Recommendations for determining the range of speed control of the working bodies of the mechanism for separation of stem forages on the basis of the developed system of hydraulic actuators of the separator mechanism with maintenance of energy saving mode of the pumping station and investigated nonlinear mathematical models mechanism and features of functioning of executive hydraulic motors of drives of the cutting mechanism in the mode of adaptation to real character of process of separation of a stalk forage. According to the results of mathematical modeling rational values of parameters of the developed hydraulic system of the mechanism for separation of a stalk forage corresponding to area of steady work of system are established, influence of components of hydraulic units of system of hydraulic drives of the separator mechanism regulation of speeds of the working bodies which are put in action by executive hydraulic motors.\u0000Based on theoretical and experimental studies, it was found that reducing the width of the working edges of the spool leads to the most effective expansion of the technological range of speed control of the separation mechanism driven by the hydraulic motor - cutting mechanism and hydraulic cylinder - drive P - shaped frame.\u0000As a result of research of influence of parameters of the developed hydraulic system of the mechanism for separation of stem forages on the range of technical regulation of speed of working bodies, constructive and technological parameters of the developed hydraulic drive are revealed. Determining the most optimal values of these parameters will increase the sensitivity and efficiency of the proposed hydraulic drive mechanism for the separation of stem forage. Research is carried out on the basis of numerous implementations of the equations of continuum dynamics in applied engineering calculation programs - CAE systems.\u0000The article provides a theoretical analysis of the interaction of the soil layer with the surface of the working body of the seeder for the implementation of the technological process of sowing seeds of grain crops on the slopes. We have obtained a diagram of the forces acting on the soil during the working process, a diagram of the forces acting on the soil layer while moving along the slope, a diagram for determining the parameters of the working plane, initial and limiting conditions for the interaction of the working body with the soil environment, a diagram for determining the speed of the soil layer, a diagram changes in the speed of the soil layer on the slopes, the scheme of forces acting on the soil layer on the slopes, the dependence of the gravity force of the soil layer on the surface of the working body and the backing force on the angle of the slope, the dependence of the backing force on the angle. The initial and limiting conditions of the mathematical model of the technological process are considered, and a technique for implementing the mathematical model of the technological process of the work of the working body on slopes with different values of the angle of inclination of the working surface is developed.\u0000A mathematical model of the technological process of tillage on different types of agricultural landscapes by experimental working bodies has been developed. However, this process is characterized by significant energy consumption – from 3 to 100 kW * hour per ton of finished goods, and only a part of it is directly spent on grinding. Therefore, this scientific research is aimed at minimizing the consumption of energy resources by technological machines – crushers and improving the energy efficiency of the process in general is an urgent issue. \u0000A powerful modern research method of studying complex objects is system analysis, which enables to modernize existing machines and design new ones without conducting a large number of expensive physical experiments. Unfortunately, this method is not yet widely used in the research and design of new machines for processing agricultural products, since there are no developed and substantiated engineering theories describing the behaviour of the processed material in the workspace of the technological machine.\u0000Grinding grain with a moisture content indicator at the level higher than the base condition, there is a low efficiency of the method of impact grinding, that is determined by the increased plasticity of the material and an increase in the value of the marginal deformation, which can lead the grain towards destruction. A partial solution of this problem is possible when combining the method of cutting and hammering, which has formed the basis of a technical solution implemented in the scientific laboratory of Vinnytsia National Agrarian University, where the design has been developed and experimental verification of the vibrating crusher have been carried out. Further improvement of the energy efficiency of the technological operation of grain grinding requires theoretical researches of the dynamics of the process, and determining the minimum amount of energy required for destruction.\u0000The article deals with the laws of solid mechanics and the use of rheological methods in researching disperse systems, it presents the values of absolute deformation and the work that is carried out during the destruction of maize grain under the influence of applied impact-cutting load in analytical and graphic form. Such a solution was proposed to stabilize the hydraulic movement of the cut off wave flow due to the reflective surface of a certain geometric shape for the forced direction of the cut raw material to the heating surface. Autonomous heating of the reflecting surface additionally provides a temperature effect in the conditions of movement of raw material particles after cutting.