For children, the worm disease will have an inmpact for the impaired learning ability, and for adult will decreasing the work productivity. At the North Sumatra, especially Medan City, prevalence of worms in children around (60-70%) of all cases. Research on Soil Transmitted Helminth (STH) Infectious Relationship to Characteristic of Livestock Environment Community in Klumpang Kampung Kecamatan Hampatan Perak, conducted on March-June 2023 at Parasitology Laboratory Poltekkes Medan the department of the medical laboratory technology of Health with using eosin 2% method, with population of 26 samples . The research was analytic observational using cross sectional design. The data obtained were analyzedusing chi-square test at 95% confidence level (?= 0,05). Based on study about Connection Infection Soil Transmitted Helminth (STH) Against Characteristics of Environmental Societies Around Livestock in Klumpang Kampung District Silver Obstacle , obtained results of the 26 samples identified 5 infected samples were found worm Ascaris lumbricoides (20%), with connection STH infection against age 19.2 % only experienced by children just . There's a relationship STH infection against type gender . There's a relationship between education with STH infection . Compliance, which was originally known as \"compliance\", has a definition as the extent to which a patient's behavior (in terms of taking medication, following a diet, or making other lifestyle changes) must be appropriate according to clinical prescriptions. the DASH diet (Dietary Approach To Stop Hypertension) which is a vegetable and fruit diet that contains a lot of dietary fiber, which is 30 grams per day and certain minerals, namely potassium, magnesium and calcium while salt intake is limited, which is only 3 grams per day. The research objective was to determine the characteristics and adherence to the DASH diet in hypertensive patients at Santa Elisabeth Hospital Medan in 2023. Research Methods: This type of research is descriptive with a population of 120 hypertensive patients. The sampling technique in this study was random sampling in hypertensive patients with 53 people as a collection instrument. data using a questionnaire with 9 question items. The results of the study: The characteristics of respondents aged 56-60 years were 20 people (37.7%). Most of the female sex as many as 32 people (60.4%). Most of the duration of the patient suffering from hypertension 1-5 years as many as 36 people (67.9%). Most of the respondents to adherence to the hypertension diet found that 15 patients (28.3%) did not feel it. Conclusion: There are 20 people (37.7%) aged 56-60 years. Most of the female sex as many as 32 people (60.4%). Most of the duration of the patient suffering from hypertension 1-5 years as many as 36 people (67.9%). Most of the respondents to adherence to the hypertension diet found that 15 patients (28.3%) did not feel it. This research method uses a pre-test approach using one group pre-test and post-test design. The population of this study was only pregnant women, all pregnant women at the Telaga Dewa Community Health Center, Bengkulu City from January to April 2023, totaling 176 pregnant women. The sample consisted of 33 pregnant women whose samples were taken purposively. Data collection uses secondary and primary data. Data analysis was carried out using univariate tests, data normality tests, bivariate tests, and Wilcoxon tests. The search results obtained were: (1) Average knowledge before being given health education was 46.09; (2) The average knowledge after being given health education is 82.97. The research method of this study is using qualitative approaches, In- Depth Interview, and direct observation. The result of this study is the implementation of the risk of patients fall prevention by nurses is not optimal and there is still a lack of education about the risk of patients fall and there are patients or their family who are refuse to implement fall risk prevention by nurses. The researcher hopes that the nurses of Rumah Sakit Islam Malahayati Medan will more cooperate with patient’s family and educate the patients to reduce the risk of patients fall in Rumah Sakit Islam Malahayati Medan. Adapun penyebab risiko pasien jatuh yaitu dikarenakan beberapa faktor yaitu faktor lingkungan, faktor organisasi/manajeman dan faktor komunikasi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisa pelaksanaan asesmen resiko pasien jatuh oleh perawat di Rumah Sakit Islam Malahayati Medan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, wawancara mendalam dan observasi langsung. Hasil penelitian ini disimpulkan, bahwa dalam pelaksanaan pencegahan risiko pasien jatuh yang dilakukan perawat belum berjalan optimal dan juga masih kurangnya edukasi risiko pasien jatuh serta adanya pasien atau keluarga pasien yang tidak patuh atau menolak dalam penerapan pencegahan risiko jatuh yang dilakukan perawat. Diharapkan kepada perawat pelaksana Rumah Sakit Islam Malahayati Medan lebih bekerja sama dengan keluarga pasien dan melakukan edukasi pasien untuk mengurangi timbulnya risiko pasien jatuh di Rumah Sakit Islam Malahayati Medan dan diharapkan juga untuk pihak manajeman melakukan evaluasi terhadap pemeliharaan fasilitas yang ada di Rumah Sakit Islam Malahayati Medan. The aim of this research is to3 find out the relationship between consumption of junk food and information media on early menarche in Puri teenagers in Huta Lombang village, Lubuk Barumun subdistrict. This research is descriptive analytical in nature which aims to find out a picture of the reality of the object studied objectively regarding the relationship between junk consumption. food and information media on early menarche in adolescent girls in Huta Lombang village, Lubuk Barumun subdistrict. This research was conducted starting in July with a population of 63 and a sample of 63 respondents and sampling using the Simple Random Total Sampling technique using a questionnaire. Data management by means of editing, coding, tabulating and data entry. Research results: the majority of menarche is early consumption, 40 (63.5%) consume junk food very often, 42 (66.7%) information media, 43 (68.3%), research results on the relationship between junk consumption food against early menarche obtained (OR) 0.105. 