The subjects of this research were the children of group B at TK Damhil Gorontalo. The study was conducted from October to December 2017. The method used in this research was classroom action research. The procedure of the research include: a) planning, b) implementation, c) observation and d) reflection. The data were collected by observation, assessment, document analysis, and sound and image recordings. The data were analyzed using statisticaldescriptive analysis. The result showed that early childhood math ability has improved. The first cycle assessment was 70% and increased by 90% in the second cycle. The conclusion of this research was the kinesthetic games can significantly improve children's early math ability and that children enjoyed the lesson as it is in accordance with children's learning style. The results obtained form the results of learning test made by elementary school teachers is a multiple choice with various variations. The steps undertaken by teachers in preparing the test of student learning outcomes is still very simple and not in accordance with the guidance of the preparation of the test of good learning results. The quality of test results of teacher-made learning on elementary school learning program can be stated most have validity criteria or valid items at sufficient and good stages 58% while those with low quality stages 42%. Development of the learning result test, the teacher stated that they consider all aspects as a guide in developing a good problem. The choice of less valuable aspects in developing test results is to determine the different power index, and on the difficulty level of the problem. Education is the key to the formation of qualified human resources. Through education, young people at the same time the next generation is prepared as well as possible into superior generations to take advantage of opportunities AEC and bring the Indonesia nation aligned with the other country. Formally Indonesian Education starting from the primary school level. Primary school level according to the Indonesian government's policy must be followed by students aged 7 to 12 years old. In the primary school children learn basic skills. Mastery of basic skills is the basis for their future success. Future Education and career expectations cannot be separated. If someone succeeds in his education, he will get success in his career to and vice versa. The future success need to be prepared in accordance with the stages of child development career. Studies show that inequality can lead to tension, instability and conflicts, impeding the achievement of SDGs. The purpose of this paper is to provide an overview of inequality in Indonesian education and employment opportunities and to suggest additional ways of constructing equality. For this purpose, this study will provide an analysis that relies on statistics, surveys, and reports on education and employment inequality in three constructs: class (rich vs. poor) which is related to geographical areas (urban vs. rural) as well gender (male vs. female). This paper describes the challenges in these three areas, reviews efforts and policies for equality, and suggests transparency and accountability as well as the promotion of volunteerism and philanthropy for the success of Indonesia’s sustainable development. Partnership is an external communication effort undertaken to establish relationships and equate perceptions between educational institutions and parents. The problems that often occur are the basic understanding of the stimulation of children development and the implementation of proper education for children at home by parents, while there is still a lot of inappropriate perception in viewing the school in which it is viewed that school must be fully responsible for the competence of children. The research result showed that the learning material which used PADI as its theme is very feasible to be used in functional literacy learning process. In validity criteria, it get score 3.7 in maximum score 4. In Practical criteria it got score 3.6. In effectiveness criteria it got score 3.6.
