Besides of that, models are used in learning is still not diverse and teaching materials are not yet fully used. Therefore, researchers use the Guided Inquiry learning model as an alternative to overcome boredom of students in PBM. This research is aimed to determine the effect of Guided Inquiry Learning Model Against the Achievement in 10 th Grade Students of SMAN 8 Padang.This research is using a quasi-experimental design with a randomized control group pretest-posttest design. The populations were students in MIPA 1 - MIPA 5 that were taught by the same teacher with the same teaching hours at SMAN 8 Padang and registered in 2019/2020. Researcher used purposive sampling technique. Knowledge and skills competencies were used as a data research. Instrument of this research a written test with multiple choice to measure knowledge competency and a performance assessment sheet to measure skills competency. The data were analyzed by two average similarity tests. The results showed the average value of Physics learning result for knowledge competence in the experimental class is 79.69 while the control class is 76.19. Meanwhile for the skills competence of experimental class is 83.05 and the control class is 77.83. One solution that will support the achievement of all student physics competencies both from knowledge competencies, religious attitudes, social attitudes, and skills is the use of handouts. The handout designed in this study aims to investigate the effect of using handouts on Newton's legal material with a comprehensive intelligence on the generative learning model on the competency achievement of class X students at SMAN 5 Padang. Type of research is a quasi experimental research with Randomized Control Group Only Design. The research population was all students of grade X students of SMAN 5 Padang who were enrolled in the Academic Year 2017/2018. Sampling technigue was pourposive sampling with class X MIA 3 as the experimental class and class X MIA 4 as the control class. The research instruments were in the form of learning outcomes tests for knowledge competencies, attitude observation sheets and skills competency performance assessment sheets. Based on observations conducted found that the implementation of the curriculum according to the demands of learning physics 2013 revision in 2017 is still lacking. Problems found included the lack of ability of the students in learning. Which gained the ability of students are 40% of Lower Order Thinkung Skiils (LOTS) , 38% of Middle Order Thinking Skills (MOTS) , and 20% of Higher Order Thinking Skills (HOTS) . Besides , learning and teaching materials were available yet supportive learning HOTS oriented. Therefore, to improve the student ’s HOTS in Physics, a resource-oriented HOTS is needed and developed , where the materials consist HOTS indicators and levels of Bloom's taxonomy revision Anderson, for HOTS category , student worksheet which is developed in this study also used guided i n quiry learning model. This model was chosen because it is one of the learning models that can support the achievement of HOTS in learning. This study belongs to the type of R&D (Research and Development) by using Borg and Gal l models . The research procedure consisted of potential problems, data collection, product design, design validation, the revised design, product testing, product revision, utility testing, product revision, and bulk products . The instrument used is validation sheets. This study is limited to the stages of product trials and product revision. Product trials conducted are limited trials . The validity of the product carried out by three expert . Based on the data, the validity of the results obtained by the experts with an average of 84.62% with a category that is very valid. Overall , HOTS oriented student worksheets in guided inquiry model are in the category of very valid . Education is demanded to be able to improve qualified human resources. The 2013 revised 2017 curriculum was an attempt by the government to answer the demands of the industrial revolution 4.0 era which aims to shape the character and competence and literacy of students. However, the reality on the ground showed that student literacy has not been implemented well. One solution to overcome these problems is to develop a cognitive conflict based Physics Worksheet. The purpose of this research was to determine the validity, practicality and effectiveness of the student worksheet Physics based on cognitive conflict. This type of research is Development Research using the Plomp model. The object of the research was cognitive conflict based student worksheet. Data source validation results from experts by the Physics lecturer at the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences UNP, the results of practicality by Physics teachers, as well as the results of the practicality of one to one and small groups and effectiveness by students of class X SMAN 7 Padang. The data analysis technique used were descriptive statistical analysis for product validation and practicality and for the effectiveness of using the percentage technique seen from differences in pretest and posttest. The results of data analysis from the research that has been done as following. First, the cognitive conflict based worksheet has a very strong validity with an average value of 86.35. Second, the use of cognitive conflict-based worksheets has a very strong practicality with an average grade of one to one and small group students respectively at 87.32 and 90.90. Third, the use of cognitive conflict based LKS on straight motion and parabolic motion material is effectively used in the learning process to improve students' new literacy. Untuk melaksanakan pembelajaran dengan pendekatan kontekstual yang memfasilitasi dengan tuntutan yang ada maka buku teks pelajaran yang digunakan hams mampu memfasilitasi terlaksananya pendekatan kontekstual. Saat ini sudah banyak buku teks pelajaran yang beredar dengan bermacam penerbit. Untuk itu perlu dicari tahu apakah buku teks pelajaran yang beredar tersebut sudah mampu memfasilitasi terlaksananya pendekatan kontekstual dalam pembelajaran. Solusi dari masalah ini adalah melakukan analisis sejauh mana buku teks pelajaran memfasilitasi terlaksananya pendekatan kontekstual. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah sajian buku teks pelajaran Fisika SMA Kelas XII Semester 2 sudah mampu memfasilitasi keterlaksanaan pendekatan CTL dalam pembelajaran dan untuk mengetahui buku teks Fisika SMA Kelas XII manakah yang paling baik untuk digunakan oleh sekolah. \u0000Jenis penelitian yang dilakukan adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh buku teks pelajaran Fisika SMA Kelas XII yang beredar di Sumatera Barat. Pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini \u0000menggunakan teknik Nonprobability Sampling yang jenisnya Sampling Purposive. Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah dua buku teks pelajaran terbanyak yang digunakan di SMA Sumatera Barat berdasarkan hasil survey dan dua buku teks pelajaran yang telah dinilai dan ditetapkan oleh Kementrian Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan. Sampel dalam penelitian ini yaitu : 1) Buku yang ditulis oleh Muhammad Farchani Rosyid, dkk yang diterbitkan Tiga Serangkai pada tahun 2014; 2) Buku yang ditulis oleh Sunardi,dkk. Yang diterbitkan oleh Yrama Widya pada tahun 2016; 3) Buku yang ditulis oleh Ketut Kamajaya, dkk yang diterbitkan oleh Grafindo Mediapratama pada tahun 2016; dan 4) Buku yang ditulis oleh Marthen Kanginan yang diterbitkan Erlangga pada tahun 2016. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini melalui studi dokumentasi. Instrumen yang digunakan untuk pengambilan data berupa instrument ceklis yang berisi 7 komponen CTL. Instrumen kemudian dijabarkan menjadi 39 indikator. Setiap indikator memuat satu butir istrumen. Data pada penelitian ini dianalisis dengan menggunakan statistik deskriptif. \u0000Dari hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa sajian keempat buku Fisika SMA Kelas \u0000XII Semester 2 yang dianalisis penyajiannya telah memfasilitasi keterlaksanaan pendekatan CTL. The 2013 curriculum is one of the government’s efforts to accept this 4.0 revolution. The purpose of the 2013 curriculum is to increase student competence. Based on preliminary research that integration of literacy in learning were still low. Solution of this problem is to develop physics learning material that contain new literacy and disasters. The method that used in this research was Research and Development (R&D). The object of research was physics learning material on fluid material to increase new literacy and disaster. The data collection instruments used were preliminary research, validity dan practicality test questionnaire. The data analysis technique used was descriptive statistical analysis. The preliminary research instrument based on observation, book analysis, and analysis test literacy student. The average of value observation that integration literacy in learning  was still low with value 34.72, the result of analysis in five physics book was still enough with average value 41.47, the result of literacy test was still low with average value 40.00. The validity instrument of physics learning material on fluid material to increase new literacy and disaster consists of four components, namely the feasibility of content, presentation, linguistics, and graphic. Validity of physics learning material on fluid material to increase new literacy and disaster was very good with average value 86.27. The practicality instrument consists of four components, namely the easy to use, interesting, clarity, and benefits. Practicality of physics learning material on fluid material to increase new literacy and disaster according to teacher was very good with average value 83,65 and according to student was good with average value 79.52. Each student has a smartphone device which is most are android, but they did not use it in the learning process, the teaching system using speech method, while the printed books still existing in the class. The usage ICT such as text, picture, sound, animation,and video in the class are in separated form yet. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to produce Handout based mobile learning assisted by android aplication and to know the validity criteria of the product. This variety of research is a mixed method. The research uses a validity test instrument that contains 4 aspects as follows; substances; language; graphic and utilization of software. The result are presented in the table,diagram and then analyzed to determine the advisability criteria of handout. Based on the research conducted, there are two results research obtained, first is the handout product are consisted of text, sound, picture, animation, and video while the second is the results of the validity test conducted twice, with an average value of the first validity is 86.93% with high valid criteria and the average value of the second validity is 94.49% with high valid criteria. Moreover, learning model and teaching materials that commonly used have not been varied and Student Worksheet has not been charged character values. Therefore, this research aimed to determine the effect of applying the charged Student Worksheet character values in Jigsaw cooperative learning model in class XI SMAN 11 Physics Padang on learning outcomes of students’s competency attitudes, knowledge, and skills.Type of research was a quasi-experimental (Quasi-Experimental Research) with a research design form was Randomized Control Group Only Design. Population were all students in class XI SMA MIA 11 Padang who registered academic year 2014/2015 with a cluster random sampling technique. The research instrument used a form of observation sheet on the attitude of competencies, a written test on knowledge competencies, and rubring scor on skills competencies. Data were analyzed using two similarity test average used was the t. The results showed that the average of students learning outcomes in experimental class and control class on all competencies were sequentially: (81.38) and (68.9), (80.25) and (75 , 23), and (74.78) and (66.9). Based on the hypothesis test on all competencies as compared with the value of 1.98 tt. Based on the demand of character education, the instructional material is needed to help the teachers to cultivate the character value to students. This research aims to know the effects of Implicating Intregated Material of Character Value in the Teaching Model Advance Organizer to the First Year Students of SMA Negeri 2 Padang. The type of the research is quasi-experimental. Population of the research is all students grade X of SMA Negeri 2 Padang year 2013/2014. Sample is taken by using clauster random sampling technique. The technique of data collection for cognitive domain is written test, while for affective and psychomotor domain is by doing obeservation. The technique of data analysis is by using t formula for cognitive and psychomotor domain, mean while for affective domain is descriptive data with graphics. Research findings acquire: 1) for cognitive domain tcount = 2,17 while ttable = 1,67 (in the area of refusal H0 until Hi accepted). 2) for psychomotor domain tcount = 6,42 while ttable = 1,67 (in the area of refusal H0 until Hi accepted). For affective domain, the character value is 80 in average.
