However, the applicability of 3.3 kV SiC MOSFET has not been studied yet. In this paper, comparative study of 3.3 kV 4H-SiC SG-MOSFET was confirmed by TCAD simulation compared with conventional MOSFET (C-MOSFET). As a result, the DC figure of merit (DC-FOM) of the two structures are 747.33 MW/cm2 and 605.39 MW/cm2, respectively, and the high frequency figure of merit (HF-FOM) are 754.66 mΩ·pF and 574.5 mΩ·pF., respectively. Although HF-FOM improved by 24% due to the split gate structure, DC-FOM decreased by 19%. In addition, it does not satisfy the gate oxide reliability and suffered from severe DIBL effect. In the indoor positioning algorithm of RSSI positioning technology, due to the complexity of indoor environment and the randomness of personnel and other factors, it may be affected by noise, which needs to be suppressed. Based on the analysis and research of RSSI value, a processing algorithm of signal attenuation model combining Gaussian filter and Bootstrap filter is proposed. In the experiment, Gaussian filter is used to filter the abnormal RSSI value to get the optimal value, and then the nonlinear signal attenuation model is processed by Bootstrap filter algorithm. The experiment was carried out in a representative indoor environment and an anechoic chamber. Automatic keyword extraction and text summarization are Natural Language Processing (NLP) tasks for extracting relevant information from the large text documents. 4W1H (Who, When, Where, What, How) keywords are crucial for sentence generation. Despite the potential of 4W1H keywords, there have not been approaches that utilize the keywords in NLP tasks, particularly summarization. In this paper, we propose a new summarization method based on 4W1H keywords extraction which extracts the answer to a question corresponding to each event in QA format. We apply our methods to BERT and ELECTRA models to generate a summary, which are well-known pre-trained Language Models (LMs) in NLP domain, as a baseline. In experiments, our 4W1H keyword extraction method shows promising performance on AI Hub**https://www.aihub.or.kr/aidata/86 Machine Reading Comprehension (MRC) dataset, recording an extraction performance of an F1-score as 84.93%. However, designing a simulation program that is exactly equivalent to real phenomena can be arduous and cost ineffective because many things have to be implemented. In this paper, we propose a method using the online game ‘GTA5’ as a groundwork for autonomous vehicle simulation. As ‘GTA5’ has a variety of well-implemented objects, people, and roads, it can be considered a suitable tool for simulation. By using OpenCV to capture the GTA5 game screen and analyzing images with YOLO and TensorFlow [1] based on Python, we can build quite an accurate object recognition system. This can lead to the writing of algorithms for object avoidance and lane recognition. The capacitive peaking driver (CPD) compensates the FEXT. Using the data before serializer in each transmitter, effect of FEXT is predicted. So, the difference of latency between data for compensation and transmission is eliminated. The delay of data for compensating FEXT adjusted, thereby it is possible to have optimal eye-opening for different flying-times between adjacent channels. The proposed architecture is designed with 65nm CMOS process. The heater normal operating voltage and temperature are 4.612V and 350 degrees Celsius respectively. The stability is measured while maintaining 4.612V and 4.629V for 830 hours. To measure the degree of a crack in the heater, a temperature acceleration experiment is performed for 7 days by applying a voltage of 4.94V or higher, and the value at high temperature is measured and compared. Initially, the certain resistance of the heater is 53 ohms. As a higher voltage is applied, the temperature increases. As a result, the resistance gradually changes. When the sensor reaches the limit point, the resistance decreases and saturation occurs at 40 ohms. The stability experiment results confirm that the inaccuracy increases above 375 degrees Celsius. Through the temperature acceleration experiments, the degree of the crack is measured to the point where the resistance change is 5%. A fourth-order Switched-Capacitor Low-Pass Filter (SC LPF) with multiple-channel Double Dynamic Switching Bias Folded-Cascode OP Amps (DDSB OP Amps) consisting of $1-2 mu mathrm{m}$ multiple channel-length MOSFETs and short-channel sampling/CMOS switches capable of processing video signals, which enables a low gain in a passband and a high attenuation in a wide stop-band, was proposed. The DDSB OP Amp enables a high speed filtering operation while keeping a low power dissipation and low distortion. The switches with a $1.5 mu mathrm{m}$ channel length were optimized to greatly reduce their feed-through. Through SPICE simulations, the DDSB SC LPF showed the practically usable attenuation performance of below −41 dB in the stop-band, nearly 9 dB lower than that in the conventional $2.5 mu mathrm{m}$-channel SC LPF, without causing a marked passband gain leap. In this research, a collection of sensor data from vessels was analyzed using an Isolation Forest to detect the anomaly of the data.
