Our aim is to maximize the achievable security rate. However, this optimal problem is non-convex, so we exploit semi-definite relaxation (SDR) and the first-order Taylor approximation to transform the original non-convex problem into a new convex problem. Then the sub-optimal beamforming matrices were obtained by the SCA iterative algorithm and singular value decomposition method. Image quality is severely degraded due to the shooting environment, acquisition equipment and weather changes. This paper presents an image enhancement algorithm for night image by adjusting the background data of the value component (V) in HSV space. We firstly obtain background image from V, then increase the dynamic range of the background image by segmentation optimization transfer function. Subsequently, the optimized background image pixel value is divided by the pixel value before optimization to obtain the enhancement coefficient. Finally, we can restore the enhancement V from enhanced background image. Spectrum sensing is employed for UAV. It is required a low and constant missed detection rate for UAV to avoid accessing frequency bands within licensed signals. Instead of traditional Constant False Alarm Rate (CFAR), this paper proposes a Constant Missed Detection Rate (CMDR) based on spectrum sensing. Two specific signal detection approaches are used to realize CMDR, which are Likelihood Ratio Test (LRT) and Energy Detector (ED). In order to effectively solve the interference problem between electronic equipment, the paper use the receiver nonlinear coefficient method to quantitatively analyze and calculate the self-interference and mutual interference of electronic equipment. Then based on the genetic algorithm, the equipment frequency is optimized, and the genetic coding and adaptation are designed. Finally, the algorithm is used to simulate the frequency optimization of a small regional electronic equipment. Deep-learning based approach is found to be effective in the separation from a mixed NIR and VIS image captured by a conventional camera, however, it has a problem of high computational complexity, especially for an image of high spatial resolution. In this paper, we propose a method for separating high-resolution VIS and NIR images using a deep-learning based on a conditional generative adversarial network. The proposed antenna structure has two hexagonal-shaped patch antenna elements. A defected ground structure (DGS) having hexagonal shape is included in the ground plane to make the design compact and improve isolation between antenna elements. Further compactness is achieved using reactive loading. Frequency reconfigurability is realized by employing varactor diodes in microstrip feedline. The proposed antenna achieves a frequency reconfigurable band with wide tuning range from 1.41 to 2.26 GHz with good gain and efficiency. Furthermore, an envelope correlation coefficient (ECC) did not exceed 0.2 and isolation was more than 12 dB, demonstrating good MIMO performance. The presented antenna has a planar, low profile structure with compact size of 100 × 50 mm2. The proposed design is validated by simulations, displaying good results. In order to improve the mining accuracy and efficiency of the influential nodes in road network, semi-local centrality index of complex network is introduced into the urban road network, and an influential node mining algorithm for weighted road network that integrates the characteristics of urban road network is proposed. Taking the road network of Nanjing as the research object, the algorithm proposed in this paper is compared with the degree centrality and the beweeenness centrality algorithm. In view of the carbon fiber composite materials have the problem of stress concentration, the new knitting process was put in forward in this paper and the best parameters of solidification process was determined by the repeated test. According to mechanical simulation analysis and experiment, the tool force weak spot was found and the way to optimize the mechanical properties by inlaying titanium alloy is presented in this paper. On this basis, the six-splitting wire hooks and the link plate fixture made of carbon fiber composite materials were developed. It is shown by the field application that the live working task can be accomplished successfully by using the new developed tools.
