Most of a person's knowledge is obtained through the sense of hearing (ears), and the sense of sight (eyes). A person's knowledge of objects has different intensities or levels. The purpose of this study was to determine the differences in knowledge of dental caries in elementary school students GMIM 20 (grades 4-5) and the Ds.A.Z.R Foundation. Wenas Elementary School GMIM Malalayang Manado City. This type of research uses an analytical survey research method that is a comparative study with a cross sectional approach. The sample used is 89 respondents. Consisting of 46 respondents at GMIM 20 Elementary School and 43 respondents at Ds.A.Z.R. Elementary School. Wenas. This research instrument uses a questionnaire containing questions. The data obtained were tabulated and presented in the form of a frequency distribution table and analysis test using independent t-test.From the test results using the independent t-test that the p value of sig. (2-tailed) = 0.000 < = 0.05 indicates that there is a significant difference, thus H0 is accepted H1 is rejected so that it can be concluded that there is a difference in the knowledge of grade 4 and 5 students between GMIM 20 Elementary School and Ds.A.Z.R. Foundation Elementary School. MPASI memberikan energi dan zat gizi yang dibutuhkan bayi, membantu bayi beradaptasi dengan makanan yang mengandung kadar energi yang tinggi dan mengembangkan kemampuan untuk mengunyah. Tujuan penelitian mengetahui pengaruh pendidikan kesehatan terhadap tingkat pengetahuan ibu tentang MPASI di UPT Puskesmas Tuntungan Kecamatan Pancur Batu. Jenis penelitian ini Deskriptif Kuantitatif dengan teknik accidental sampling. Populasi adalah seluruh ibu yang memiliki Balita di UPT Puskesmas Tuntungan Kecamatan Pancur Batu sebanyak 2967 orang terhitung sejak Januari-Juli 2022. Sampel berjumlah 44 responden. Alat pengumpulan data berupa kuesioner sebelum dan sesudah untuk mengukur tingkat pengetahuan ibu. Analisa menggunakan analisa bivariat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ada perbedaan tingkat pengetahuan tentang MPASI sebelum dan sesudah mendapatkan penyuluhan, Menurut uji Chi-Square didapatkan nilai p.value sebesar 0,000 <? (?= 0,05), artinya ada pengaruh pendidikan kesehatan terhadap pengetahuan responden tentang MPASI. Asam kandis (Garcinia xanthochymus) adalah pohon penghasil buah asli asia tenggara. Tumbuhan dari genus garcinia kaya akan metabolit sekunder seperti flavonoid, steroid, triterpen yang potensial mempunya iaktivitas farmakologis.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui aktivitas antiinflamasi berdasarkan penurunan volume edema dari ekstrak etanol kulit batang asam kandis (Garcinia xanthochymus).Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah eksperimental. Ekstrak etanol kulit batang asam kandis diperoleh melalui proses maserasi. Sediaan uji yang diberikan adalah suspensi ekstrak etanol kulit batang asam kandis dosis yaitu 200, 400, 600 mg/kgBB,kontrol negatif suspensi Na CMC 1% dan kontrol positif Celecoxib 9 mg/kg mg/kgBB.. Hasil penenelitian menujukkan ekstrak etanol kulit batang asam kandis (Garcinia xanthochymus) terbukti memberikan efek antiinflamasi pada tikus putih jantan yang diinduksi karagenan dimulai pada dosis 200, 400, dan 600mg/kgBB, kelompok dosis 600mg/kgBB menunjukkan efek antiinflamasi paling tinggi. IUD contraception. The rest still use condoms, pills, and injections because the mother's knowledge about IUD contraception and support from her husband is still lacking, so IUD contraception is decreasing. The purpose of this study was to determine whether there was a relationship between the level of mother's knowledge and husband's support with the use of IUD contraception on family planning acceptors at the Lubuk Buaya Health Center in 2022. This type of research was an Analytical Survey with a Cross Sectional approach where the Dependent and Independent variables were carried out at the same time. This study was conducted from January to April 2022. The population was 102 people with a sample of 34 respondents. Sampling by accidental sampling, with a total of 34 respondents. The use of dissemination aids is something that needs to be considered, such as the use of visual and audio visual media. This type of dissemination can be applied to various targets, but is more focused on groups of elementary school children. This study is a systematic review conducted by reviewing 10 articles published from 2018-2020, and aims to obtain a comparison between using visual and audio-visual as media for dissemination on dental and oral health maintenance on the level of knowledge of elementary school children. Through the research, the following results were obtained: the level of knowledge of children before and after dissemination using visual media about dental and oral health increased, from fair criteria (80%) to good criteria (90%); while the level of knowledge of children before and after dissemination using audio-visual media about dental and oral health increased from fair criteria (90%) to good criteria (90%). This study concludes that there are differences between dissemination using visual and audio-visual as media. Indonesia menjadi satu-satunya negara di asia tenggara, sehingga besarnya kontribusi Indonesia terhadap prevalensi kasus diabetes di Asia Tenggara. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh relaksasi otot progresif terhadap penurunan kadar gula darah pasien diabetes melitus tipe II di Kelurahan Ilir Tahun 2022. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif quasy eksperimental dengan pendekatan one group pre test - post test desaign. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pasien diabetes melitus tipe II. Analisis data dilakukan secara univariat dan bivariat dengan menggunakan uji Wilcoxon. Hasil penelitian ini menujukkan pengaruh teknik relaksasi otot progresif terhadap penurunan kadar glukosa darah pada pasien Diabetes Melitus Tipe II di Kelurahan Ilir Tahun 2022 pada 35 responden dengan p value (0,000). Simpulan dari penelitian ini adalah pemberian terapi relaksasi otot progresif dapat menurunkan kadar gula dalam darah, pasien dapat megontrol gula darah dan bisa melakukan terapi secara mandiri. The type of research used is descriptive research with a cross sectional research design. The place of research was carried out at the Sukamerindu Health Center in 2020. The sample in this study was bronchial asthma patients, totaling 30 respondents. Measurement of anxiety level using the HARS scale instrument and measurement of bronchial asthma control using the ACT (Asthma Control Test) instrument. Data were analyzed by chi-square. The results showed that more than some respondents had controlled asthma and more than some respondents did not experience anxiety (normal). The results of the chi-square statistical test showed that there was a relationship between anxiety levels and control of bronchial asthma in the Sukamerindu Pueskesmas Work Area, Bengkulu City. The conclusion in this study is that the level of anxiety can affect the control of bronchial asthma.