95% CI=0.022-0.510 and P value 0.004<0.05, the relationship between information media and early menarche was obtained (OR) = 6.129. 95% CI=1.842-19.543 and P value 0.003 <0.05. Good quality of pregnant women's health will reduce maternal mortality. In the birth process there are three factors that cause prolonged labor, namely: energy, birth canal and fetus. One way to control problems such as energy problems is by doing pregnancy exercises. This type of research is descriptive analytical with a cross sectional study design. Sampling was carried out using total sampling, which is a sample determination technique when all members of the population are used as samples with a sample size of 40 people. The research period was April – September 2022. Data was collected from respondents using a questionnaire. The data analysis used was univariate (Frequency Distribution. The research results showed that there were 27 people (67.5%) pregnant women who had good knowledge about pregnancy exercise and there were 23 people (57.5%) pregnant women who had a positive attitude about pregnancy exercise. Conclusion: Description of knowledge and attitudes of pregnant women about pregnancy exercise, namely 67% and 57.5%. The prevalence of stunted toddlers for North Sumatra Province from the results of Riskesdas (2018) is 32.3%. The number of toddlers in the Hutabalang Community Health Center working area is 1,644 and there are 8 toddlers suffering from stunting. Housewives' knowledge about the risks of stunting can determine their attitude in maintaining the health of toddlers so that stunting can be prevented. This research uses a quasi-experimental method with a nonequivalent control group design approach with pretest and posttest. The research was carried out from April to September 2023. Samples were taken using purposive sampling as many as 16 housewives who had children under five. Data were analyzed univariately and bivariately. The results of the research showed that before being given treatment (counseling), the majority of respondents had poor knowledge, 10 people (62.5%) and 6 people who had good knowledge (37.5%). After being given treatment, those with good knowledge increased to 14 people (87.5%) and those with less knowledge were 2 people (12.5%). Conclusion: there is a significant increase in housewives' knowledge about the risk of stunting in toddlers after being given education using posters on the risk of stunting in toddlers. This research method of this study is analytic method with cross sectional study design, the sample of this study is 60 people of Tambunan Lumban Gaol of Toba Samosir District. The samples were taken by using purposive sampling technique. The collection of the data was done by direct examination and questionnaire filled out by the respondents. Data analysis was processed by statistical test using chi-square. This study showed that the weekly frequency of consuming tuak and the duration of drinking tuak had a significant effect on tooth erosion that can be seen from the data of p = 0,0001 and p = 0,002, there were 30 respondents (50%) had severe dental erosion, 13 respondents (21.6%) had moderate dental erosion, 12 respondents (20%) had mild dental erosion 5 respondents (8.3%) had healthy dental erosion. The result of chi-square test shows that the null hypothesis (HO)is tuak and the duration of consuming tuak towards the erosion of teeth in Tambunan Gaol Community of Toba Samosir District. Shrimp is one of the leading export commodities. Shrimp is one of the main commodities in the fishing industry. Thus encouraging Indonesia to become one of the shrimp producing countries. In the shrimp processing process, usually the heads and shells of the shrimp are thrown away or used as animal feed. Traditionally, shrimp shell waste is generally used as a mixture for making crackers, paste, shrimp paste and as additional animal feed and returned to the shrimp cultivation itself. One use of shrimp shell waste that has prospects for development and has quite high economic value is processing it into chitin, chitosan and glucosamine. The aim of this research is to obtain isolates of chitinolytic bacteria from isolation and to utilize chitinolytic bacteria from white shrimp (Penaeus merguensis) shells to produce chitinase enzymes. Chitinolytic bacteria are bacteria that produce chitinase enzymes which play a role in degrading chitin into oligomers and chitin derivative compounds. Chitinolytic bacteria can be obtained from various sources such as the rhizosphere, phyllosphere, soil or from water environments such as seas, lakes, ponds or shrimp ponds and so on. Chitin that exists in nature is easily degraded by microorganisms. There are two pathways in the chitin degradation process. First, degradation by chitinolytic which hydrolyzes the ?-1,4-glycoside bond. Second, the polymer undergoes first deacetylation and then hydrolysis by chitosanase. Chitinase has many benefits, including as a bioinsecticide and biofunctional agent in controlling plant pests and is used to process chitin waste in the shrimp and crab freezing industry. It can also be used in the medical and food fields. Snacks can contribute energy and other nutrients that are useful for children's growth. Children's knowledge and attitudes about choosing snacks are very important so that the snacks they choose are healthy snacks. Objective: to determine the influence of comic media on knowledge and attitudes towards choosing snacks among As Sholihah Primary School students. Design : quasi experimental, namely pre-test and post-test with control group design. The sample was four class student  who were divided into 2 groups, each group consisting of 30 people, divided into groups with comic intervention and groups without treatment. Data analysis used the independent t-test to assess each variable, namely knowledge and attitudes towards choosing snack foods. Results : A significant difference was found in the average knowledge between the treatment group and the control group, with p-value = 0,012 < 0,05. Meanwhile, in the statistical test on the attitude category, the value obtained was p = 0,000 < 0,05. This means that there is a difference in the average score of students' attitudes regarding the choice of snacks between the treatment group and the control group.
