Considering that the full integration of Ukraine into the EU is defined by the Constitution of Ukraine as the main vector of the foreign policy course, as well as the general global trends towards rising prices for fossil fuels and insufficient provision of the country with its own primary energy resources, research aimed at rationalizing the structure of energy consumption is becoming increasingly important. . fuel in accordance with EU standards and the greening of production, including through the introduction of alternative energy technologies at processing enterprises of the agro-industrial complex of Ukraine.\u0000The article assesses the resource potential of domestic agriculture and presents possible options for agrobiomass available in sufficient quantities suitable for anaerobic digestion followed by methane generation. The formation of a stable, strong draining chip is a sign of low machinability of the material of the part and requires the use of special means and methods that would ensure the separation of the chip or allowance that is cut.\u0000This issue is especially relevant in the case of cutting drawing as a low-speed process, which is characterized by intensive overgrowth and a high coefficient of chip shrinkage, and therefore the strength of the latter. Today, there are a number of original developments of several scientific schools, which implement the idea of preliminary division of the allowance during drawing by creating a network of technological chip-splitting grooves.\u0000The process of internal drawing, in particular drawing of round deep holes, must necessarily take place under conditions of forced chip separation or allowance. At the same time, the so-called transverse division of the chips, i.e., division along the perimeter of the hole, is usually carried out due to structural elements on the broach teeth and today is not too difficult a problem. However, there are certain reserves in this direction as well, in particular those related to increasing the stability of the tool.\u0000This article considered the technological function of the reliefs, which consists in the forced division of the cut allowance with contour grooves. An analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of the most common processes for obtaining round holes in hollow blanks and parts is carried out. The essence of the group (progressive, variable) stretching scheme is described.\u0000Typical combined extension tools are considered. Given formulas for calculating the dimensions of chip grooves. Research related to the production and use of biodiesel fuel is especially relevant in today's conditions. Scientists do not ignore this question, in particular, Vinnytsia National Agrarian University has devoted more than one research topic to the mentioned problem. In more detail, in the mentioned issue, research is being conducted aimed at determining the energy value of the obtained biofuels, namely, the lower calorific value. The purpose of the article is to create a methodology for determining the fatty acid composition of biodiesel fuel and determining its lower heat of combustion, which is necessary for the analysis and evaluation of the energy efficiency of alternative fuels. Research methods are based on D. I. Mendeleev's formula for determining the lower heat of combustion, which is based on data on the percentage content of the elemental composition of the fuel. The calculation of the elemental composition was carried out on the basis of the molecular weight data of the components of biodiesel fuel, which in turn were obtained by chromatographic analysis using a gas-liquid chromatograph. Similar calculations were made in Microsoft Excel spreadsheets. The article publishes the results of research on two samples of biodiesel fuel, made from two types of raw materials - sunflower and rapeseed oil. A method of determining the fatty acid composition of these samples and determining the lower heat of combustion of biodiesel fuel as a whole and its components has been developed. The main purpose of such methods is that the change in shape at any time is performed only on a fraction of the volume of the workpiece and when moving the deformation center covers the entire volume. These are well-studied and widely used in the production of free forging, rotary forging, rolling, etc.\u0000A relatively new method of MP - stamping by rolling, is characterized by a number of positive effects:\u0000- reduction of deformation force in comparison with traditional methods in 5-30 times;\u0000- the possibility of processing metal in the cold state with the same technological effort as in hot processing;\u0000- the equipment corresponds to a high level of labor safety;\u0000- reducing the size, weight and cost of equipment;\u0000- the possibility of implementing various technological operations.\u0000Modern mechanical engineering, instrument making and other metalworking industries widely use and manufacture parts with a large ratio of cross-sectional dimensions, the production of which by existing methods of metal forming is either inefficient or impossible.\u0000The most technological are the processes of SHO, in which the workpiece has a tubular or annular shape. Such blanks are well amenable to induction heating, which while providing a high frequency electromagnetic field allows them to be heated quickly and efficiently. This can heat a limited amount of workpiece material. In particular to this group belong processes of separation of damp dispersive waste of food enterprises (alcoholic bard, beer pellets, beet press, coffee and barley slime) at solid and liquid phases. At majority of Ukrainian food enterprises this waste is poured out on the ground or in nearby ponds, but in case of its separation the solid phase of such materials can be used as valuable additive to agricultural fodders or as fuel. As a result, one can provide a complex solution of problems: waste utilization, prevention of nature pollution and receipt of an additional income from realization of fodders or fuel. There are a lot of methods of dehydration of damp dispersive materials that can be divided at several groups: mechanical, thermal, electro-physical, biological, chemical and combined. An improved classification of main methods of dehydration of damp dispersive materials and equipment for their realization is presented in the article. This classification allows to conduct a more systemized and founded analysis of advantages and disadvantages of the methods, to select an optimal method with consideration of conditions and parameters of a concrete enterprise and processed material. Such analysis and selection can be realized with help of a computer program. There is substantiated high efficiency of mechanical dehydration methods of damp dispersive materials, in particular, the method of pressing on equipment with hydraulic or unbalanced drive. The process of icing wires leads to a significant increase in their mass and, accordingly, to large overloads on the wire and electric supports. Exceeding the loads above the permissible ones can cause great damage to power lines. Wires, cables can break, fittings can be damaged and even lead to collapse of electrical poles. At the same time, damage is caused from the undersupply of electricity. This damage may exceed the damage from damage to the elements of power lines.