In this article, we conduct an in-depth analysis of the utilization of e-resources for scientific research and publication, focusing on various aspects including factors influencing usage, the most frequently used types of e-resources, challenges and solutions, as well as the implications of research findings. Our findings indicate that accessibility to information, fostering innovation, and supporting ethical research practices are some of the key benefits derived from the utilization of e-resources. Our recommendations for e-resource users include enhancing digital literacy, fostering collaboration among researchers, and evaluating information quality. Fort Vredeburg Museum Yogyakarta seeks to support the improvement of archive implementation implemented by the Ministry of Education and Culture and Technology through the Digital Arip Management (MAD) website. With the uploader of all digital assets through MAD, the container was built as a preventive measure to manage and maintain the existence of data assets. The research method used is qualitative with a triangulation approach. The determination of subjects in this study is based on the non-probability sampling method and has characteristics that interact with objects. The study aims to reveal the understanding of senior students in utilizing book collections as reference sources, employing a qualitative approach with interview and descriptive case study methods. Participants in the study were selected using purposive sampling from senior students in the mentioned program. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and literature reviews, then analyzed through the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The research findings indicate that students consider book collections as essential reading materials and sources of knowledge to support their thesis writing. Identified challenges include the limited and outdated nature of book collections, students' lack of awareness regarding the location of required collections, librarian services, and retrieval facilities. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menggambarkan proses Digitisasi naskah kuno dengan menggunakan NSPK alih media naskah kuno dari perpustakaan nasional RI. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data yaitu wawancara dan studi pustaka. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa proses Digitisasi sudah dijalankan, namun masih belum melakukan tahap akhir yaitu pengemasan file digital dari naskah kuno tersebut. Menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan analisis SEM-PLS, penelitian ini melibatkan 96 mahasiswa yang pernah menggunakan video pembelajaran. Hasil validasi instrumen menunjukkan reliabilitas dan validitas yang baik. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa kualitas teknologi berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kualitas video dan motivasi belajar mahasiswa, sedangkan kualitas video berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap motivasi dan pemahaman materi. Implikasi penelitian ini mendukung pentingnya kualitas video dan teknologi dalam meningkatkan pengalaman belajar mahasiswa di lingkungan perguruan tinggi. Hasilnya juga dapat menjadi dasar bagi pengembangan teknologi pendidikan yang lebih baik. This study aims to analyze the impact of video quality and technology availability on student motivation and perceived understanding of course material in higher education. Employing a quantitative approach with SEM-PLS analysis, the research involved 96 students who had utilized instructional videos. Instrument validation results demonstrated good reliability and validity. Findings indicated that technology quality significantly and positively influences both video quality and student learning motivation. Additionally, video quality has a significant positive impact on both motivation and perceived understanding. The implications of this study underscore the importance of video quality and technology in enhancing the learning experience for students in higher education. Therefore, libraries must focus on user satisfaction. To be able to find out the services that users want, need and expect, it is necessary to conduct research on users. This is done so that there is no difference in perception regarding what the library provides to users and what users actually want and need. Based on the problems above, the research aims to analyze the quality of services provided by the Padang State University FEB Library using the ServQual method. In the ServQual model, the user's perception of the service received (perceived service) is the result of a series of internal company decisions and activities. The quality of service provided by Padang State University FEB Library still cannot satisfy customers. This can be seen from the negative gap value of the ServQual score. To bridge this information gap, KPK RI initiated a partnership with the Bandung City Archives and Library Office. This study aims to explore the role of this collaboration in promoting community welfare through the establishment of the Anti-Corruption Learning Center (ACLC) Corner. A qualitative research methodology with descriptive analysis was employed, utilizing data collection techniques such as interviews, observations, and literature reviews. The research findings reveal that the inception of the ACLC Corner is geared towards promoting anti-corruption literacy and education by disseminating knowledge about the dangers of corrupt practices and preventive measures from an early age. The program aspires to equip the community with comprehensive insights into corruption and encourages active participation in its prevention, with a focus on reducing corruption cases, particularly in Bandung. Penelitian ini sangat penting untuk mengetahui bahwa digitalisasi arsip karya ilmiah dimaksudkan agar dapat memenuhi kebutuhan informasi pemustaka mengenai arsip karya ilmiah yang menjadi bahan referensi bagi mereka. Penelitian ini membahas mengenai tahapan dan dampak dari digitalisasi terhadap efisiensi penyimpanan dan peningkatan pelayanan. Metode penelitian dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Peneliti memperoleh data dari pihak yang bersangkutan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode Miles dan Huberman, sehingga data dianalisis dengan cermat. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah Perpustakaan UMP menggunakan program www.sipus.ump.ae.id untuk melakukan pengelolaan arsip karya ilmiah dan menggunakan Program Repositori Institusi dengan alamat http://repository.umpae.id. Ini bertujuan untuk memanfaatkan hasil digitalisasi sebagai upaya meningkatkan aksesibilitas terhadap karya ilmiah. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah proses pengelolaan arsip karya ilmiah di Perpustakaan UMP terdiri dari beberapa tahapan, yaitu penerimaan berkas karya ilmiah, pemeriksaan kelengkapan berkas, pemberian nomor label barcode, pengentrian ke dalam program sipus.ump.ac.id, kemudian dilakukan penataan dan penyimpanan arsip karya ilmiah berdasarkan nomor urut dan subjeknya. Proses digitalisasi dilakukan dengan perencanaan yang matang, termasuk latar belakang digitalisasi, anggaran yang dibutuhkan, sarana prasarana yang diperlukan, serta sumber daya manusia yang terlibat dalam proses digitalisasi arsip.
