This research aims to obtain the results of a study of the influence of intellectual capital with the value added intellectual capital (VAIC) indicator and enterprise risk management with the indicator (COSO ERM) on company value and financial performance as intervening variables in pharmaceutical sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2018 period. -2021. The method used was purposive sampling so that a sample of 9 companies was obtained. Data analysis uses partial least squares (PLS). The research results show that intellectual capital, enterprise risk management and financial performance directly have a positive and significant effect on company value. The data analysis technique used in this research is descriptive analysis using partial least squares (PLS) warp analysis. This research was conducted to determine the effect of academic division performance on student satisfaction through the mediation of service quality at Mahasaraswati University Denpasar. The data collection method used a questionnaire given to 100 student with purposive sampling technique. Data collection techniques using interviews, questionnaires and documentation. The data collection technique with Non-Probability Sampling uses the Accidental Sampling approach. Collecting data with a questionnaire that uses a Likert scale. This type of research uses quantitative research methods. Data analysis techniques used SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) with the PLS (Partial Least Square) approach, and the VAF test to test mediation. The results showed that academic division performance had a positive effect on student satisfaction, academic division performance had a positive effect on service quality, service quality had a positive effect on student satisfaction, and service quality was able to mediate the effect of academic division performance on student satisfaction. Through searching the literature from several sources, this article finds that there is debate about whether regional autonomy can accelerate or inhibit economic growth. However, the majority of studies show that regional autonomy has a positive impact on economic growth, especially when local governments are able to manage resources effectively and efficiently and have a significant influence on economic growth in Indonesia. The type of research used was an ex post facto quantitative method with a proportional sampling technique and the results obtained were 86 samples from a total of 200 existing populations. The data analysis technique uses factor analysis calculations using the SPSS program with the Bartlett's Test of Spherecity analysis technique. The research results showed that 3 factors were obtained which were factors that influenced GENBI Bengkulu students' interest in using QRIS, namely financial literacy, ease of use, and benefits. Data were obtained from a sample consisting of 230 respondents who were considered eligible. Three findings are obtained. First, for the poseur, consumer motives for purchasing products are positively related to counterfeit products and conspicuous brand prominence. Second, for the parvenus, the consumer motives are not related to counterfeit products, but it is related to conspicuous brand prominence. The aim of this research is to identify significant factors influencing student satisfaction in distance learning at Open University. The modified SERVQUAL Service Quality model is used in this study. The independent variables in this research include Assurance, Empathy, Responsiveness, Reliability, and Website Content, while the dependent variable is Student Satisfaction. Data was collected through self-administered questionnaires from 244 management students at Open University. The analysis is based on descriptive and inferential statistics. The population of this study are 34 BLUD Puskesmas di Jombang Regency with the research subjects are administration coordinator, data planning and management coordinator, and financial coordinator from BLUD Puskesmas. The number of samples in this study is 25 BLUD Puskesmas that obtained by using slovin formula, resulting in a total of 75 employees as respondents. The sampling technique used is simple random sampling with lottery method. The type research is quantitive research with the Partial Least Square (PLS) The steps used in PLS analysis technique are outer model analysis, inner model analysis, and hypothesis test. As the continuous LPD profitability declines since 2018, the institution strives to boost its profitability in 2021 to improve its credit turnover and change the interest rates. this study aims to determine the effect of credit turnover and interest rate changes on the return on assets of LPD Denpasar, and employs the risk theory of profit as the research theoretical basis involving the saturated samples of 35 LPDs in Denpasar.
