First, simple linear iterative clustering is implemented to bi-temporal images to get superpixel maps. Based on multivariate probability density functions of the corresponding superpixels in two maps, a similarity map is then measured by multivariate Kullback-Leibler distance to represent the change feature. Next, combined with the respective image features of the bi-temporal images, two different detection results are obtained by energy minimization using a superpixel graph cut algorithm. Finally, by comparing the relationship between the changed objects in two different CD maps, the final change result is obtained. Due to strong noise interference and signal attenuation problem of PLC channel, the throughput of current PLC-IoT networks is limited seriously and fail to support edge computing services. To deal with this problem, this paper proposes an connection oriented robust routing scheme of PLC-IoT networks for the edge computing system. This robust routing scheme can generate end-to-end routes and conduct data transportation for edge-computing services with connection-oriented level. The ADC design method is based on the idea of time sharing and time compression, advances the fine conversion time to the coarse conversion time period, and solves the time redundancy problem of the traditional method. Based on the 55nm1P4M CMOS process, the differential nonlinearity (DNL) and the integral nonlinearity (INL) are simulated to be =0.8/−0.8 LSB and +2.1/−3.5LSB, respectively. The Conversion time of the 13-bit ADC is 512 ns. The implementation of access control depends on the response generated by access control policies to users’ access requests. Therefore, ensuring the correctness of access control policies is an important step to ensure the smooth implementation of access control mechanisms. To solve this problem, this paper proposes a constraint based access control policy security analysis framework (CACPSAF) to perform security analysis on access control policies. The framework transforms the problem of security analysis of access control policy into the satisfiability of security principle constraints. The analysis and calculation of access control policy can be divided into formal transformation of access control policy, SMT coding of policy model, generation of security principle constraints, policy detection and evaluation. The security analysis of policies is divided into mandatory security principle constraints, optional security principle constraints and user-defined security principle constraints. The multi-dimensional security analysis of access control policies is realized and the semantic expression of policy analysis is stronger. In this work, we proposed a ZnO/IGZO heterostructure based memristor, which shows a typical bipolar resistive switching behavior under different compliance current and a high HRS/LRS ratio of 108, rendering it suitable for nonvolatile memory. On the basis of combing and analyzing the engineering practice of warship’s levels maintenance at home and abroad, a method for in-shipyard maintenance time evaluating based on the key repair path was put forward in this paper, as which divided the surface warship low levels maintenance into 9 engineering stages from the time sequence relationship. At the same time, the levels maintenance time evaluation model and the basic maintenance time database of the surface warships were established basing above. According to the power supply characteristics of urban rail transit, this paper proposes a coordinated control strategy of energy router suitable for rail transit. Based on the state of charge of super capacitor, stabilize the voltage of 1500V input DC bus and 600V intermediate bus, At the same time, the energy consumption of train operation and the energy generated by braking are considered.
