The research paradigm used is interpretive qualitative. The research method is a case study. Data collection techniques using in-depth interviews, observation, and document study. Data analysis techniques use the Miles & Huberman model: data reduction, display, and verification. The research results show that implementing the principle of transparency is carried out by disclosing information at the Nagari deliberations with financial reporting. The implementation of the principle of accountability is carried out with accountability by applicable regulations, which is carried out once every six months to the Nagari Taram Government and once a year through the Nagari deliberation. Implementation of the principle of responsibility is carried out by trying to sell LPG gas cheaper than in regular shops, providing pertashops, and not building businesses that are the same as those run by the community. The principle of independence is proven by the absence of intervention from other parties in the management of BUMNag only if applicable regulations do not implement the work division system. Tourism as a business image is essentially a meeting of local culture in the Province of Bali with the culture of tourists, seen in Penglipuran Tourism Village. The existence of cultural values can be seen from the residents' houses in Penglipuran Village which have a unique traditional building arrangement and form so that they have received many awards. In addition, most traders and workers in the future are women and become challengers, because of internal competition and the development of modern shops around Penglipuran Tourism Village, so this research needs to be conducted to find out the variables that are important to identify and support women tourism actors. in supporting the socialization of Penglipuran tourism village. This research took place in Penglipuran Village, Bangli Regency, using observation and questionnaire methods related to supporting sustainable tourism in Penglipuran Village, Bangli Regency. The approach used in this research is the Mixed Method approach. The sample in this study were 30 local community respondents and stakeholders or experts. The sample used in this study consisted of the community and traders in Penglipuran Village who could provide an assessment and suitability for the conditions that occurred at the research site. Determination of the number of samples using simple random sampling technique. This study uses the MICMAC analysis method which is used to categorize or classify a factor, based on the value of its influence and dependency. Using a qualitative approach and descriptive research methods, the researcher collected data from various sources, including in-depth interviews with relevant parties such as the Micro Waqf Bank Management and recipients of productive waqf funds in the hope of explaining the facts and conditions needed for the research. The informants in this study consisted of 20 individuals who met the criteria of understanding and being able to argue when the researcher explored and delved into questions and statements, as well as individuals who received and used productive waqf funds, thus experiencing the impact and benefits of these funds for the sustainability of their businesses and the improvement of their quality of life. The research results indicate that the role of Micro Waqf Banks for SMEs and the impact of productive waqf fund assistance are significant. These banks play a crucial role in supporting the growth and development of SMEs. Micro Waqf Banks provide access to capital for SMEs who often face difficulties in obtaining loans from other financial institutions, thus helping them expand their businesses, create job opportunities, and enhance economic well-being. The bank's role also includes community economic empowerment through training and mentoring. The impact of productive waqf fund assistance on the development of SMEs' businesses is also highly significant. This assistance helps SMEs in business development, improving competitiveness, and overcoming capital constraints. These standards can be achieved if the company is able to maintain the quality of the products produced. One way to maintain this quality is by implementing Total Quality Management (TQM). The purpose of implementing TQM is to improve service quality in the hope of meeting and satisfying the needs and expectations of target customers. Customer expectations can be created if there is job satisfaction from employees. Thus, this study aims to examine the effect of implementing TQM elements on Company Performance mediated by Job Satisfaction at PT Bali Daksina Wisata (BDW). This research was conducted at PT.BDW, the sample used was all company employees totalling 60 people with a saturated sampling method (cencus method). Data collection uses a survey approach, with the research instruments used are interviews, questionnaires and observations. The data that has been collected is then processed using path analysis techniques. The analysis results show that TQM is able to influence Company Performance mediated by Job Satisfaction positively and significantly. Qualitative and quantitative descriptive research methods are used. 20 respondents were given questionnaires to complete and observations, interviews, and secondary data sources were used as the data gathering methods. The data analysis technique used is SWOT analysis. The results of the study show that the company is in the growth quadrant I, where IFAS has a score of 3.69 and EFAS has a score of 3.2. Syarah Bakery has product advantages, namely processed durian specialists, has a complete variety of products, lots of toppings in the product, products are always fresh, uses social media in promotions, such as Instagram, Facebook, and Tik-tok, has friendly employees, fast and neat in serving customers. The internet penetration rate in Indonesia has reached 72.02 percent, indicating high internet access. The innovation of mobile banking by Bank Indonesia has helped simplify transactions, although the value of mobile banking transactions is still lower compared to conventional banks. In Bali, a region with rapid economic growth and high internet access, coupled with the increasing use of e-money, however, the level of digital literacy in Bali is still low, with a score of 47.48, which needs to be improved. The use of mobile banking needs to be balanced with efforts to bridge the digital divide. The research utilizes a quantitative method with data analysis techniques using PLS-SEM through WarpPLS 7.0 software. Nonprobability purposive sampling is used as the sampling technique. Data collection involves primary and secondary data through the distribution of questionnaires. The sample size in this research is 302 respondents from the population of mobile banking users in Denpasar.
