CPS and related systems (including the Internet of Things (IoT) and the Industrial Internet) are widely recognized as having great potential to enable innovative applications and impact multiple economic sectors in the worldwide economy. Systems that are interconnected and integrated to provide new functionality to improve the quality of life and allow increased technology advances. Developments of CPS turn out accompanied by the development of the attacks and the risks to it. This phenomenon has become a trigger for many to secure the system. The leakage of security breach or CPS can provide information on the impact on system performance and financial losses. In addition, security issues can result in the leaking of information that can be misused by unauthorized parties. Information security problems are generally solved by partial and limited. The research model was adapted and inspired from Aslam et al.'s model, however, we modified knowledge sharing variable by dividing it into two types of knowledge, i.e. explicit knowledge and tacit knowledge. The data collection conducted by spreading online questionnaires to students in several higher educational institutions in Indonesia. As many as 420 valid sample data was used to test hypotheses by using structural equation modeling (SEM). The result shows that the influence of component social factor between tacit knowledge sharing and explicit knowledge sharing is different. The components of social capital that influence to explicit knowledge sharing are shared language, social interaction ties, norm of reciprocity, identification and trust. However, the components of social capital that influence to explicit knowledge sharing are identification, norm of reciprocity, social interaction ties, shared language, shared vision. Moreover, tacit knowledge sharing is more influenced to human capital than explicit knowledge sharing. The cause of failure was not come from technology sector because Indonesia is the sixth largest Internet user in the world, but due to unreadiness in human resources and learning systems that were implemented. It is substantial to use an appropriate E-learning readiness measurement model so that we can ascertain our institution's capability in implementing digital learning. The research used Aydin & Tasci model as a tool to conduct an E-learning readiness survey on 115 respondents (Teachers and Students) in 17 province all over Indonesia. We compare the score of this survey with Aydin & Tasci Level of E-learning Readiness. The result of this research exhibit 4.09 as mean score of E-learning readiness level, it signify readiness of Development Center of Metrological Resources, Ministry of Trade of Indonesia to implement digital learning even though still needs some improvements. Improvement should primarily be done on the innovation factors which had the lowest score. Media and learning materials enrichment might become our chance to improve E-learning readiness score. Organizations need an information system, known as the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) to make the process of managing employees become more effective and efficient. The change of organizations' needs, make the information system is also changing. The resistance of employees to accept the changes of the new information system is a problem that can not be avoided. The purpose of this research is to identify factors that influence user acceptance of HRIS system. The research model builds by integrating UTAUT, TTF, and Symbolic Adoption model. The research data obtained by distributing 156 questionnaires to HRIS users in one of the coal mining companies. The results of this study indicate that Task Technology Fit and Social Influence are factors that influence users acceptance in using HRIS.
