The research data obtained by distributing 156 questionnaires to HRIS users in one of the coal mining companies. The results of this study indicate that Task Technology Fit and Social Influence are factors that influence users acceptance in using HRIS. This study also proves that Task Technology Fit is influenced by Task Characteristics and Technology Characteristics.
