The purpose of this study was to determine the impact of bibliotherapy activities as a medium for solving generation Z problems which later were expected to increase their reading interest in books. This type of research is descriptive qualitative by interviewing five (5) informants from Generation Z in Nagari Padang Lua and Ladang Laweh, Banuhampu District, Agam Regency. From the results of the study, it was stated that there was a positive influence from bibliotherapy activities where those who were busy with their respective gadgets now tend to choose to finish reading the books that have been provided by the research team and discuss the problems they face. Target capaian dari kegiatan ini adalah: 1) Meningkatkan kualitas SDM dalam mengelola perpustakaan sekolah untuk menumbuhkan kesadaran mengenai arti pentingnya perpustakaan dalam pembelajaran siswa sekolah, 2) Meningkatkan budaya baca dan aktivitas literasi di lingkungan sekolah, 3) Memberikan pelatihan dalam mengoperasikan Senayan Library Management System (SLiMS) dalam pengelolaan Perpustakaan di MTsN 1 Pesisir Selatan. Pelaksanaan kegiatan dimulai dengan memberikan sosialisasi literasi sekolah untuk menumbuhkan minat baca pada diri siswa agar kemampuan literasi dapat meningkat dan efektif. Lalu memberikan sosialisasi kepada guru staf perpustakaan untuk peningkatan kualitas SDM dalam mengelola perpustakaan sekolah untuk menumbuhkan kesadaran mengenai arti pentingnya perpustakaan dalam pembelajaran siswa sekolah. Memberikan pelatihan terkait dengan pekerjaan teknis pengelolaan perpustakaan yang meliputi layanan, tata kelola perpustakaan, dan pemeliharaan koleksi perpustakaan, setelah itu dilanjutkan dengan memberikan pelatihan dalam mengoperasikan Senayan Library Management System (SLiMS) dalam pengelolaan perpustakaan. Untuk evaluasi ketercapaian tujuan akan dilakukan pengamatan penerapan pengoperasian perangkat dan software perpustakaan sekolah SliMS, serta melihat sejauh mana pengelolaan perpustakaan bisa menarik minat siswa dalam memanfaatkan koleksi buku dan menumbuhkan minat baca. In this activity, problems will be completely solved starting from understanding concepts and carrying out school library management practices by implementing a library automation system using the SLiMS 9 application. Judging from the priority problems set, the target output of the activity is that the librarian of SMPN 4 Lubuk Alung, Padang Pariaman is able to : (1) understand the meaning, nature, and function of information technology-based school libraries. At the end of the activity, a minimum of 75% of the PKM activity material can be mastered; (2) apply the knowledge gained in the management of an automated school library; and (3) the output target in the form of a process is that the SLiMS 9 application has been installed and used as a tool to replace various routine work in the library and library managers know and take advantage of various SLiMS 9 features that have been learned during the training, such as: data entry, label creation, barcoding, circulation services, membership, reporting, browsing, heading and subjecting. This can increase the librarian's competence after carrying out these activities. This study uses a qualitative descriptive with an interactive model. Data analysis starts from data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Research informants are employees who manage dynamic archives in the work unit of the Faculty of Economics, UNNES who were selected using the snowball sampling technique. The findings of this study explain that the process of organizing digital-based archives is still in the planning and testing stages. In structuring digital archives, there are three stages, namely filing, borrowing, and destroying archives. Although, the work unit of the Faculty of Economics, UNNES, has conducted trials of digital-based structuring, the archive file process still uses a manual system. Next, the archive lending stage, if there are borrowers from external parties, they must fill in the digital archive system menu. This is so that the status of the archive can be known easily whether the archive is available or still borrowed. The third stage is the destruction of the archive. The work unit of the Faculty of Economics has carried out the destruction according to a predetermined archive retention schedule. College is one of the institutions that produces many archives of academic and administrative works. The archives created in universities need to be managed and stored so that they can be traced and utilized by the institution concerned and by other parties who need it. In line with this, Sanata Dharma University (USD) as the bearer of the Tri Dharma of Higher Education seeks to manage archives in all units at the university level. The management of the USD institutional archives is carried out by carrying out the mandate of the 2018-2022 USD RENSTRA, where the initial target for achievement is the 1993-2020 USD archives. Archival managers are expected to be able to collect and archive all USD institutional documents from 1955 s.d. 2020. Records management at the USD level is left to the USD Library.USD Library plans to carry out acquisitions/archive collection of units. This step was preceded by an online survey of records management in units, so that USD Libraries had an initial picture of archive management across all units in USD. This online survey was conducted using qualitative methods. The population in the survey is education staff, both permanent and non-permanent in USD, with a total of 376 people. The sample used in the survey is 76 people, the sample selection using convenience sampling technique.The survey results showed that there were 52 people who filled out the survey. The most types/subjects of archives owned by units in USD are curriculum archives (25 units), lectures (24 units) and student affairs (20 units). The largest media/archive form is print/paper (50 units), but most of the units have been digitized (43 units). Other archival media that are also owned by the unit are photos, souvenirs, compact disks, videos, digital video disks, blueprints, maps and technical drawings. The processing of unit archives in USD varies, both those that have been digitized (33 units), have been inventoried/recorded (25 units), have been numbered/coded (6 units), have been destroyed (2 units) to archives that have not been managed properly ( not yet digitized, not yet inventoried, not yet coded). There are archives that have been arranged in a filing cabinet/rack/file/order box (40 units), archives are organized by year/subject/alphabatic number (26 units). The majority of HR Archive Managers in all units do not have HR that specifically manages archives (48 units). The majority of archive borrowing is no archive loan. The majority of facilities/tools/software for archival tracing do not have facilities/tools/software for archival tracing (47 units). Permits for borrowing archives from units at Sanata Dharma University, the majority allowed borrowing archives (47 units). This research was conducted in an effort to utilize flipbook media in digital form to improve visual literacy of grade 4 elementary school students. The method used is quantitative method. Subjects in this study were students at SD Negeri 1 Abdi Negara. To obtain research data used a survey by filling out a questionnaire. Based on these data, it was found that students were easy to use digital flipbooks, easy to read the text, understood the material presented, felt interested and fun when using digital based flipbooks, and understood the material that was being tested. The results of this study indicate the ability of internet literacy can be a real solution in preventing cyberbullying.