\u0000As a result of the analysis of the experimental and theoretical parameters of heat transfer, the criterion equation for the heat transfer coefficient of the evaporator with the proposed film-forming element, which has a reflective heated surface for calculating the heat transfer coefficient from the working surface to the raw material, is substantiated. The resulting equation takes into account the influence of the vertical component of the motion of the raw material film, the centrifugal movement during the rotation of the film-forming element, the mixing of the boiling film of the raw material with steam bubbles, the geometric characteristics of the film-forming blade on the hydrodynamic flow of the raw material.\u0000Calculation of a rotary-film evaporator using a criterion equation and a useful heat exchange surface of 0,75 m2 was obtained. The specific metal content in a rotary-film evaporator with a film-forming element having a reflective surface is 57 kg/m2 compared to the vacuum evaporator traditionally used in canning industries 410 kg/m2, which is 7,1 times less. Also, the duration of the temperature effect on the raw material is reduced: a rotary-film evaporator - 200 s and 3600 s in a traditional apparatus. Transmission units must operate in all modes of operation of the vehicle. Loss of serviceability of the drive axle leads to loss of serviceability of the car as a whole. In this regard, the technical condition of this unit must be subject to increased requirements, and it is necessary to conduct systematic monitoring, which gives a clear idea of the current technical condition of the drive axle and the ability to predict the failure of this transmission unit.\u0000The existing methods and tools for diagnosing of driving truck axles do not fully determine their current technical condition, which requires the development of mathematical models to automate the process of diagnosing their components and parts was found іn the analysis of literature sources.\u0000Mathematical model of automation of the process of diagnosing of driving axles of KAMAZ cars is presents in the article. \u0000Replacing real technical devices with their idealized models allows the widespread use of various mathematical methods. In this case, the drive axle of the KamAZ cars, as the object of diagnosis, is presented in the form of a «black box», the input and output parameters of which have a finite set of values. Older cars are being replaced by improved models, and new car designs and systems are being developed and implemented. Areas of improving the design of the car, in addition to improving safety, fuel economy and comfort, include improving environmental safety, as the car is a source of environmental pollution.\u0000Internal combustion engines are the main source of man-made air pollution. The operation of the internal combustion engine is accompanied by the formation of emissions of sulfur dioxide and nitrogen oxides, which is the cause of acid precipitation. Smog and the greenhouse effect due to hydrocarbon emissions are inevitable, and solid dust and soot particles cause weather changes (cold, fog and rain). All these factors, together with industrial emissions, are leading to global climate change. Fuel evaporation, crankcase and exhaust gases are among the main phenomena of harmful effects of the internal combustion engine on the environment and account for up to 78%.\u0000This article highlights the problem of soot formation in the soot filters of the car exhaust system. Groups of chemical elements that are part of exhaust gases are considered. The existing directions of reducing the toxicity of exhaust gases are analyzed. The influence of different types of fuel on the toxicity of exhaust gases and soot formation is determined. The principle of soot filter operation during filtration and regeneration is described. Types of regeneration and the principle of their action are described. Smoke of soot filters at different mileage was studied. The principle of using the Infracar D smoke meter is described. An experimental study of ultrasonic soot filter cleaning was performed. The need for a systematic approach to the problem of recognition is due to a number of reasons.\u0000The first is that recognition is not the goal. It is only a means of obtaining the information needed by the management system to make a particular decision, behavioral strategy or management strategy. As a result, the recognition system must be designed in such a way as to ensure the greatest efficiency of the control system above the recognition system. This means the subordination of the goals of the recognition system to the goals of the management system.\u0000The second reason is that the efficiency of the recognition system as a whole directly depends on the efficiency of technical means of the recognition system (measuring and computing) and its mathematical software - software-implemented algorithms for constructing descriptions of classes of objects and phenomena in sign language, proper recognition descriptions, etc. This in turn means the subordination of the goals of the means of recognition system to the goals of the system as a whole.