Abstract
Printable Electron Transport Layer (ETL) has been successfully used to fabricate high-efficiency ink-jet printed organic light-emitting diodes (IJP OLEDs). After systematically optimizing processing condition, soluble ETL ink could be ink-jet printed stably and spread well upon blue emitting layer. As a result, Top-Emitting (TE) OLED devices with printable ETL exhibits excellent device performance which is comparable with that of devices with evaporated inorganic ETL.
