Airport passenger satisfaction is an important component in airport service management because it affects the demand for travel accessand airport revenue. The purpose of this study is to evaluate capacity and analyze passenger satisfaction at Hang Nadim airport in Batam post-COVID-19. The method used is Simple Linear Regression and Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI). Sampling was done by probability sampling with the population of Hang Nadim airport passengers. The data collected in the form of data on the number of passengers departing during 2012 to 2021. Direct observations were carried out by distributing questionnaires to 50 respondents. With the linear regression method, passenger flows will be obtained until the post-covid-19 pandemic, so that a capacity evaluation will be carried out at the airport. Based on the results of the evaluation and analysis carried out, it was found that the estimated number of passengers after the COVID-19 pandemic in In 2022 the predicted number of arriving passengers is 1,553,669 and in 2023 as many as 1,444,876 people.. There is one facility that needs to be improved, namely the arrival hall which was originally 3,452 m² to 4,525 m². While other facilities are still in the category of fulfilling. Problems that can hinder project management are limited resources, inaccurate reports and costly and costly.  The delay in the completion of the project itself is a very undesirable condition, because it can harm both parties both in terms of time or cost.  The purpose of this study is to determine the probability of accelerating the implementation time from the period obtained by taking into account the critical path and calculation of cost crashing in the Aisyiyah Ponorogo Hospital construction project.   The research method used in this study was to analyze the time schedule in the RAB by comparing the project schedule using the PERT (Program Evaluation and Review Technique) method. The data used is the duration of the project time to obtain critical trajectory results, standards and variances. However, in densely populated cities like Batam, congestion often occurs and causes road users to feel stressed, the pace of the economy is hampered, and a lot of time is wasted. Therefore, it is necessary to review the performance of transportation. The purpose of this study was to determine whether the traffic performance at the Barelang intersection roundabout has been effective against the existing traffic situation in the area. The research was conducted by conducting a traffic survey on the road at the Barelang intersection, Batam to obtain the number of vehicles passing through the Barelang intersection. The reference used in this study is MKJI 1997 with the analysis carried out on road capacity, traffic volume, and degree of saturation. The results obtained at the Barrelang intersection for the road segment from SP Plaza to Muka Kuning has a degree of saturation value of 0.72. As for the road from Muka Kuning to SP Plaza, the degree of saturation is 1.08. Based on MKJI it is determined that the value of the degree of saturation of a road segment should not be more than 0.75, it can be concluded that the road from SP Plaza to Muka Kuning is considered effective and for the road segment from Muka Kuning to SP Plaza it is not effective. One of the elements of project management is cost management. Poor cost management can lead to cost overruns or over budgets to the detriment of project owners and contractors. One of the methods that can be used in preparing the project cost budget is the SNI calculation and the contractor's calculation. The purpose of this study was to determine the comparison of the budget plan using the SNI method and the contractor's calculation. The research was conducted by collecting data on the Central Raya Tiban housing development project. Furthermore, an analysis using the SNI and contractor is carried out and compares the results of the calculations of the two methods. The results of the study obtained that the estimated cost budget plan from the calculation of the contractor was Rp. 283,827,332, while the results with the SNI were Rp. 330,333,371. From these data, it can be seen that the contractor's calculation is more optimal when compared to the calculation of SNI with a difference of Rp. 46,506,039 or 14.08% of the total value of the estimated cost budget based on the SNI calculation method. For this reason, it is necessary to have good transportation services that can provide comfort and safety to users. Due to poor transportation services can cause users uncomfortable and unsafe. For this reason, it is necessary to assess the performance of transportation services. The purpose of this study is to assess the level of user satisfaction with public transportation services in the greater Surabaya area and to map sectors that need improvement. The research was conducted by giving questionnaires to users of public transportation in the Greater Surabaya area. From these data, instrument test was conducted. Furthermore, IPA analysis is carried out to obtain a mapping of the sectors that need to be improved. CSI analysis is also carried out to assess the level of user satisfaction with existing services. The results of this study obtained a value of 0.786 based on CSI analysis, which means that Surabaya land transportation users during the Covid-19 pandemic are satisfied. However, based on the results of the IPA analysis, it is necessary to increase the cleanliness of the transportation sector, lighting, and the application of PPE. Meanwhile, in the first aid kit sector, the availability of hand sanitizer and transportation stops is considered to have low importance, so that the authorities can focus on sectors that have high importance. Improper planning for iron needs will result in uncontrolled