age of using a toothbrush and a decrease in dentaI pIaque index before and after brushing teeth (p=0.00). Jenis penelitian adalah analitik yaitu merupakan metode penelitian dengan menggambarkan sekaligus menelaah Hubungan antara variabel Bebas dan Variabel Terikat. Desain penelitian ini adalah cross sectional dimana data antara Variabel Independen dengan Variabel Dependen diukur dalam waktu yang sama. Hasil penelitian yang dilakukan terhadap 31 orang responden didapat bahwa 17 orang (54,8%) Pasien Diabetes Melitus Patuh Terhadap Diit dan 14 orang (45,2%) Pasien Diabetes Melitus yang Tidak Patuh Terhadap Diit. Berdasarkan penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa pasien 31 orang responden yang rawat jalan di Poli Penyakit Dalam (Endokrin) Rsud Dr. Pirngadi Medan, Analisa statistik yang digunakan frekuensi dan Uji Chi Square. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan 2 variabel yang berhubungan dengan pengetahuan dan sikap pasien diabetes melitus yang memiliki p value < 0,05 dengan tingkat kepercayaan 95%, maka terdapat hubungan yang bermakna dengan kepatuhan dalam mengikuti diit. This study aims to study the significant relationship between the support of husbands and health workers with mothers' interest in using IUD contraception in the working area of the Taba Lagan Health Center, Central Bengkulu Regency. The approach of this study used a descriptive correlation with a cross sectional approach. The population in this study were all couples of childbearing age who came to visit the Taba Lagan Health Center in February 2022, as many as 91 people were taken using accidental sampling. Data collection in this study uses primary data by distributing questionnaires. Data analysis was carried out by the Chi Square test (x) with the Contingency Coefficient test (c). The results of the study from 91 samples there were 53 people with low interest, 52 husbands did not support and 72 people got good information from health workers. The results of the Bivariate analysis show that there is husband support in the very weak category, and information on health workers in the weak category in the working area of the Taba Lagan Health Center, Central Bengkulu Regency. Therefore, it is necessary to give education about it. This study was conducted for 5th grade students in 107955 Lubuk Pakam, Deli Serdang Regency. Total samples are 40 students. The result of this study showed that there were 20 students’ knowledge level was good (100%) after given education with models, however there were 16 students’ knowledge level was good (80%) and 4 students’ knowledge was average (20%). Remaja putri memiliki resiko tinggi mengalami anemia, hal ini disebabkan hilangnya zat besi saat menstruasi. Anemia dapat menyebabkan lekas lelah, konsentrasi belajar menurun sehingga prestasi belajar rendah dan dapat menurunkan produktivitas kerja. Di samping itu juga menurunkan daya tahan tubuh sehingga mudah terkena infeksi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menilai pengaruh pemberian buah naga (Hylocereuspolyrhizus) terhadap peningkatan kadar hemoglobin pada remaja putri. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain eksperimental dengan rancangan One-group pretest-posttest design. Jumlah sampel yaitu sebanyak 28 siswi yang diberikan buah naga (Hylocereuspolyrhizus). Analisis data menggunakan Uji paired t-test. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan secara purposive sampling. Dari hasil penelitian yang dilakukan terdapat pengaruh pemberian jus buah naga terhadap kadar hemoglobin pada remaja remaja putri. Di mana hasil uji paired t test menunjukkan bahwa pada kelompok intervensi (pemberian jus buah naga) diperoleh nilai ? = 0,000, dimana ?< ? (0,05).
