The research method used is secondary data analysis from the realization data of local taxes and PAD from 2018 to 2022 obtained from the Pekanbaru City Revenue Agency. The data is then analyzed using descriptive statistical techniques to identify trends in the contribution of local taxes to PAD and the level of fiscal independence of the region during this period. The analysis results show that the contribution of local taxes to PAD in Pekanbaru City ranges from 80% to 93% during this period, with an increasing trend every year. However, fiscal independence of the region is still in the category of \"Towards Fiscal Independence,\" with PAD contributions ranging from 25% to 33% of the total Regional Revenue in the Regional Budget. The research found that Internal Audit can contribute to responding to and overcoming financial stresses by improving the effectiveness of internal control, compliance, operational efficiency, and risk management. Internal Audit not only responds to financial pressures, but is also proactive in fraud prevention and financial risk management. The research method used a qualitative case study approach, the research involved 15 internal audit practitioners from various government institutions. The holistic involves in-depth interviews, document analysis, and direct observation to dive into the internal audit practices conducted by respondents. The results show that effective internal audit practices not only have an impact on fraud detection and prevention, but also play a crucial role in improving the integrity of financial reporting and accountability of local governments. However, some obstacles, such as budget, personnel, and technology constraints, may affect internal audit performance. The method used is descriptive research using survey techniques, with a quantitative analysis approach and using non-parametric statistics. The research sample consisted of 76 respondents. The research results show that motivation and competency factors have a positive and significant influence on employee performance at the Jambi City Samsat Office. The simultaneous influence of motivation and competence on performance is 35.7%. The choice of Shopee e-commerce is one of the marketplaces that is developing in the digital industry in Indonesia. This research uses quantitative descriptive methods with the population of the city of Jambi in 2021, namely 612,162 people. The number of samples was determined based on the Slovin formula used, that the number of samples used in this research was 100 respondents. The analytical tools used are the Likert scale and multiple linear regression. The research results reveal that the better the online shopping experience and online customer engagement, the higher the e-satisfaction of Jambi city Shopee marketplace consumers. There is partial market integration in the long and short term for broiler chicken meat commodities between various regencies/cities in Jambi Province so that the price of broiler chicken meat in regencies/cities in Jambi Province influences each other not only in the current period but in relation to prices 1 to 2 days before. There is short and long-term spatial market integration for broiler chicken meat in districts/cities in Jambi Province. The number of samples is 48 construction company data with purposive sampling criteria. The analysis technique used is the F-test, and multiple linear regression with the t hypothesis test. This study uses a qualitative method and is descriptive in nature. The Cooperatives Service, UMK, Jambi Province served as the research site. The Dumisake Programme, a priority programme for the Jambi Provincial Government, was used to determine the research location to examine the capital assistance programme for MSMEs. The program's goals are to enhance the regional economy, lower rates of poverty and unemployment, and ultimately improve community welfare. Through the distribution of questionnaires and in-person interviews with MSME capital assistance grantees under the Jambi Provincial Government's Dumisake Programme, primary data was gathered. Legal and regulatory records, the 2021–2026 Jambi Province RPJMD, the Strategic Plan and Work Plan of the Cooperative Service, and the Jambi Province UMK serve as research supporting data for this study. Researchers conducted direct interviews with MSME players in Jambi Province who benefited from capital support under the Dumisake Programme. Data Reduction, Data Display (Data Presentation), and Conclusion Drawing/Verification (Conclusion) were the methods used for data analysis in this study. The study's findings demonstrate that the Covid-19 Pandemic had an impact on Micro, Small, and Medium-Sized Enterprises (MSMEs) that were given support by the Jambi Provincial Government. These MSMEs considered the assistance to be highly beneficial for business development, which boosted their revenue. When it comes to helping MSME players in Jambi Province with their business growth, the Jambi Provincial Government's Economic Recovery Programme has shown to be quite beneficial in providing them with products and equipment. The assistance programme has three (three) primary objectives: achieving economic recovery; enhancing MSMEs' capacity to become resilient and independent; and putting in place efficient, transparent, effective, and targeted help channels. Data analysis in this research uses path analysis with SPSS software. They are using quantitative secondary data from the annual financial report of the regional development bank listed on the Indonesia stock exchange in 2016-2020, analysing with path analysis. The aim of the research is to determine marketing communication activities for Bellshoses Laundry services. The research was conducted using descriptive qualitative methods. In accordance with the problems studied, data collection was carried out using interview techniques, observation, documentation which were useful in providing facts and data regarding communication activities and their obstacles to being presented and analyzed.
