Intensive, realistic, cooperative and multinational training focused on the fulfillment of set missions is the basis of the development of professional soldiers. Each soldier must be well-traind not only in basic combat skills, but in his specific branch as well. This article deals with the analysis of professional training of members of the PsyOps centre in the field of psychological operations. It summarizes the current requirements for military rank, for the level of knowledge of a foreign language and, last but not least, the requirements for the position. Individual requirements are met by professional soldiers by completing professional courses at home and abroad. This training includes theoretical education, practical training, cultural sensitivity and technical equipment. CIMIC military specialists must have expertise and skills in civil relations, communications, diplomacy and conflict resolution. Their preparation should include simulations, exercises and cooperation with various actors, including humanitarian organizations. An important aspect is also ethical development and the ability to make the right decisions for the benefit of the local population. From the portfolio of factors having a critical influence on the interest or reluctance of professional soldiers - officers to perform management functions in the specialisations of military logistics, special attention is paid to the education and training of these specialists. The author of the article presents a fundamental relational determination between the quality of education in military logistics and personal stability in the performance of functions after graduation.
