These standards can be achieved if the company is able to maintain the quality of the products produced. One way to maintain this quality is by implementing Total Quality Management (TQM). The purpose of implementing TQM is to improve service quality in the hope of meeting and satisfying the needs and expectations of target customers. Customer expectations can be created if there is job satisfaction from employees. Thus, this study aims to examine the effect of implementing TQM elements on Company Performance mediated by Job Satisfaction at PT Bali Daksina Wisata (BDW). This research was conducted at PT.BDW, the sample used was all company employees totalling 60 people with a saturated sampling method (cencus method). Data collection uses a survey approach, with the research instruments used are interviews, questionnaires and observations. The data that has been collected is then processed using path analysis techniques. The analysis results show that TQM is able to influence Company Performance mediated by Job Satisfaction positively and significantly. 摘要
公司业绩是按照预定标准衡量的公司工作的整体面貌。如果公司能够保持所生产产品的质量,就能达到这些标准。保持产品质量的方法之一是实施全面质量管理(TQM)。实施全面质量管理的目的是提高服务质量,以满足目标客户的需求和期望。如果员工对工作感到满意,客户的期望就会产生。因此,本研究旨在探讨在 PT Bali Daksina Wisata(BDW)公司实施全面质量管理要素对公司业绩的影响,并以工作满意度为中介。本研究在 PT.BDW 公司进行,采用饱和抽样法(cencus 法),样本为公司所有员工,共计 60 人。数据收集采用调查法,使用的研究工具包括访谈、问卷和观察。然后使用路径分析技术对收集到的数据进行处理。分析结果表明,以工作满意度为中介,全面质量管理能够对公司业绩产生积极而显著的影响。根据这项研究的结果,公司应再次提高员工的工作满意度,因为由此产生的效果很低。