or excessive residual iron material. The effectiveness of iron is needed to minimize the amount of residual iron produced. This study aims to carry out the effectiveness of steel usage on the Panbill Mall Project based on the Bar Bending Schedule. The Bar Bending Schedule is carried out using the SNI-2847-2019, BS-8666-2005, and Linear Programming methods. The review of the reinforcement was carried out on the foundation structural elements (PC1 and PC2). Some data were collected such as steel length, quantity, and bending shape based on the structural drawings of the Panbill Mall project. From this data, calculations are made based on the Bar Bending Schedule with different references and methods. So that the minimum amount of iron will be obtained. Based on the results of the calculations and analysis carried out, it can be concluded that the Linear Programming method is the most effective method in calculating the iron based on the Bar Bending Schedule. Based on the results of residual iron calculated using SNI-2847-2019 and BS-8666-2005, the Linear Programming Method is more effective in reducing iron residues by 76% on P1C foundations and 92% on P2C foundations. Therefore, the success of development in the economic sector must be supported by the development of a good transportation system, because a bad transportation system can cause a slow pace of the economy of a region. One of the transportation problems that often occurs is congestion. Batam City currently has a high rate of increase in motorized vehicles making it possible for congestion to occur. The purpose of this study was to assess the traffic performance of unsignalized intersections on Jalan Duyung and Jalan Raja Ali Haji Batam City. The reference used in this research is MKJI 1997. The research was conducted by conducting a traffic survey to obtain traffic data and road geometry. Furthermore, capacity analysis and traffic behavior are carried out. The result of this research is a capacity of 2422 pcu/hour and Qtotal of 1966 pcu/hour so that the obtained DS is 0.812 which means more than 0.75, so it can be said that this intersection is slightly ineffective. At the intersection traffic delay, the value is 9.3, DTMA is 6.8, DTMI is 23.4 pcu/hour, DG is 4.072 sec/pcu, D is 13,372 sec/pcu, and the queue probability is 26% - 50% where This queue probability slightly exceeds the standard limit of 23% - 45% so that this intersection has a slightly high level of traffic queue probability. Improper planning, increasing traffic volume loads to lack of care and maintenance are factors that cause road damage. Road damage has an impact on the safety of road users. On the Joyoboyo East Kediri road, there are several roads that suffered significant damage. This study aims to design the repair of damage to the East Kediri Joyoboyo road. Repairs are carried out by adding a layer of pavement to the potholes. The component analysis method is used to determine the required pavement thickness. With the component analysis method, the design equivalent cross section will be calculated based on traffic data, as well as soil bearing capacity, regional factors and surface index. So that the pavement thickness index is obtained to determine the required pavement thickness. The result of this research is that the cross equivalent is 116.730, the regional factor value is 0.5 and the Surface Finish Index is 1.5. From the results of these calculations, Nomogram 5 was used and the Pavement Thickness Index value was 5.2. So that the required overlay thickness is 5 cm. For this reason, special attention is needed in designing and making asphalt mixtures. One type of asphalt mixture is the Hot Rolled Sheet Wearing Course (HRS-WC). The purpose of this study was to determine the marshall characteristics of the HRS-WC asphalt mixture with rice husk ash as filler. The research was conducted by making normal test objects and with rice husk ash filler. Furthermore, Marshall testing and analysis were carried out including void values, stability, flow, marshall quotient, and residual marshall. The results of this analysis are then compared with the reference standard HRS-WC asphalt mixture in the 2018 General Specification revision 2. The results of this research are the most optimum mixture variation level at 1.8% which can increase the value of voids in the mixture and voids filled with asphalt, while the value of voids in the aggregate, marshall stability, marshall quotient, flow and residual marshall decreased. The characteristic values for the 1.8% mixture variation, among others, the voids in the mixture are 3.66%, the voids in the aggregate are 21.21%, the voids filled with asphalt are 82.75%, the marshall stability is 639 kg, the flow is 3 .05 mm, the marshall quotient is 209 kg/mm and the remaining marshall is 92.56%. In the construction of a building, proper project management needs to be done to minimize the occurrence of project failures. This study aims to minimize delays and cost overruns in the Dongko District Building Project, Trenggalek. Efforts to control the project are carried out with the result value method. EVM is one of the methods used to measure and evaluate the progress and performance of a project The result value method is applied by performing performance analysis which includes cost and schedule analysis, variance analysis, performance index analysis and cost estimation analysis and work end time. The project was built with a contract value of Rp. 2,902,468,0000.00 and is planned to be completed within 154 days. The results showed that the project experienced delays from what was planned. The completion time was delayed from the planned time from 154 days to 170 days with a total project cost of Rp. 2,932,467,150 which indicates that the budgeted costs for the work carried out experienced overhead or cost overruns.
