The purpose of this paper is to describe the process of creating a Cultural Literacy Information Package at Kampung Batu Fisheries Village, Batang Arau, Padang Selatan, Padang City. This research uses a descriptive method. Data was collected through literature review and direct observation and interviews with the Chairperson of RW, Fishermen and Community Leaders at Kampung Batu Fisheries Village, located in RW II, Batang Arau Sub-District, Padang Selatan District, Padang City. The information package is made through five stages. This study uses a descriptive method with a quantitative approach. Data collection uses research instruments. The population in this study was Graduate from the major of Information, Library, and Archives of Padang State University (PS IPK UNP). The sample in this study amounted to 105 graduates who returned the instrument. The results showed, First, the profile of Graduate PS IPK UNP was dominated by female graduates. Most of the graduates are graduates who graduated in 2018. Judging from the length of the study period, the average graduate has a length of the study period of 3 years. Second, the absorption of graduates in the workforce is quite high, with most graduates stating that they are currently working with the time needed to get the job <3 months. Third, the use of knowledge obtained by a graduate at the PS IPK UNP in employment is very high. The science that has a very high level of wear is fieldwork learning, technology mastery skills, and the ability to cooperate in teams. Fourth, the assessment of graduate users (stakeholders) on the ability to graduate in the work world has also been good. The purpose of this research is to describe students' perceptions of musical instruments in the Bung Hatta University Library in Padang in the comfort of reading. This research method uses a quantitative approach. Data collected by distributing questionnaires to visitors at the Bung Hatta University library. Samples taken as many as 100 respondents. The results of the questionnaire were compiled by recapitulating research results. The analysis is by describing the recapitulation results in one description to clarify the figures so that they are easy to understand. Data were collected through observation and interviews with teachers and principals in SD Negeri 01 Batu Payuang, Lima Puluh Kota. Analyzing data is done descriptively.Based on the description in the previous chapter, it can be concluded as follows. The effort of reading 30 minutes together with SD Negeri 01 Batu Payuang, Lima Puluh Kota, has improved the students' literacy quite well. First, the implementation of the 30-minute reading activity along with the refraction stage including, the reading activity 15 minutes before learning and selecting reading books in schools has been carried out well while the activities of arranging facilities and a literacy-rich environment, creating a text-rich environment, and public engagement have not been carried out properly. Second, the implementation of the 30-minute reading activity together with the development phase including, the steps of reading at the development stage, the activities of discussing stories, and the use of libraries and reading corners in schools have been carried out properly in accordance with existing guidelines, while the activities of selecting fiction and nonfiction enrichment books, non-academic assessment at the development stage, appreciating the achievements of student literacy and the formation of the School Litersi Team has not been carried out well but some of these activities are in accordance with the applicable literacy guidelines. Third, the implementation of a 30-minute reading activity together with the learning phase including, among other things, reading activities, responding to reading activities, rewriting the contents of the story carried out in accordance with predetermined guidelines, but academic assessment activities at the learning stage are still not carried out according to predetermined guidelines. As well as the impact of the implementation of the 30-minute reading together activities including positive impacts, graduates are accepted at the Faforit and Junior High Schools and enhance student learning. The negative impact is the need for parents in fulfilling reading material for students, creating a boring atmosphere and making the eyes tired for students who are not accustomed to, for parents literacy activities can waste learning time, and sometimes takes time teaching and learning process in the classroom. First, students of the Indonesian Language Education Department need information sources such as research journals, books, resource persons, and the internet in tracing information by considering the publication year. the collections in the Bung Hatta University library can be categorized as incomplete. Second, Indonesian Language Education Department students will seek information in other university libraries, and the Regional Library if the information needed cannot be found at the Bung Hatta University Library and visit the reading room and thesis room in information retrieval. OPAC Information Search tool (Online Public Access Catalog) has been used well in information retrieval at the Bung Hatta University Library so that the time needed to search for information can be shortened, namely 1 to 2 hours. Data is collected by interviews and collecting data directly from the original source with employees at the Regional Civil Service Agency of West Sumatra Province. Based on the discussion it can be concluded: 1) recording all data in the archive, all incoming data recorded to the ledger in accordance with the type, after recording the archive is divided into their respective processes; 2) data is transferred to the catalog, if the employee moves / retires, it will affect the number of catalogs used; 3) Removing files (from active to passive files), files whose files are still active, the data is first entered into the ledger and new stored in groups in a static storage area; 4) stored to a static storage area. In this paper we discuss the search for graduates of the UNP Language and Arts Faculty of Indonesia Language Study Program. The purpose of this study was to determine the profile of Indonesia Education Study Program graduates and to know the competency and employment of these graduation. The research method approach used is a qualitatif method. Data was collected using questionnaires. The location of this study was carried out on the application or distributing questionnaires through social media. The object of the search was the Inodesian Language Education alumni who responded to 47 alumni. The data collection technique was by sharing questionnaires through WhatsApp media. Analyze the data used by using the google form application. First based on the results of the study, concluded the following matters. Graduates of the Indonesian Language Study program every year do not settle or go up and down, many respondents are among women with the dominant year of entry in 2014, the lenght of the waiting period for employment before graduation 1-3 months while their first job is < 3 months.
