The algorithm allows us at relatively high signal-to-noise ratio to use the peak-factor of signals as a criterion for rejecting the affected lines of the radar image and to carry out the continuous processing of signals of the observing system with displaying the data in a user-friendly form. Signal accumulation and interference absorption is realized in real time by subtracting the alternating samples of the observed process from signals of each receiving point assuming the small shift of the object during the local sounding. Continuous measurements of differences of the delays of a signal reflected from the target to the receiving points are ensured by the polynomial approximation of the object's motion path relative to each of the receivers.","PeriodicalId":167305,"journal":{"name":"2018 9th International Conference on Ultrawideband and Ultrashort Impulse Signals (UWBUSIS)","volume":"47 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2018-09-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"132504041","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The GaInAs-based diodes for noise generation in the sub-THz and THz region are proposed. The diodes based on the mechanism of impact ionization in graded-gap region and static high field domain formation near cathode. Ensemble Monte Carlo technique was used for diodes analyze. The spectral noise density power is calculated for difference profiles of spatial Ga distribution in GaInAs. It is found that the spectral noise density power of the proposed diodes exceeds the one of GaAs-based diodes by at least an order of magnitude.","PeriodicalId":167305,"journal":{"name":"2018 9th International Conference on Ultrawideband and Ultrashort Impulse Signals (UWBUSIS)","volume":"226 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2018-09-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"132599762","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The state space of the chain under consideration is supposed to be a finite set of real numbers. The transition probability function is assumed to be homogeneous, additive and linear with respect to the values of random variable. The equations relating the correlation functions of the sequence to the memory function, which determined by the transition probability function, are derived and solved. The obtained analytical solutions for the correlation functions are compared with the results of numerical simulations. Examples of possible correlation scenarios in additive linear chains of higher orders are given. The obtained results can be useful both in analytical and simulative context, for example, for the modeling of the UWB transmission channels, for the refinement of transmitter and receiver design, for the enhancement of coding methods suitable for the UWB communication systems.","PeriodicalId":167305,"journal":{"name":"2018 9th International Conference on Ultrawideband and Ultrashort Impulse Signals (UWBUSIS)","volume":"48 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2018-09-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"123231421","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Effective medium theory was applied in order to describe the principal permittivities of the contacting materials. The nanocomposite as well as the hypercrystal includes semiconductor layers made of n-InSb. Temperature models for concentration of charge carriers as well as mobility of charge carriers are applied to describe the physical properties of n-InSb material. On raising the temperature, the layers of n-InSb and, consequently, contacting composites, transform from a weakly dissipative materials to highly dissipative in the terahertz and optical frequencies. It is shown, that influence of dissipations in the semiconductor material results in the arising of additional surface waves branches, standard surface plasmon polaritons and Dyakonov surface waves, changes in frequency domains, angular existence domains, and penetration depth. Moreover, Dyakonov surface wave's branches can exist in the ranges where they are prohibited in the case of lossless materials.","PeriodicalId":167305,"journal":{"name":"2018 9th International Conference on Ultrawideband and Ultrashort Impulse Signals (UWBUSIS)","volume":"198 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2018-09-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"123240352","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

We have found the magnetic field critical values and the saturation levels. We found out that the saturation level of electromagnetic waves is maximal at a certain value of the longitudinal magnetic field strength (the magnetic field critical value). We demonstrated the possibility of a plasma-beam SFEL to generate powerful electromagnetic radiation in the millimeter wavelength range.","PeriodicalId":167305,"journal":{"name":"2018 9th International Conference on Ultrawideband and Ultrashort Impulse Signals (UWBUSIS)","volume":"22 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2018-09-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"124942771","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