\u0000Ice on the wires usually appear in winter, especially when the warming is going to be replaced by a cold snap and the temperature fluctuates around zero. The problem can be exacerbated by strong wind loads. An increase in air humidity also accelerates the formation of an ice \"coat\" on wires and electrical poles. Under the most unfavorable conditions, the wall thickness of the “fur coat” of ice on the wire can reach more than 70 mm. Such an ice coat can lead to exceeding the maximum permissible loads and damage to the power line, as well as damage from a power outage.\u0000The mechanism of ice formation on overhead power lines, as well as negative damage to power lines and high-voltage pylons under the action of ice load, has been studied. An analysis of the known methods of dealing with ice on power lines has been carried out. An innovative device for combating icing formations is proposed. Due to the global trend, unmanned aerial vehicles have become widespread in various areas and sectors of the world economy. Meanwhile, the issue of energy security as a component of aviation security at airfields and specialized enterprises in their operation, storage and maintenance remains unresolved.\u0000The problem of this work is the synthesis of the method of determining the potential of dispersed energy sources in aviation enterprises. Combining the parallel operation of dispersed generation and network will give a synergistic effect - the emergence of new properties that were not in the components, which is manifested, in particular, in increasing factors influencing energy performance, irregularity of the total load schedule of integrated systems, reducing its unevenness in daily, weekly and seasonal sections, reducing the dependence of the frequency of electric current on power balance fluctuations. In previous studies, the authors justify the positive effect of the introduction of sources of dispersed generation in industrial enterprises, namely modularity, reliability, local governance, reducing the negative impact on the environment and short start-up period.\u0000Given the complexity of the technological process and the specifics of the operation of electrical equipment of aviation enterprises, an urgent scientific and practical task is to develop a method for determining the potential of dispersed energy sources in these enterprises.\u0000To determine the potential of sources of dispersed generation in aviation enterprises, it is necessary to have as complete and clear data on electricity supply and power consumption of electrical equipment of these enterprises during the day, as well as data on electricity consumption in the power grid, operation and load consumption.\u0000At aviation enterprises, the introduction of dispersed generation based on renewable energy sources into the general structure of power supply systems is relevant and possible. It is the sowing machines of this type that will largely solve the problems of timely high-quality sowing with a combination of other technological operations - soil preparation, fertilization, embedding, rolling, etc. At the same time, a significant amount of technical and human resources will be released, sowing dates will be strictly observed.\u0000Accordingly, the purpose of the study was to conduct a comparative analysis and prospects for the technological and design features of sowing machines to improve the operational reliability of the mechanism for copying the relief of sowing machines using advanced structural materials.\u0000The research was carried out by the method of technological and structural analysis of technologies and machines for sowing machines. In the process of research, methods of comparison and mathematical modeling of technological processes were used. The information base of the research was the works of Ukrainian and foreign scientists on technologies and machines for sowing.\u0000On the basis of the comparative analysis and the prospect of technological and design features of sowing machines, it was found that friendly stairs (at least 90%), and, as a result, a high yield depend on the quality of the work of the parallelogram mechanism for copying sowing complexes. The reason for the violation of agricultural requirements for sowing, in particular the depth and uniformity of seed placement, is the low durability of the mechanisms for copying the soil surface. It has been established that the main reason for the low reliability of these mechanisms is the use of \"steel-to-steel\" tribo-couplers in their mobile joints, which ensure operability with frequent (every 40...50 hours of operation) maintenance (lubrication). It has been revealed that it is promising to introduce polymer-composite materials for structural purposes in the movable mates of the parallelogram copying mechanism, which will change the working conditions and increase the durability of this mechanism as a whole.\u0000To solve the problems associated with the development and study of the properties of new or modified PCM in the movable joints of sowing machines, it is necessary to conduct a theoretical justification and experimental feasibility of using polymer parts and their effectiveness. It is necessary to develop a model that describes the dynamics of loads under different operating conditions of the disc coulter. However, the development of effective control algorithms for reactive power compensation devices continues today. It is conducted in two directions - increasing the efficiency of the compensation process, which is mainly determined by the inertia of the control algorithm, and finding effective and compact methods for describing the components of the power of the electrical network. At present, the p-q instantaneous power theory proposed by Akagi and a number of other theories is widely used.\u0000The transition to electronic control methods of power devices, such as electric drive, radio transmitting devices - has dramatically increased the efficiency of such systems, but set an urgent task to ensure optimal conditions for power transmission to load, ie coordination of output stages of power amplifiers and actuators. Such coordination is provided at compensation of reactive components in output circles. To implement this task, it is advisable to use a controlled inductance and capacitance. At the same time, the use of traditional solutions used by varicaps or reactive transistors is limited by the technological possibilities of using varicaps at high reactive capacities. The use of an external power supply is a significant disadvantage, limiting the scope of controlled reactivity based on reactive transistors. Setting the DC mode of controlled reactivity transistors requires the use of additional batteries, blocking and filtering, which reduces the reliability of the device.