\u0000Thus, a tree of goals is formed - a characteristic feature of the need for a system-technical approach to the problem. They make up a significant part of the cost of all agricultural technology and, as a result, the cost of the final product. The use of unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) has a huge potential in agriculture and every year the interest in their use grows primarily in the implementation of the tasks of precision farming. \u0000The object of research in this article is the process of spraying work areas with Agras unmanned aerial vehicles.\u0000The aim of the study is to study the effectiveness of DJI's Agras drones in spraying cultivated plants with pesticides, diseases, weeds and to establish their design and operating features.\u0000The objectives of the work are to establish the design and mode features of unmanned aerial vehicles Agras T16, T20 and T30; to find out their productivity on spraying of cultural sites and to substantiate possible reserves in increase of productivity of drones-sprayers.\u0000The research methodology is based on the method of cognitive activity, mathematical modeling, methods of analysis and synthesis of both information from official sources and information from the works of other researchers.\u0000The scientific work considers the excellent technical and operational features of hexacopters Agras T16, T20 and T30. The performed analysis allows us to assert the dynamics in improving the efficiency of their use. The practical aspects of their use in spraying with plant protection products, the choice of the required mode of exploitation are substantiated.\u0000It is noted that the performance of sprayers depends on the diameter of the swing of the rotors, which create a downward flow of air, the number of rotors and the height above the crop surface. Their maximum permissible speed is limited by the performance of the installed pumps, the capacity of the nozzles to ensure a given rate of discharge of the working drug, by properties of substances of the tank mixture, etc.\u0000The calculation of operational productivity Sparaying Drones Agras T16, T20 and T30 at the length of the runs of sections 750 and 1000 m is given. Productivity of Sparaying Drones Agras T16, T20 and T30 at a run length of 1000 m is obtained, respectively, 7.65; 8.29 and 10.5 ha/h. With the reduction of the run length to 750 m, the productivity of all Sparaying Drones Agras T16, T20 and T30 increases, respectively 8.40; 9.10 and 11.06 ha/h. To assess the validity of the unit baseline model, field studies were conducted, during which key agronomic indicators of tillage quality were identified. Studies have shown that the rate of uncultivated soil exceeds 6.5 km / h, and the degree of soil cracking - more than 80%. At small tillage to a depth of 12 cm at operating speeds over 7.0 km / h. The use of additional working bodies will allow to form on the basis of the basic model of the unit narrower options for a particular car.\u0000The optimal design parameters of the proposed plowing unit, in addition to the plow width of 4.5 m, include rollers of the same width to level the plow surface and the capacity of the fertilizer hopper 4 m3. Technical parameters in the process: plow depth α = 0.2 m, soil resistance coefficient Km = 30 kN/m2, working area Lp = 1000 m. surface treatment will reduce yields.\u0000The energy model of functioning of the agricultural subdivision is presented. Studies have shown that by optimizing the ratio of tractor weight to engine power, you can increase the productivity of agricultural units. For stubble cultivation with a normal humidity of 8 km / h, with a permissible slip of 10%, the optimal parameters for a class 1.4 wheeled tractor will be the working weight m = 4790 kg and engine power N = 69.0 kW. However, to date, no generalized theoretical relationships between surface quality parameters, machining accuracy, performance properties of parts and parameters of machining processes, which allow to solve the problem of technological support of the specified performance properties of parts. The control of the surface formation process with the required properties is carried out mainly by using partial experimental dependences and tables of processing modes. The complexity of the problem is that when machining parts it is necessary to establish such processing conditions that would provide a set of requirements for tool wear, machining accuracy, surface quality characteristics, productivity and more.\u0000Working machines of special and general purpose, their separate knots and mechanisms are constantly improved, thus increase of a technical level of machines is carried out by introduction of new technical decisions, use of modern technologies and scientific developments.\u0000The experience of development and operation of mechanisms of parallel kinematics confirms their high efficiency and prospects of this direction of mechanical engineering. Due to the design features of the layout, the mechanisms of parallel kinematics have closed kinematic chains that form spatial structures. As a rule, these structures are based on triangular rod systems. They have high rigidity characteristics, provide high speeds and acceleration of working bodies. Accordingly, these capabilities can significantly increase the static and dynamic accuracy of positioning mechanisms. The lack of theoretical foundations for the development of mechanisms, in particular high-precision mechanisms, hinders the widespread introduction of parallel kinematics mechanisms. Improving accuracy requires a comprehensive study of kinematics and work processes, taking place in their main nodes.
