The pillars consist of Official Script Layout, Archives Classification Codes, Archives Retention Schedules, and Archives Access and Security Classification Systems. This paper mainly discussed one of the pillars that supported archive management activity which was Archives Access and Security Classification Systems. This research was conducted by means of descriptive qualitative methods, which aimed for gaining clarity in regards of the subject of study. As the role model of other archival institutions or work units, ANRI issued a regulation regarding Archives Access and Security Classification Systems to maintain security, confidentiality, and physical form of archives. Result shows that Archives Access and Security Classification Systems issued by the district government of Bandung Regency has covered the means of protecting the confidentiality of archives. The regulation, specifically Regent Regulations Number 130 Year 2018, covered these following aspects; archive classification, access classification, means and infrastructure, along with various types of users. The objective of this research is to illustrate how the management of archives can be improved to promote better administrative structure at UIN Sayyid Ali Rahmatullah Tulungagung and identify the challenges it faces. This study utilizes a descriptive approach to qualitative research methodology. Data collection involves observation, interviews with one archivist and two archive users, and documentation. The validity of the data is ensured through the triangulation technique. The research findings reveal that archive management at UIN Sayyid Ali Rahmatullah Tulungagung operates effectively, adopting a decentralized approach where each faculty assumes responsibility for receiving, recording, distributing, and retrieving archives. The implementation of digital systems such as Sistem Informasi Tata Naskah Dinas (Si-TANDA) has made a significant contribution to maintaining well-organized administration. This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. Data collection techniques were carried out in three ways, namely field observations, direct interviews, and literature studies. The informants specified in this study were archivists at the Administration Office of SMAN 1 Babakan. The results of this study indicate that active dynamic archive management at SMAN 1 Babakan is carried out in several stages, (1) creation and acceptance; (2) checking and filing; (3) storage; (4) maintenance and security; (5) use; (6) transfer and destruction of archives. Records management is carried out on a mixed principle (centralized and decentralized) where some archives are managed by the respective work units and some are managed at the central archives. The management of dynamic archives receives support from the school in the form of providing adequate archive management support facilities. An issue was identified in the Online Public Access Catalog (OPAC) system, where the shelf availability status of books was not provided, resulting in users spending ineffective time searching for the required books. In an effort to improve service efficiency and quality, the Library designed a book ordering service as a solution to meet user needs in accessing the required information sources. This study aims to design an effective information system for the process of borrowing books at the library. The design process includes analyzing user requirements, designing information systems, developing user-friendly interfaces, and implementing systems accordingly. This study aims to identify forms of vandalism that occur in The Library of Lima Puluh Kota and its prevention efforts. The study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. Data was collected through observation, interviews, and documentation, then analyzed by data reduction and drawing conclusions. The results showed that the vandalism that occurred at The Library of Lima Puluh Kota included returning books past the deadline, deleting and tearing of pages, and using other people's Library Membership Cards. Librarians have made various prevention efforts, such as reminding the return schedule, giving warnings and sanctions, improving security systems and conservation preservation. Data collection methods include observation, interviews, and literature reviews. Recording, grouping, and depreciating archives are examples of inactive static archive management activities. SSK II has many archives that are currently stored in the palace of the Siak Sultanate. Part of the archive is handwritten, typed and printed. Types of printed manuscripts are quite interesting to discuss because there are names of printing companies. In the 19-20 centuries, the Colonial Government controlled the printing sector. They dominated the development of the print world and exercised strict supervision. The research results showed that there were seven printers in the archives of Sultan Syarif Kasim II, including Batavia Landsdrukkerij, De unie Weltevreden, Stoomsnelpersdrukkerij van H. M. Van Dorp & Co. Batavia, Typ. Courant Deli, Typ. Drukkerij Batak, Typ. Limbago Pajakoemboeh, and Typ. Varekamp & Co., Medan. The low interest in reading for the Indonesian people has a negative impact on society, especially the rapid development of information technology and digitalization that has a considerable influence on society, especially for the millennial generation. Therefore, the presence of this digital library is expected to be put to good use in increasing the reading interest of the millennial generation more effectively and efficiently because they can directly access the digital library quickly. In the future, it is hoped that the millennial generation can take advantage of this digital library to increase their interest in reading. This study used a quantitative approach by distributing questionnaires to UHO students. The tests carried out in this study were validity, reliability, linear regression and correlation tests. The sample in this study was 193 respondents taken from the population using random sampling technique. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant influence between service quality and user satisfaction. The R square results found that the effect of service quality on user satisfaction can be explained by 23.6%. This proves that the effect of service quality on user satisfaction is in accordance with the interpretation of the correlation coefficient, namely 0.20 - 0.399 which is in the low category. The purpose of this study is to provide an overview of the optimization of the digitization of archives in the Central Library of Padjadjaran University. The method  used  is  descriptive qualitative. Techniques in  data  collection, researchers carried out three series of stages, namely interviews, observation and literature study. The results of this study show that the digital archives at the Padjadjaran University Central Library are compiled in a system called e-Office and centralized with the Padjadjaran University Record Center. With this digital archive, archivists and users can easily access it simultaneously and make it easier to retrieve information. Digital archive management goes well through four stages, namely creation, use, maintenance, and depreciation. However, there are still obstacles that are experienced, including the low awareness of some higher education institutions in collecting files for digital archives, a lack of human resources with special expertise in the field of archiving, and a lack of human resources with expertise in technology.
